Great selection at very reasonable prices. Friendly staff that make themselves available without being pushy. Easy and friendly checkout experience. I would have given 5 stars except for the fact that I am having to wait 3 weeks for my couch to be delivered and Im only 25 miles away. I still gave 4 stars because I wonder if the lengthy delivery time is due to staff shortage. Definitely worth shopping here. Just be prepared for a possible wait on delivery.

Ive purchased furniture here before and have always received good products and services. On August 9th I purchased a loveseat with console and was told it should be available to pickup in 2 to 8 weeks. Its now going on 15 weeks and when my wife called she was told they didnt know when it would be available. Not sure how much longer Im willing to wait before asking for a refund.

We walked in intent on purchasing a sleeper couch. Covid really limited the inventory so the one I realy wanted was not there. Whats more, the sale person had only 2 to show me. The one i ended up buying had been my second choice anyway from perusing websites etc for a few weeks. We managed to get a bit off the delivery price as we bought the floor model. Okay, still all good. Our only problem? If you tell a customer it is going to delivered wrapped, then the store should wrap it. Oh, taxes should not be added after the delivery charge is tacked on. I believe that is a nono. Well be back if only to look at everything else we didnt have time to look at before. 5 stars for the few things i saw offered, 3 for customer service gives it 4 avg.

We bought a dresser for my daughter. We were told there was only the display model left, which had scratches on it. We agreed to take $50 off the price of the dresser since she really needed it. Upon checking out we were told the dresser was originally priced $50 over what we were told original price was so we were already getting the discount even though it wasn’t the price we were told. The next day my husband went to pick it up and the loader shoved it onto the bed of the pickup truck. Despite being wrapped there were several scratches and chips when we got home. My husband called several times and finally got to speak with someone and we were told they are only willing to see if they can fix the scratches. With such a poor experience we will not be a returning customer.

Staff was nice and not pressuring. Sale was quick. Only issue was we were told twice the piece of furniture we were buying would be assembled. When we went to get it loaded at the pick up area, the guys told us that it was not assembled. The staff gladly rectified the situation and gave us the display. Looks great in our living room. Went looking for a recliner for my wife. She is only 411 so it had to be a lower seat than most recliners. Saw an ad in the Bangor Daily News for Furniture Gallery.Got there ( 100 miles from home) saw the store front and our first thought was a very expensive looking place but we figured after the long drive we would look any way. When we walked in we were greeted by a friendly salesman. He told us to look around and if we needed help to let him know. Because of both of us being disabled I told him exactly what we needed.He said the recliners are upstairs !! Then he explained there was an elevator !! He met us upstairs and directed us t the recliner section. No pressure at all just help.He showed us a couple of different styles they had that were short in the seat. We found exactly what we wanted and it was very reasonably priced. Still no pressure !! We told him we would take it and we went back down the elevator to where the sales secretary was.Finished the paper work and were on our way.. This is a very professional business establishment. we will definitely go back there next time we need furniture.

Such a great selection of furniture! Some very beautiful pieces plus low and high end options! Staff is very helpful.We were looking for a recliner that would lay flat amd lift up for my father after his knee replacement and we found the perfect chair. We ended up shopping a little too close to his surgery date and needed the chair delivered ASAP unless we could find a friend to haul it. Im pretty sure there was an extra charge (I cant blame them) but they were able to deliver the chair the next morning for us so it would be ready for my dad when he got home the next day.

They sell high quality furniture and have amazing sales throughout the year in which you can save hundreds of dollars if you can wait for the sale. They have a large selection and you can find something for every sense of style. They deliver for free on purchases over $699 but will deliver for a reasonable fee if under that amount. They will also set up and haul away your old furniture if you want. I have purchased all my new furniture from them and have been doing business with them for the last 12 years. I recently bought a sofa its just perfect and i am very pleased in the past i have also bought 3 mattress and 2 bed frames and am also quite happy with them as well. The first mattress and bed frame i bought from them when i was like 21 years old, i didnt have much money at all, they allowed me to make a deposit to secure what i wanted and i made payments on them, i wasnt able to take them home till i had it paid in full but it held the cheaper sale price for me and was a much better deal then renting to own from like rent a center (i would have paid double) and i didnt mind waiting for the new bed to save $800. They staff is friendly and they have a very comfortable atmosphere no pushy sales people and they listen to what you want and help you find something to fit perfectly in your home. I will always do business with them when it comes to furnishing my home.

I went there with two other people, as soon as we pulled in, we noticed a small fire in the dark mulch outside, which we quickly told staff about. We stayed and browsed for 30 minutes and never saw one staff member until we were headed out the door, who followed us and told us about the fire and to have a nice day. Prices were also pretty high.

This is typically the first store we go to buy furniture. We may go look at other places but we always come back here for the excellent service isnt and good prices. Working with Sid everytime makes for a great experience

You should really take the time to mark your showroom items as sold, if they are indeed. aggravating to say you can have an item as early as next day from a transfer from another store, when actuality is a week.salespeople are misinformed, or afraid of losing the sale.? but need to be truthful at the time of sale.

Ive purchased a few items here and really appreciated the expertise, but also the no pressure sales. Ive had to have my couch cleaned from dog vomit-they helped me beyond the call of duty. But today, I observed 3 men delivering some furniture around Rutland Ave(Fairmount area) not only were they all wearing alike clothing-denoted the Furniture Gallery and clean cut, but they took the initiative to shovel this persons ENTIRE walkway and steps; not just the path they needed. Im confident they dont get the praise they deserve-so here it is!! This company is wonderful all around.

Lost of nice stuff, sales people were very friendly. My o ly suggestion is stay away from the inexpensive Ashley furniture, its trash. We bought a couch for $300 less than about a year ago and I know you get what you pay for but Im not sure these even make that list, the cushions have become mostly flat, the velcro thats supposed to hold the cushions in place only does so for maybe a month before it stopped and the fabric its attached to becomes loose easily. Ive honestly got a used couch from the side of the road thats held up better and is more comfortable than this one is.

Absolutely horrible service at this business. Walked around the store twice and no employee asked to help us at all. We even had one employee glare at us across the store and walk away from us to stare out the window. I brought my truck planning to buy an entire living room set today. This business will never get any of my hard earned money I suggest you dont waste your time either.
