I called this store to see if they had a phone in stock. They confirmed they did so I went into the store. Once I arrived, both employees were already helping customers, which was fine with me. I was greeted and asked why I was there and I said I came for the phone I called in about. Employee confirmed that they had it. After about 10 minutes, it was my turn. I had a phone to trade in so the employee was checking it out and goes to other employee to check about the trade in phone. Then they say they don’t have the phone and asked if I called first, which I did. I had proof of calling the phone and all they said was oh well sorry. Pretty bad overall experience and time wasted to drive out here during rush hour. I will never come back to this location again and don’t recommend anyone else to either.

I had an outstanding experience at TMobile Azusa. Monica was professional and knowledgeable. I had many questions about the service and phones. Her positive energy, patience, and followup exceeded my expectations. I love my Samsung Galaxy 21+ 5G phone, deal, and cell service. (Former Verizon customer and so happy I left them)

Spoke to Ernie, went in to verify some stuff and possible trade in a phone. Got the information I needed on my account and he answered every question with knowledge. He was a great help and very professional I would go back just to speak with Ernie.

Dont waste your time at this T-Mobile. Worst T-mobile experience ever. The lady who helped us was rude and very inexperienced. I suggest the one in Monrovia or Glendora if you are in the Azusa area. Better customer service and they have more knowledge on their products.

Just make sure that you are aware that this place is a 3rd party operated/leased Tmobile. They messed up my phone lines and then didnt know how to help or fix it. Had to call customer service and since this place is 3rd party operated place I was told I have to return to this location to get my situation fixed. Still nothing was fixed.. so just be aware and ask before you make any decisions. The guy was courteous in trying to help but couldnt

Dont trust them people in there,,,, they might be smiley and friendly people, TRUST Them, whatever they tell you,,,, READ THE FINE PRINTS,,,, DO NOT TRUST Them.,, And the manager are good at washing their hands..... DONT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

Have visted this tmobile store twice and both times ive been they did not have screen protector replacements for my phone which is galaxy s9 + and they had me wait a very long time so if u have a galaxy s9 plus i would not recommend you going to this location.

Ask for Mike T the assistant manager excellent service overall best tmobile in California.

Kiri was the best! she took so much time to help make sure i got exactly what i needed, paid the best price, AND she quadruple checked for dust before putting on my screen protector. i dont even think she realizes how much i appreciated that! she was easy to talk to, fun to wait around with (as my phone came to life with all my contacts and stuff) and made my in-store experience one of the smoothest and most enjoyable ones ive had. :) thanks, kiri!!

Slow, terrible, unprofessional customer service. It takes two half brained employees to work with and sell products to one customer. Other employees are just standing around like they are not at work.
