The ice cream is good, but the young lady that was working at this location 1.21.2021 in the evening had a really bad attitude. She actually appears in one of the pictures. I usually tip and at a place like this the tip wouldve been more than the bill, but she was notably disinterested in assisting my sister and I and neither of was loud, rude or anything of the sort. The ice cream really is good and I like that you can get water here too. I went to a location in Tempe, I think it is, and the service was good as well. Its a 5 star place.

Looks crowded from the parking lot, but the people inside really make it a pleasant experience.

This place is very clean. The plaza is it on is always busy, so it’s hard to get parking but it’s probably one of the cleanest and best water places I have found in this area.

We have gotten ice here before and there was glass in it. Another time we got snow cones and they tasted like a nail salon like acrylic or the monomer liquid. I didnt let my kids eat them. I would be very cautious when coming here.After trying them like 5-10 minutes later I got dizzy and a very bad headache.

Best ice cream. Love the snow cones and Hawaiian ice drinks.

Self serve water. You can see the tech used to purify the water. Fast and very inexpensive if you dont mind carrying your own water bottles.

You can purchase ice, water, water bottles,, shaved Hawaiian ice, ice cream and assorted snacks. Staff is friendly and our Hawaiian ice was delicious. Best Thrifty ice cream.

Used to come here every few days, until i realized there is ammonia in the water testing as high as tap water! I use this water for my saltwater fish and coral. I nearly killed over a grand worth of livestock! Who knows if they even filter the water or change the filters. Be careful if you need truly pure water. To the owners - PLEASE TEST YOUR WATER AND DON’T BE CHEAP!!

Very very good experience. Wide selection of candy ice cream and water accessories. They even sell thriftys ice cream by the half pint for home. Cones can go up to three scoops here. Customer service was great and did not disappoint at any level

I would only give half a star if would let me, I was in line for ice cream and when the lady cashier with the weird eye was done with guy in from of me, she looked at the lady that was still filling up and water and told her “how can I help you”? I was like I’m next I was standing her and she said, “she let the guy go in front of her” but how can that be if she was by the water area filling up. I will never go there again and I’ll let all my neighbors know to go get there water somewhere else. The worst customer service just to lie in front of your customers like that.
