Unfortunately this Walgreens pharmacy has been one of the worst I have been to. I am 8 months pregnant and for some reason they can never seem to get my prescription prenatal vitamins refilled on time. I was told to sign up for auto refill to make it easier for me and here I am 2 days after my medication is supposed to be filled and they are telling me that it’s out of stock and someone just ordered it. What kind of inventory management is this? I don’t fully blame this location but the corporate demands of retail pharmacy and not wanting to hire more workers. So glad I’m at the end of this pregnancy but will definitely be finding a new pharmacy for my needs. DO BETTER WALGREENS
Fourth day attempting to fill a prescription, to no avail. A different excuse every day. It’s beyond astonishing. “System is down”, “we haven’t received the transfer from CVS”, “Can’t find you in the system”. Oh, and now they’re terminating calls before even answering them.
Tried to cheat on pricing. Should have asked for a nanager. They have 50% off for second item mix and match, meaning any second item is 50% off even if it is not the same. I took centrum silver man and woman. They are both 21.99, so the second should be 11.00 or so. But it wasnt.They wanted to charge full price. Girl at the desk first said they dont support online promotion prices. But the same promotion was on the shelf. Then she told it should be same items.It was obvious exuse not to check the system. I wonder how many customers dont notice such things.And NB, if you sell item - put pricing on it.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. waited 4 hours to be scammed by the pharmacist !!!! He tried to lie and tell me my policy all of a sudden changed two weeks ago when that’s not even possible !!!!! The real reason he was having trouble was cause the doctor didn’t send the prescription through. All he had to do was call the doctor and he tried to charge me $184 for the medication!!!! He told me I should leave cause I wasn’t getting it unless I paid for it. Shame on them. It took 5 employees till the 6th one came and found out it was an issue with the doctor. Disgusting service. They called the cops on me for ZERO reason.
Most mismanaged pharmacy I every had the unfortunate experience of ever dealing with and I am not exaggerating. Consumer beware
We picked up a prescription at Walgreens. The pharmacy staff were accomodating. The store follows COVID-19 protocols.
I gave two stars because the woman at the cashier leaves without my receipt and even when I went to speak she said that it was my email but so far I havent received it for half an hour I bought it. Customer service is bad
The pharmacy has the worst processes put in place to handle customers . It shouldnt take an hour to pick up medication. The express pick up lane is for show only
Well I must say, Yes the service was not great. I submitted engagement pictures and when I went for pick up they were not done. I returned later again and they were not printed properly. Thankfully the manager Derrick reprinted with no questions asked on the spot. And I loved that. When I got home I realized the envelopes were printed wrong as well and had to return. My canvas was not done either. When I return a few days later my canvas was still not done but thank God Ms. DAYANARA AND MS. ROSIE helped me out and redid my envelopes and canvas. Thank you ladies.
Worst pharmacy ever! They always make you wait and don’t care a little, they tell you the prescription is ready and after you go and wait in their long pick up lines they tell you it will be ready in an hour from then. What a joke. They ask you to leave and after you drive back, they send you a text 10 min later saying that the order is now ready for pick up.Very annoyed and changing pharmacy right away.
Very slow service, if you coming to this pharmacy make sure you have at least an hour to waist. They dont want to hire more people of course what comfort of customers matter vs profit! Too bad its the closest pharmacy to my. Will switch to Publix.
Perhaps the worst pharmacy I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. Even though I have a confirmation email for a test, they kept a me waiting for over two hours… In fact I’m still waiting. They are unorganized, rude and worst of all incompetent. The pharmacy manager Noel Auerbach was unable to help me and honestly could care less, even though it was their mistake. Horrible. If you can avoid this location then you should… the general manager Alex probably doesn’t care much either, that they continuously fail consumers… I mean just look at their poor review average.

I wish I could leave negative stars. This place is a disaster for anyone who needs medication. They took over 3 weeks to get a transfer they said should only take a few days. Left me without insulin for days. After speaking with 5 people, finally the manager stepped in (after being very rude and yelling at me) and fixed the problem. After all this, I thought all the issues had been fixed. NOPE! They still gave me 1/3 of the prescribed amount, yet charged full price..... Walgreens corporate, please save this place, or shut it down.
Horrible customer service!!! This location with employees never improves ! They have no people skills, no greeting (no hi, no bye ) I felt really awkward being nice to cashier and she gave me a dirty look. Every employee in there! If I could give 0 for customer service I would. The line was really big, and the one cashier never called for any extra back up. No “sorry for waiting” or anything

Absolutely the worst for prescriptions. Not only do you wait all day to get it filled but then have to wait 1/2 hour or more to wait in line to pick it up. Horribly understaffed. Pick another Walgreens or try CVS.

Desiree the pharmacist technician is rude and not helpful. I definitely recommend people to change to cvs where patient quality is there priority.
The most staff I’ve seen working at any Walgreens and still a long wait. Manager Carlos had nothing but excuses. This is why I chose a private pharmacy.
THE worst Walgreens on Biscayne Blvd in Aventura. They have 5 people stalking up the aisles when there are lines in the pharmacy, register, & photos. I waited patiently for someone to come help me at the photo sector to simply pick up my order and every employee that passed by said “give me a minute I will get someone to help you”. NO ONE CAME TO HELP and I left without getting my order. Whats the point in ordering things online if they are still going to make you wait 35 minutes for it and still not deliver?
When the former Walgreens at Biscayne Blvd closed, which at my convenience in walking distance from my home my thought was I wouldnt find one with great service and hospitality. Then one day I stop at 186 Street and Biscayne and needless to say the service here is fantastic.One happy Walgreens customer. Very satisfied.Th
Avoid this Walgreens. Horrible customer service and they do not render services. I placed an order for photo cards for “SAME DAY PICK UP” 09/14 well in advance for my daughter’s 1st birth. Here we are today 09/22 and even after being advised yesterday they would be ready they’re not. I requested to speak to a supervisor and they left me on the hold. No regard.
This is the worst pharmacy that I’ve ever been at. The staff is rude and has no idea what they are doing. I would never come back here if I had the choice but not many pharmacies carry my medication. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Even early in the morning, they are inefficient and can’t handle the bare minimum. Good luck!
I just left the store. Went to get a refill. It wasn’t ready, even though it should have been refilled a week ago. Someone attempted to assist me, but then I realized that instead of doing so she was questioning me of going for refills to another Walgreens location...I tried to explain her that for the las 24 months and 17 days, I’ve been getting medications from two different Walgreens locations, because Walgreens hasn’t been able to reconcile the medications in one store. Of course, I requested this “service” twice before but it seems to be too much for the staff. I left the store half an hour later with the refill (it took them 1 minute per pill to count them all), and, of course, will have to go to the other location to get the rest. Efficiency and customer service? Well, thank you!

This, in my humble opinion is the best Walgreens there is. You would do well to modify all the other stores to match. The pharmacy is of the belief that the customer is the number 1 in the food chain.

I called 3 times waiting and actually had the tell the person who answered to stop talking I just wanted a simple questioned answered!They seem to have a very good manager, I hope he can fix these service things .

Pharmacy is the worst. They NEVER answer the phone, deliver RX not ordered, they make you transfer and wait 20 minutes to ask for delivery when you DO order something. I only use it for my 97 year old mom bc its the closest pharmacy to her location for delivery. Do not recommend.
Today, I just had an fraudulent attempt on my card at this Walgreens store. Fortunately the bank caught and declined! I tried to speak to the manager on duty about the incident. The person who answered first said there was on mgr on duty. Less than helpful! Finally, someone came on the phone. The gentleman took minimal information and NEVER took my information so someone could call me back with details. Disapointing managerial skills. GUARD YOUR CARDS!
The slowest pharmacist, techs and staff in the entire country and maybe globally. Just expect to have a prescription ready for pick up on your way to the hospital. Ask the ambulance to be inline on the drive thru, which is probably, also the slowest in the pharmacy universe. What a joke!! Just a proof that this pharmacy monopolized the pharmacy business with horrible customer service, expensive prices and deficient professionals.
They called me to say my prescription was ready 2 hours ago . I have been waiting for 1 hr in the drive thru because they DON’T have it ready. Very slow and inefficient.
Worst drugstore ever.bi live in the area and have tried this place periodically to see if it ever gets better, since its around the corner from my house and 24 hours, but no, it doesnt. I would say this place has lost 50% at least of all the prescriptions any doctor has ever called in for me, and never, ever filled a prescription in the amount of time they said it would take. Usually if they can do it in 4 hours or so its a good day. Other times it may be much longer. They also regularly, most of the time, mess up my insurance Co pay and charge me too much or make a mistake which results in them never filling the script. Avoid this place at all costs. Any other pharmacy, even other Walgreens are better.
Had to exchange Xbox gift cards that were given by mistake instead of Hulu ones (look very similar), but manager refused to do so. I had original gift cards in pristine conditions plus receipts too. Receipts said exchanges could be done. Store manager, Dominic, was unable to provide store policy on gift cards and refused to help. Terrible service - avoid at all costs!

Well..today 30min waiting in the line to get my prescription that was ordered 4h before! When my turn came it wasnt ready..so! They ask me to wait 10min more...I complaint at 20min since nobody call me ...then wait 10 more at the counter! Lot ofunhappy customers! my back was killing me! The employees are nice, is not their fault...IT HAS TO BE A BETTER WAY.... I didnt mind the first 30min but the extra 20+10 NOT acceptable! If there aremanypeople sick and seeking flu shots, get extra help or DO SOMETHING tominimize the painful waiting time!
This is a great store. Prices are normal for anywhere else you shop. The people are very friendly and social.
Horrible Walgreens!!! BEWARE! My car was robbed in their parking lot! I went into this Walgreens for 10 minutes to return to my car window smashed and my belongings stolen from the vehicle. Staff was not helpful in assisting when this took place! The associate was less than shocked when I informed them what took place and told us this has happened before. Incident took place a month ago - anyone with information please contact the Aventura police or reach out directly. Thank you.
For the drive thru one red hair woman has the most bad service that me saw in my life. Is incredible she is inhuman, nasty her costumer service is -100. And the manager did not listen the complaint.

Literally the worst Walgreens ever. Rude people.. And 13 dollars for sunscreen! 13 freaking dollars. Everything thing here outrageously over priced to an extent I have never seen. The store was not worth crappy amount of winding traffic laden rodes to get there. Ew.

Worst pharmacy ever!!! Please dont go there. Terrible customer service!!! Long wait times. Pharmacist are actually not the problem they are good and resolved the issues, problem if the staff. They are terrible!! One Im my children. Who has asthma needed his spacer and the Dr called it in 12pm. I called 4 times that day to see if it was ready without any luck at all to get them on the phone. Then I just went by. Last at the drive through said following:We have been swamped today sorry its not ready and I dont think it will be today, if I where you if come back tomorrow and try then!!! Again an asthma medication needed at all times places 10 hour prior. Needles to say I didnt accept her answer Nd told her a few things in sure she wont soon forget. Went inside spoke to the pharmacist and she was kind enough to prep it for me within 3 mins max. She said of course and Im sorry for that inside totally inapropiate. Same lady took my money d said you see sometimes ur lucky they do it fast. She should be fired at the very least!! Anyways the one mile up is also 34 hours in hallandale beach Blvd a d they Re so much better in every way recommend that one. The la to the lady pharmacist but never again will I send a prescription there fyi stay away!!!!
Pharmacy hss the longest drive thru lines and inside the store pharmacy as well. The same person who attends the window is taking care of the customers standing in line inside the pharmacy and, store prices are super high,not everyone in Aventura is rich.

Worst walgreens in SF. The staff are kind but the management is abysmal.
Every time i call the phone hangs up.. or i finally get a pharmacist on the phone they tell me they are going to do what needs to be done and they dont.. the phone hansg up and they dont bother to call back.. its literally going on an hour and a half
