Ice cream tenders are very nice.

This place has gone down hill. The water is good... but customer service is iffy depending on who is working. One girl is awesome and the other is very rude! She ruining this nice mans business

Weve been going to this water store for 3 years because its one of the few places close to us that doesnt taste like chlorine. There has been a young woman working there for about the 6 months or so that has decided she works for the CDC and has become the mask Police. We are currently searching for a new water store If we wanted to be belittled and berated by a child this would be the place for us. Not everyone can wear a mask over thier nose for medical reasons and this 12 year old thinks shes a doctor!

I have been coming here for about a year now. The last couple of experiences were not so good. I came about 2 months ago and it was crazy busy. I read my order off to the girl 2 times, she gave me the wrong order then got an attitude when I corrected her. She must have remembered because I came back about a few weeks later and she had an attitude. I spoke when I walked and she did not but spoke to the man that came in about a minute or so after me. I went last week and I saw a roach inside the ice cream storage. I didn’t say anything as I should have but I said to myself, I would not come back. However, my 12 year old son wanted ice cream today so I took him. When we went in, there was a new girl there. I told her that I came last week and the same roach is still in the storage. She didn’t say anything back to me, she sat there and then looked at my son and said what did you want to order. I will not be coming back to this place and as soon as I can find out how to load a photo, I will.

My two boys and I were walking into the store and the girl behind the counter says, Excuse me, you 3 need to wait outside, we are to capacity. I find that to be very rude and very unprofessional. Instead try saying Excuse me I apologize but would you and your family mind waiting outside, we only allow so many in the store at a time. Needless to say they will NEVER get my business again.

Always a polite, friendly, casual, inexpensive place to get water and ice cream. I would recommend this place over any other water store - 10 stars

I wish I could give a negative amount of stars. It states they close at 7:30pm I showed up at 7:25pm and the girl refused to let us in. Customer Service is non existing now!

I would give zero stars if it was an option. I would never refer this store to anyone! The female employee working the register is rude as hell and dishonest. And gets an attitude when shes corrected for being dishonest. There are other water stores in the area that will get our business from now on.

Best service always, there is this big fat dude that will go out of his way for you, he will even taste the ice cream for you just to make sure its good, he is so polite its unbearable, he even carried my juggs back to my car for me with a smile the whole time. He told me God bless you and all of your family in 4 different languages, i will definitely refer him to my sister to marry, she is a chubby chaser anyways.

We come for the ice cream and the slushies. They have a few flavors I cant get anywhere else....they sell ice and water here as well. The staff was very nice.

This store is Excellent!!! All the employees are very very nice. The water taste good, the Ice cream “thrifty” is so Yummy. They have all kinds of yummy treats like Strawberries and cream, Nachos, Tostilocos, Raspados…..and lots more. What they have at the Mexican mall they have here too. I always get my water and come out with a treat here. For the person who was too lazy to get a spoon- the spoons are in front of the counters so you can help yourself; this way they can get your next order for you. I enjoy coming here.

They have clean water at fair prices and a store full of candy, ice cream, soda, etc. Its a popular place for kids after school so it does get crowded around 2pm-4pm.

I love the store. The staff has always been very nice and polite.
