I had to come in because my screen protector was put on wrong by a different employee. We spoke with Sarah today (the augusta store) and she was great!!! Informative, helpful and overall pleasant. Very happy with my outcome 😊

I’ll tell you what, this store is one of the top stores in the area! Used to go through Verizon but now T-Mobile has my back. This store was super friendly and really quick to meet all my needs for what I was looking for. If you want full service and great customer service, then I highly recommend this store!

Horrible customer service at the Augusta Maine store. Purchased 2 phones for a business in Jan 2021 and had to call customer service EVERY month because the promo was not added to our lines. Every month we were promised it would be fixed come the next bill but it was not. Service was awful. Both phones/lines would get a message when trying to make a call that stated your phone is currently not connected to a network, you can only make emergency calls. We would not get notifications on the phone that informed us of voice-mails or missed calls. Many, many hours were spent monthly on the phone with customer service and tech support to fix the issue only to be told there was no fix, Tmobile blamed the phone manufacturer samsung and Samsung blamed t mobile. Horrible experience. Hoping for better luck with new carrier.

As someone who’s been always going to this store due to it being the most convenient. I walked into this store and walked out a very dissatisfied customer. It seemed like the new manager was more wanting to take care of cleaning his store then helping the employees figure out the best solution for the customer. Then kept repeating over and over that the old management did things completely wrong. On top of the fact that the employee helping me and the manager were more focused on flirting with each other instead of helping with fixing my problem with getting a new phone. Stay away from the store in Augusta now. It’s very badly run. At least with the old management I felt heard and they tried very they could to help me get to where I wanted to be on my phone plan.

I just left the Augusta store after a 2 1/2 hour wait to simply purchase a new phone for my son. They were taking a list because of the high volume of people but decided not to follow it. Instead of taking customers with small issues while waiting for the process to go through on people switching carriers they chose to deal with one client at a time. One elderly gentleman stood there for 45 mins waiting to buy a screen protector. Just ridiculous, Figure it out.

Sarah is the best, of course as well as her co-workers that work with her. I went in a couple times, they remember their customers from a year gap because they remember me (Who wouldnt πŸ˜‰), Sarah helped me get my new S21 set up from my old S9, helped me when I grabbed the wrong accessories (Sorry Sarah), and still was fun to hang out with. I was a customer service manager before and the way Sarah handles her customers is great and allows you to feel comfortable. The others that work with her on the same shift also have fun while handling their customers. By the end of the visit I was engaging with everyone as if we were hanging out at home. I recommend T-mobile to everyone as well as recommend coming to this Location. πŸ‘

Sarah W is sweet but TMobile may have great deals because between dropped calls and lack of service you dont use any data anyway. Today I am unable to make it receive calls as there is no mobile service. I am in my house where I have been calling from regularly. I live an hour from the nearest TMobile store. I cant even reach them by land line. This change has been awful and enormously disappointing.A very discouragedTess Kilgour

I want to give a shout out to T-Mobile, Augusta, Maine. Today was the day! From flip phone (since 2010) to IPhone! I visited T- Mobile two days in a row. First day I talked to Eli, very patient, knowledgeable, kind. Im almost 70. He was wonderful. Next day I returned to T-Mobile with a techie friend of mine. Today was the day! I was ready to buy my first IPhone. Max was there. Again - he was patient, kind, knowledgeable! Both these gentlemen, and the manager, Paul, let me know that I could come back anytime for any question/concern. I believe them! Theyll see me, and Ill look forward to it. I feel comfortable! I dont feel stupid. Im not the first senior citizen to walk into T-Mobile and second guessing an upgrade to a new phone/computer Thanks!

The young kid working (Jordan I think? Dyes his hair often) is awful. Ive been three separate times within the last year and each time hes turned us away claiming the customer service line is where to reach account assistance... Each time weve returned to the store to the female and shes been able to accomplish everything succinctly... Ive wasted another trip today on the kid and now Im stuck solving my own issues with my laptop and customer service rep on the line 🀦

I was greeted as soon as I walked in by the district manager and Sarah, they were amazing to deal with and Sarah made everything go so easy where I was switching from the iPhone 8 plus to the OnePlus 7 pro. They both made the process very easy! Everytime I go in I always leave happy. Work ethic is there and caring for the customers needs as well. I will be coming back for my next one when Im ready. Thank u Sarah and Mr. district manager for the great laughs and new phone! Love it already!

Be careful with this company. After canceling a payment arrangement 3 days beforehand they still went out and took the money out of my account that they weren’t authorized to take and now refuse to give me my money back. My due date for my bill isn’t even til next week so I was paying early when this happened. I don’t recommend this company they drop calls everywhere in Maine.
