This place is by the far the best pre-owned car sales lot that I have ever been too. The approval process is quick and easy, mostly everybody will get approved (I have a very poor credit score and I was able to get approved). Dennis is great. He’s very informative and friendly. I bought a 2010 GTI as my first car and he walked me through the whole process. I checked out the car on a Monday and brought it home the following Wednesday. The car is beautiful especially since it’s almost 9 years old. The only thing, since the car sat for awhile, I did have to replace the spark plugs and coil packs because it was misfiring and through up P0300, P0301, P0302, P0303. Other than that, great service. (I had the car for a month now)

The condition of the car is excellent as they promised. And they are very honest. How do I know that? At the end of the purchasing process, as we were wrapping up the deal, the owner of Best Buy Auto remembered that I had given him a $200 check as a deposit a week earlier that he had cashed. He then gave me $200 in cash to reimburse me. Very friendly folks and up front and honest with great vehicles for sale. What more could you ask for?

Originally I was happy with my purchase but to my dismay a cylinder coil had gone bad and the check engine light came on within one week of driving the vehicle. I took the vehicle to my mechanic who tried switching the coils to clear the code and tightened a few bolts and the van vehicle seemed to be fine. A couple of more weeks go by and I am back in at the mechanic for the cylinder coil and this time the mechanic lighted the vehicle up and noticed a wheel bearing needed to be replaced and that the pipe that carries the coolant for the heat is rusted and probably is going to need replacement. All of these issues could have been foreseen if the owner would have allowed me to take the vehicle to my mechanic to inspect it.
