Was not impressed with this visit to this Starbucks. Drinks were less then par and they claim to have no straws for my drinks.

It’s been a few times that I ask cashier to redeem stars on my app and all the times they “forget” to do it. :( I wish there was an easier way to redeem the stars instead of asking the associate to redeem them.

I always order here and theres always a mistake on my drink and I never complain but today hasnt been a good morning,I order thru uber eats and my drink has no vanilla sweet cold foam or caramel drizzle! 🙃 so disappointed.. the picture has what I ordered but the drink tastes like milk...

The drive through is always packed, but the line moves relatively quick. The service is always professional and efficient. The iced coconut milk matcha pineapple drink that I got was weird however, none of the flavors worked together. Its not horrible but probably wouldnt get it again either.

So I used to go to this Starbucks place in my college days, pre-COVID, usually in the afternoons and the occasional morning when I did some homework. One of the things that stood out was the staff working there. I recall one of the store managers at one point had a meeting with a supervisor and had free samples of either a baked good like coffee cake or some coffee. Another was a barista who’s blonde woman who was so sweet to me whenever I placed my order that when I was doing homework at Starbucks one day, she came in for her shift, saw me, and greeted me. I don’t know if this blonde girl still works for this particular Starbucks location, but I just wanna point out how that is a cool gesture and it made my day back then. Other than that, love the coffee atmosphere of the location.

I ordered a Blonde traveler, I pick on time,Im told they are working on it. After 10 min waiting I ask again...Baeista. oh its right her,its been ready for over 10 min. Very bad customer service!

This is my favorite Starbucks in the area. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and do a great job answering questions.

I always come to this Starbucks but I dont know, for the past few months they have been getting my orders wrong and are always out of something. With that beingsaid their staff is so cool and very friendly.

Drive-thru has the longest wait time Ive ever been through. They neglect the drive-thru and get walk-ins out the door quicker. Drive-thru staff can be abrasive during peak hours.

It can take a while sometime when you order inside.

The staff was really nice and even held my friends phone that we left behind in the morning until we came back in the afternoon...

This location is the worst I have ever been to. The staff is rude and unfriendly. The line is extremely long and even IF you use the app(which never is available it seems) you still end up waiting 10 to 15 minutes longer than it says you will. Ordered 2 drinks both Venti. Got 1 Venti one Grande. How do you make that mistake? Not only was it wrong but it also wasnt sealed and ended up ALL over my front seat! I called and was told to come get replacements. Im not going back for that. Id rather just take the loss at this point.

Usually all Starbucks are wonderful friendly and very helpful. This Starbucks is horrible. The staff is rude they dont smile and want to fight with you over creamer. I ordered two coffees and was denied cream unless I paid extra... No other Starbucks ever put me through that... I spend so much money at Starbucks in one month yet I cant even get cream for my hot coffee I ordered! Restaff this Starbucks!

Ive visited this location many times in the past couple of weeks. The staff is nice, the seating is not cramped despite it being a sensibly sized space. I never wait too long for my order so I never mind going. This is a good one :)

Just came through this morning Tuesday 4/14 at 9:00 am and realized in line at drive thru I had forgotten my wallet at home, not to worry I had a gift card that has plenty on that my wife used. Big mistake as my wife is a frequent flyer. Long story short, I was short and without the proper cash to make up the difference and the young lady working the drive thru graciously still gave me my order all while remaining extremely polite and cordial. No idea if this is common practice here but I was blown away. Thank you folks

First visit enjoyable. Energetic and fun staff. Spacious! Must be serving the college better in this location than the one that used to be in the Stater Bros. Center nearby on Alosta.Since it is new construction, the accessibility features in the restroom are better than most. Also, (currently) the restrooms are not security code restricted like most Starbucks I frequent have upgraded to. But a little concerning that a spacious two stall bathroom does have a privacy lock. That seems unnecessary or a safety issue.

Very loud and noisy Starbucks. Usually the noise is kept at a respectable level due to it being a coffee shop where people generally like to read and work. The employees are loud and goof around and none of the tables were clean. Had to ask for my table to be cleaned.

Im not much of a coffee person so the employee at the register was really informative about their different flavors and helped me find a great coffee to start out with. Great employee experience.Side note, the interior architecture in there is so cool.

Rolled in today to pick up a Mobile Order for my bosses, and they did not add any sweetener, and my bosses got pissed. My Order was a simple Iced coffee with cream and i even asked if they sweetened them and they said yes. Get your acts together and stop making my life harder. :(

They seem to be under a lot of stress but most of the employees are pretty genuinely happy and kind. They usually allow our group to meet on Friday evenings with our emotional support dog without any issues, but I would rather them just ask for the proof rather than eye ball me like Im lying to them. I get it, but just ask for proof if theres a problem. Its okay.

This Starbucks was great, the bathroom was clean and the drinks were great as usual with Starbucks. What really impressed me though was the baristas honesty about a drink that looked good but that was way too sweet. He also recommended using the powder instead of the syrup to flavor the drink I ordered and it was delicious. This Starbucks is very close to Azusa Pacific University so it had many students studying. Is was a very nice vibe.

They have a new chipotle chicken wrap that is very tasty plus i always love their teas.

Im not feeling very well this morning so I stopped to get a hot passion Tea. The girl working the drive thru told me they were out so I decided to get a different tea. They also happened to be out of honey so I took agave instead. She was super nice and gave me my tea for free because everything I wanted happened to be out. I wish I got here name because she really made my morning!

The management at this location are not very helpful.My wife had hot coffee spilled on her by another customer. One of the employees witnessed the situation and did not even offer any assistance or asked is she was OK. My wife informed the manager and wasnt even concerned. He didnt bother account my wife if she needed anything. He just said be careful next time.The staff needs serious customer service training at this location.

Fast service at drive thru

They got rid of my favorite muffin.... AND DECIDING IF WILL CONTINUE TO GO TO STARBUCKS COFFEE AFTER TREATMENT OF THE PHOENIX POLICE OFFICERS (PAYING CUSTOMERS) WHO WERE ASK TO LEAVE BECAUSE SOME FEMALE FELT UNCOMFORTABLE WITH THEM BEING PRESENT!!! STARBUCKS HAS NO BACKBONE.

This branchs services has been above average; unfortunately, today as I went in to pick up my mobile order and place another in-store order, although there is a huge sign stating facial coverings required, none of the patrons INSIDE the store was wearing one. Most importantly, the staff were not enforcing the rule. This made me feel extremely unsafe, and I got out of there as fast as possible upon obtaining my orders.

It was 7:30 am, a very busy morning, and the line for drive thru was going well until there was one car in front of me to take her order. Somehow, the car in front of me took very long to get her drinks when out of nowhere, a person from inside the Starbucks begins talking to her, looking at me and all the other cars behind and ignoring them! She made eye-contact with me several times, having no clue why she is simply talking as if she was on her break. It got even more frustrating to see the lady was paying with a gift card, some change, dollar bills, and her phone, simply to extend her time at the window and eight min. after they were done talking, she finally got her drinks! Somehow, it takes EIGHT minutes to get a venti coffee, a venti cup of water, and a bread! Not to mention, the fourth drink on her tray was mine! The cashier was about to give the lady my drink, but thankfully the car realized it wasn’t her’s so she returned it. Instead of putting it back inside, she decides to leave it standing outside on the table to get cold, which was by the time they were done saying goodbyes. The cashier gave a last look at the line and ran back inside as if she had done nothing wrong. In the entire time waiting, I was debating whether to take a picture of them or not, well, it turns out they gave me enough time to think about that I actually got one without them even noticing! I guess they were too busy talking to each other they forgot where they were. The car finally leaves, people behind me and myself being late to work. I get to the window and my drink was sitting in the cold, no sleeve, I paid, and left all within ONE MINUTE. Did I forget to mention the cashier who was talking to the customer for so long WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE IN DRIVE-THRU?! The actual drive-thru lady apologized for taking so long and it turns out she had left her position inside just so she could have a good laugh with her pal who was in the car. If you know her, please DO NOT place her on drive-thru ever again. All your customers would appreciate it!

Going to keep it short and sweet. Its not the worst, but further from the best. Hit or miss with staff. Some are A+, others can be less sarcastic. Drinks seem to be made with a hurry and taste that way. Very clean, bathrooms included.

Took them 15 minutes to get me my ham & cheese croissant, and then when I bite into it, it wasnt even warm. They were good about giving me another one free of charge... But yeah, wont be returning to this location.

I love the atmosphere. Seating is comfortable and there is plenty of it. The baristas are friendly and helpful with choosing a tasty drink. It is walking distance from both Citrus College and Azusa Pacific University. I enjoy coming here to do some homework and drink my favorite white tea.

Who runs out of milk and charges someone for the more expensive options, coconut or almond. A customer should NEVER have to pay more for a substitution that is not optional. I was a faithful Starbucks customer until this.

Starbucks is Starbucks. I feel like if youve been to one you have a good idea of how all the rest are. Service here is pretty quick and the employees Ive encountered are friendly. My biggest complaint would be seating. I really love having corner seats or nooks to hide away in while I study. With the exception of one outdoor table, most of the other seating feels pretty central, which I dislike. But thats pretty common for places like this.

This location is really busy. We always go to the drive thru. Its best to go in the morning because the drinks taste better. They made a mistake on my order once, I called and they offered a refund or to remake my drink.

Great staff. Gets crazy busy sometimes since APU and Citrus College are so close. But still my Starbucks of choice because of the staff. Theyre the best.

I generally like Starbucks but not this location -They serve watered down drinks, at least that was my experience and that of a couple of other people I know. I actually watched the white mocha I ordered being made - the milk looked like it had been watered down and the drink tasted like it too - blech !

Great & fast service. Nice patio where we enjoy our drinks & my dogs know a puppiccino is on the way.

The service is prompt and the baristas make pretty good espresso. I also really enjoy the nitro cold brew.One word of caution: this Starbucks seems to get a number of homeless people. Today a homeless man sat in the corner for several hours. He kept his hand down his pants and stared intently at a woman sitting outside. When she left, he removed his hand from his pants and began sniffing his hand. This, combined with a number of other anti-social activities made my experience less than pleasant.Perhaps this location would benefit from some security?
