I came in today, having problems with my phone, when to different locations and no one was able to help me out into i came here!! the girls there are super nice and helpful. excellent service, recommend this place!!!

Really loved how clean the store was! They had a beautiful coffee set up for their Christmas event. I got a great deal on the iPhone SE! And they GIFTED ME the case and glass thing for my screen as a Christmas gift! Ivon was really funny and had me dying with laughter. Definitely recommend this store

Terrible Employees!!!!! All of them where on the phone and didn’t help me out then just dismissed me when other customers would come in TERRIBLE!!!!!! all I needed was the number to make an insurance claim!!!!! They insisted I get a new phone when the one I have is only 2 weeks old !!!!!! NEVER RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION

Luis was extremely helpful and answered all my questions making my switch to this company so much easier. Really recommend everyone to at least go get information from this young man.

Would rate this place zero stars, if possible. Yvonne, manager apparently, lacked service knowledge. Long story short, we paid $190 and left the store with no working phone and only got $100 back. Once we confronted her about the issue, she was quick to try to send us away, she was rude, unprofessional and bad hygiene. Would never step foot in this place again. She could have given us other options from the beginning but she was too busy and was blowing off alot of customers. She tried to excuse herself by saying she is a single mother of 3 kids just trying to do her job. I felt lied to!

Luis and yvonne did a great job helping us switch from cricket. While he did all computer. Work she helped transfer all our data from our old phones. Appreciate how fast the process was

Was helped by Ivon. Shes such a sweet girl. Am and old lonely man and she didnt mind me talking to her during the whole service. Poor girl heard my whole life story and was so sweet. She even set me up for tinder after i told her my wife died 10 years ago. I tried getting her to meet my son but she said she was already married.

Gladiz went outside the box to help me out man! She hooked me up with special offers! She was really nice and sweet! I would totally recommend thos store great Customer service!

Unless I have some reason to believe that I was at the wrong BOOST, the two young ladies I encountered this evening WERENT POLITE, NOR HELPFUL. When I stated I would return later went the young man (with whom Ive found to be very knowledgeable and polite) was there. I was told he did exist.There is NO YOUNG MAN WHO WORKS THERE. Ive encountered very rude attitude there before. I think we should see OTHER WIRELESS SERVICES. They really dont need, NOR appreciate my business. By the way, I DO HAVE HIS NAME.
