Salesman was very nice. Owner also friendly. Lots of unfinished furniture upstairs, mostly pine but excellent quality. Some unfinished oak. Amish made furniture here, dovetail, metal tracks with bearings, very nice. Lots of mattresses. They also are willing to special order, lots of catalogs. Elevator or stairs for upstairs access.

The service here is excellent! The salesman was not pushy and was patient while I evaluated the furniture and how it would fit in my home. I purchased a beautiful pine cabinet for my dining room area and stained it myself. It’s a lovely piece and the owner even thanked me for my purchase. To top it all off, I didn’t have a bungee cord for my trunk, but they had one on site for me to use. I will return here again for future purchases!

These guys are located on Stillwater Avenue in a plain looking steel building that you can see from I-95. My wife wanted to stop in and honestly I didnt hold out much hope that there would be anything special inside, but when we walked in we were both AMAZED! Its kind of a hidden gem in Bangor. They actually sell real wood furniture, not particleboard. A lot of the stuff they sell is Maine Made which my wife and I really liked. Theyve got some BEAUTIFUL Amish made Furniture in the front and they have a ton of Livingroom sets to choose from. We actually ended up buying a solid wood dresser for our Son and were having it finished to match his room! I didnt even know there was a place in Bangor that could do that. Weve got some other stuff we need and we will definitely be back. Great job guys!

Weve bought a few pieces from here in the past, including dressers we had them stain. The products are very nice. We had a few issues getting a piece of furniture ordered in January. With the pandemic and everything else going on, we still hadnt received it. I appreciate how much Jeremy and Justin were willing to work with us. While we ended up with a different piece of furniture, they were able to rectify the situation, even though a lot of the issues were out of their hands. We love the furniture weve bought from here previously and will continue to furnish our house with the quality pieces they offer. Our experience shows they truly care about the satisfaction of their customers.

Friendly people and nice furniture. If you don’t mind finishing it yourself the unfinished pieces upstairs are not much more expensive than the lumber needed to build them.

We recently furnished our entire new home in Maine with 304 Stillwater Avenue Furniture. We found quality hard wood furniture and US made upholstered furniture at very reasonable prices. Dave was outstanding at understanding our needs and tastes and directed us to the best values. Service at every step was truly outstanding. Delivery was flawless. Great prices and I even got my delivery the next day

The solid wood furniture is decent but the mattresses are not. We bought the feather touch and after three years the seams are ripping. Of course its not covered by the warranty so I talked with the store. Now they are willing to sew it up but the seams are so bad thats its not worth the effort of me hauling it down there. Moral of the story..a futon mattress is expensive and 1 every 3 years is even more expensive so dont buy the feather touch mattress or the 10 year fabric protection warranty.

I felt it was overpriced and disappointing they wouldnt sell pieces off the floor if interested vs waiting 4 months to get shipped.

No one acknowledged we were in the store. The prices are higher than the other area furniture stores and the selections for living room furniture is significantly less.The store was very clean.

Felt that it was time we splurged on a new Livingroom sofa and chair over a year ago. Ordered it in December 2017 and it was delivered in March. The set is made by Klassner in North Carolina.At first the set was fine but eventually the cushions started to sag. The set was not so comfortable to sit on. We called the store and they sent the service manager to our home. He found that the foam used in the furniture was not firm enough. More foam was ordered and placed in the furniture but only making it marginally better. The service manager and store manager made the decision to work on the furniture at the store. The foam was removed, new foam, more dense than the original and webbing was installed. Voila! The furniture is so much better than good! Thank you to all involved at 304 Stillwater in Bangor. Came in on a search for a bedroom set, Was in the store for at least 30 minutes and no one even acknowledged us or asked if we needed help with anything.
