I had an issue with my trade-in, AT&T kept giving me the run around and my trade-in window was closing. This store helped me tremendously. They are extremely polite, patient, and knowledgeable. The wait time can be long but its worth it for the customer service and the peace of mind knowing that you will have a resolution before you leave. Definitely going to shop for upgrades with them in the future and not online.

Poorly staffed store wanted 40 minutes just to pay a TV bill, Im done with AT&T DirecTV
ATT was not able to port my number over from US Cellular in spite of being an ATT customer four days from making the mistake of switching to US Cellular and wanting to switch back well within the window to change our mind. We spent hours on the phone with both ATT and US Cellular port departments with no resolution. As of this text, two days later, one of us has a working number and one of us does not. In this age of technology- this is insane.

I was promised a new phone to trade in my working three g device. When I got there they told me when because Have used an iPhone either account I could not get my free phone
The customer service clerk named Marissa had other things to do like take personal phone calls talk to her boyfriend but not helping us with our phone service we got the feeling she didnt want to be there .5 star
I started new service with you based on the service monthly fees and phone offer. I was told I would be paying $5 a month per phone for the 2 IPhone XRs I added to my plan and now Im being told I need to pay $15 per mo per phone for 30 months and the only remedy I have been given is to give back the phones for different ones and pay a restocking fee. I will be pursuing rectification for this as soon as I can get back to the Augusta location when the manager is there. Hopefully this Saturday. Needless to say not a good experience to fight for what you were offered.
