Appointment was easy to make. Total time for oil change, tire rotation and wait time was 1.5 hours. I went to pay, i had a gift card. They said that they would have to add to the bill if i used it because they did not charge me for the tire rotation. BTW I purchased new tires from them and there is a lifetime FREE tire rotation.
I was lured their with an intentional low price of 17k. I liked car and agree to move Forwarded then they included their fees (never heard of) and price jumped to $23800 and sales person insisted me to explain math to her for asking an out of door price of $20k. Please inquire about their hidden fees before wasting your time (which could be a whole day).

Worst experience in lease return. Dealer is only respecting if you are buying car from them. I went to return my lease car and was told lease officer is off despite confirming with them day earlier about my arrival . When I requested that it’s my last day of lease they agreed to take over car. I didn’t have account number handy but they were reluctant to find it logging in to their own finance site. Then I was handed over screw driver and asked to get my own registration plates out of the car. I was also told to get car and park in their back parking slot by myself. This is worst irrespecutful treatment was offered and made me feel why even I was there. I decided myself not to step in this dealership but will think twice or thrice before I get into any other Nissan car dealer. 😟

When I first walked through the door to Sansone Nissan..I was greeted by a sweet lady named Fiona. With such a charming and warm smile she asked me “what kind of car are you interested in”? I told her I was a fan of the new 2021 Rouge based off my research. Without hesitation she went outside and pulled one out so I could test drive it. Amazing experience. I told her immediately I wanted this car and we were able to get through all the paperwork and numbers in a breeze. The problem i have with nissan service department is no return calls when you. The service manager was to check with the repair tech on what he did to my car and she nevered call me back.

I cant believe what just happened! Update I purchased a Nissan rogue 2021 3 weeks ago and this is what happened next.. sansone sent me an email to review my experience so, I said the truth. Everything that was asked didnt happen I still have a non working window washer fluid, I got totally incorrect Vin number, I still didnt get my mats, the passenger side mirror is still not working when i went there on Friday to finally pick up my plates and registration the sales guy George he blamed my insurance company for the incorrect vin# when he was the one that gave the wrong Vin...he made us install the plates when I asked him to see the service person about all the missing parts he told me he had a party to go to and to call him Monday. well Monday never happened. George did call me today I returned his call in the hopes of hearing good news what I heard instead was a very angry man telling me that because of my review he was suspended and lost money and hung up!!! What a disgrace, and embarrassment for sansone to have such an unprofessional salesman. Luckily I was able to contact the finance manager and he will provide the service that his coworker didnt. Sadly I will not be able to recommend sansone to my family and friends. Be aware

DO NOT GO HERE.!! My family and I have gone to Sansone Nissan over the past 8 years to purchase and lease vehicles. This year due to the pandemic and working from home, I decided to return my lease nissan instead of trading it in. Back in December 2020 I called Sansone and inquired about what I needed to do to return the car, I asked if I needed to make an appointment (due to social distancing) to which I was told nothing needed to be done just come in and that was all. So on my lunch break I drove over and walked into Sansone asking who I could speak to in order to return the car. I was given the run around. Told that the lease manager wasnt there and I had to come back in an hour. Then they asked me about paperwork, which I was unaware of. So fast forward I had the car inspected and had the proper paperwork and I walked in today Saturday morning at 9:06 am. As soon as I got out of the car a man walked past my car asking if I needed help. I explained that I needed to return the car and my lease was expiring. He quickly said we dont take lease returns on a Saturday. I immediately became upset by his short answer so I asked to speak to a manager and he replied I am the manager as he walked away from me. So I had to walk into the dealership, complain to an employee and the man came over, reluctantly and processed my return . When he was done he handed me paperwork and just walked away. I had to ask him if we were done, to which he grunted yes. Not only are they shady in this dealership but they treat people like garbage. I will NEVER go there again and trust me this complaint will not end here. Oh and for those who care. They dont wear masks. Yes I said it. Several sales people including the lady I spoke to when I walked into the dealership were not wearing masks. So yes thank you Sansone Nissan for caring about our health.

They gave me only One Car key for certified mazda 6 car. They charging more 200$ for duplicate car key. Also, they change bargain price if you finance from different financial institution other than they have.

Been here quite a number of times over the last 4 months and have not seen a salesperson more than 5 feet from the entrance door to either smoke a cigarette or have a conversation with eachother.Not one has asked me if I need help,I challenge the general manager to prove me wrong.
It went about as I expected. The service people were able to do the oil change I needed plus take care of a recall issue and glue some stripping around the door that came loose. They didnt try to get me to do a bunch of other work, which I liked. Work was done in a reasonable amount of time and the service area was clean and comfortable so the wait was fine.

I recently Purchased a 2020 Nissan. My car clonked out on me and so to the dealer I went. I was recommend to Samson Auto mall in Avenel/Woodbridge by my mom who purchased allOf her cars here. Upon pulling up to Nissan, I was met by Harold Miranda who took EXCELLENT care of me. It was A Saturday so the wait to get through to a finance person was long but Harold made sure my mom, my daughter and myself were well taken care of. Next go around, I’ll definitely come back
I bought a car on February 5, 2021, I was told the car was CERTIFIED PRE OWNED by the salesman (Franklin, who is no longer there, shocking) and manager. I wasnt offered an extended warranty because I was told that the car had a 100k mile warranty which was far from the amount of miles that were on the car when I bought it. Had I been offered the extended warranty I would have taken it since I have always bought extended warranties on every car Ive every bought including brand new ones, the offered me a service contract which covers scheduled maintenance, I bought that, they offered LoJack, I bought that, why the extended warranty wasnt put in, is beyond me. When I got home with the car I noticed that the mudflaps were cracked and that the trunk was making a popping sound when it opened, it sounded like the window was going to break every time it happened, I reached out to my salesman, I was advised to come in for service and that it would be fixed. After going to service, the advisor was able to have half of the mudflaps replaced and I was told that they had to wait for the rest of the parts, it is now June 10, still havent heard anything about those parts plus the trunk is still popping every now and then, thats one thing. The next, I had temporary plates from the day I bought the car, they expired the first week in March, I came back to the dealership looking for my plates just to be told that they werent ready yet, they issued another temp, I called a week ago to check on the plates and the woman who answered was incredibly rude and told me that my plates came in 3 days prior and that they called me, I was out of the country at the time so I thought I missed the call only to get a call after that my someone else who I explained that the other woman told me they did call three days ago and I was coming in for service and id get them then, I was told that it was impossible that they called three days before because they were in another department and they wouldnt have known they were even there, finally, today, June 10, I have my plates. Next, the check engine light came on, 4 months after buying this certified car I came to the dealership only to be told that the car was not certified pre owned and that I also have zero warranty and I would be responsible for replacing the catalytic converter, the other option given to me was to buy another car, another down payment plus I would have to pay off the difference of what I owe for the car that I just bought 4 months ago, I asked to speak to the manager since I was lied to by multiple people there and was told he is in a meeting, wait here, he will be with you in 10 minutes I waited just for a salesman to come down and tell me that the only thing that the manager was willing to do was replacing the antenna on the top of my car that was missing when I bought it, I asked to speak to him personally and was told that theres no point and that this is all he was willing to do. I am beyond furious, to be told multiple times by different people in sales and finance that this car was certified and covered by a warranty and then to be put into this situation so shortly after getting the car is absolutely infuriating to me.I also had an appointment for service at 11:00am, was told that I would have to go into sales first to address the issues that I was having and spent 2.5 hours in the sales department so when I did go to service I was told that now I would have to wait another 1.5 hours so now ive had to spend about 5+ hours here for something that should have been less than 1 hour.I will say, I wish I dealt with Ira from the beginning because he seemed very honest and seemed like he genuinely cared about the situation that I was in. If I were to ever deal with this dealership again, I would definitely go to Ira, too bad hes here and not somewhere else.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, STAY FAR AWAY, I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN, I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE I CARE ABOUT TO COME HERE.
After trying to convince myself that I needed a new car, I found myself at the Nissan Dealership. I always had an interest in the Nissan Rogue because of its compact size and that it was good on gas. I purchased my vehicle April 23rd 2021, I am still awaiting my plates & registration which I was over charged for, also I have not received a call back nor an email about my plates, it’s going on 2mths. Consumer affairs told me to seek legal action.
Had a check engine light issue in my maxima, it was fixed in about 4 hours, then came back the following week for two bulbs that werent working, the technician fixed them free of charge. Service was excellent.

I got there at 8:50 I requested to go home. I’ve waited 3 hours had to walk back to the desk to request another ride. I was patient and got bad results. I think customer service should be worked a lil bit better. I made it home but I waited 3 hours. I only live 13 minutes away

Had high hopes after dealing with the pleasant lady that met me to take my car in for service, but that all faded quickly after the second visit. The first time I went they did a software update to try to fix two issues I was having with my radio. After testing in the parking lot everything seemed good so I left only to find that the problem still existed. Cant blame them too much for this as I couldnt duplicate it until I pulled away. The second time I dealt with Raul and after explaining exactly what I was experiencing with Android Auto, he told me that he just streams through Bluetooth. Not an acceptable solution to a problem that is a Nissan issue they refuse to fix. Needless to say he didnt even fix my satellite radio issue after waiting for over an hour. Then he told me sorry, there is nobody around so Id have to come back again to fix that. He told me he would call me the next day and it is two weeks later. I even had Nissan Consumer Affairs tell me to use another dealership because they couldnt get in touch with anyone from the service department. I would strongly recommend that you proceed with caution when thinking about buying any Nissan vehicle as the quality is not up to par with a lot of the competition out there.
I took my Nissan Versa in last year for Airbag Diagnostic and these people told me its going to cost me upwards of 10k to get it fixed and it wasnt worth the fix. We took it to a local mechanic yesterday and he said itll be fixed for $600. I called this place today and asked them to email me the diagnostic results as they never provided me with anything when I took it in and they emailed me the diagnostic with cost analysis of ~$600.My family has been driving in this vehicle without airbags working for over a year because this place would rather have you buy a new car than provide you the service you pay for.

I wasn’t even getting a car from here and I had a terrible experience. My uncle went to lease a car and the payment he agreed to on the sales floor was completely different from the payment that was being finalized. I’ve leased multiple cars with Nissan at RT 22 (which I would definitely recommend) and I’ve never had this issue. I spoke with the finance manager on behalf of my uncle and told him how I’ve never been through this. He said it’s the sales tax. When I asked if that’s new because the payment I agree to at the salesman’s table has always been the price I pay. He said yes this was a new thing that’s going on... (?????????) Then he says he’ll work out a better deal for us, “just come back Monday”. So we did and then he says he can’t do anything. When speaking with another gentleman who looks over everything, he says that price jump came from the protection package. Again(???) After negotiating and agreeing to a lower model car and getting the price down, he told us to go find the salesman who did the deal and have him show us the other cars if we want. I went asking all the employees for him and the majority of Them just laughed when I asked the question while all being on their phones. Ridiculous. Again, it wasn’t even for a car that I was getting. Disrespectful, unprofessional and totally misleading.

I had the worst experience in service I had a recall done on my car and then I had an issue with my day time running lights the people were very Nasty my car has 297 miles I bought it at another Nissan dealer this dealer was closer and they told me the day time running lights to take that back to the dealer I bought it at the service manager RICH was nasty to me and got in my face and cussed at me I told him I was going to report him to corporate he said he didnt care he threw me out and said it was his Nissan service department
BEWARE GREG!!! Went to test drive a Pathfinder and trade in my 2015 Ultima. PATHFINDER was listed at 13000. When it came to negotiations about my trade in I was offered $3000 for a car that was clearly $9000 at the blue book. I immediatly said Im sorry we wont be able to do business. I accidently took the keys for the pathfinder and returned them within 30 min of recieving a call fom Greg. Little did i know that he still had my registration for MY car for the appraisal. I left and realized 3 days later. I called for 3 says straight trying to get in touch with Greg and was always told he was not in or it went straight to voicemail. So finally I decided to just show up unexpectedly after calling that morning to find out if he was even there. I was told he wasnt and was off that day. Sure enough when I walked into the dealership he was talking to 2 other customers and I told him right in front of them that Ive been trying to contact him for days because he had my registration. When I took the keys on accident, I return them to you within 30 minutes but I have to track you down for 5 days total. He basically said that my registration was with the receptionist. You dont have the courtesy like I did to call me? This place is an absolute disgrace, passive aggressive and vindictive . If you value your time, go anywhere else but here.Dont bother sending me a copy/paste response. I will not change my review. You guys are literally slime in suits. Hopefully Nissan hurries and goes belly up like weve all been waiting for.
