The guy here is really friendly and he will not bother you when you walk around unlike at the other gnc stores. He will let you roam in without telling you which one is better for you to get.

Came here as a last resort a bit ago because I ran out of protein powder and I didnt want to wait for a sale online. But Im glad I did!The employee was super friendly and very very helpful. Although they didnt have exactly what I was looking for, he was able to point me in the right direction.Their prices arent as good as online, but the selection is really good, the store is clean, and the customer service is great, so I have no complaints.

They will find any excuses not to accept return. I bought a bunch of bottles last week and decided to return one bottle, untouched, unopened. I took a picture of the receipt and through away the original as I always do. Never had a problem with any big chain stores in the past 4-5 years. Well receipt in your phone is their big excuse not to accept return. I spent thousands of dollars at GNC every year and this is the treatment I get. Not good business practice. Avoid.

This one is an avoid. This is not a corporate store. The owner doesn’t accept returns or run the air conditioner, which has led to moisture in the products. He also loves to cram MuscleTech products down your throat. Take a hint—most of us have an idea what we want. I have some sort of issue every time I go in. Whether it be with stock, wet powders, coupons, or even the receipt printer. It is always something with this guy.They have a very poor selection of Beyond Raw products, a GNC in-house brand. Ironically, these were the products on sale for Pro days. Not happy.
