Clean and fully stocked store. Employees are friendly and courteous. Self-checkout is available if the lines are too long for you, but they are pretty quick to open more registers. I really like the early opening times so I can get my shopping done before the masses show up.

I call in a script the day before, the automated system says it will be ready next day at 10:15am. I get to the store at 3:15pm the next day and its still not ready. Has happened 3 times now. I am going to find a new pharmacy. Definitely avoid this pharmacy is you want your scripts anywhere close to on time.

We hardly ever go to the Broadway Hannaford. Many times we have stopped in, we cannot find what we are looking for. This could just be our familiarity with the Brewer store.

Very very expensive. Im on a low sodium diet so I tried to buy all low sodium items and I bought some cleaning products for my home and when I checked out I thought it was going to be like $100 at least 240 dollars. Now that was a rude awakening food is just so expensive now I dont know what we should do about it . I just wish food prices would go down. They know we have to eat and feed our children the staff and everybody who works yeah is very nice they have a nice crew of people working there. Do you have a great day people. My go to market, produce is great, in fact if I have a few items I may go to a smaller market but if I have to get produce this is the only place I will go!

This is another of Hannafords supermarkets, mostly indistinguishable from the one in the next town. They follow basic similar planograms. Except, items will be in a different place if you are used to your nearest store. Lots of stuff, good produce and fruit, the hated self-checkout because they are following corporate America by firing people who would like to be paid to do that for you.

Very clean and well laid-out location. The location of the store is also very convenient because since it is in a strip mall there are other places where you can just make one stop and get several errands done. Although it was busy I was able to get in and out quite quickly and the staff was quite friendly.

My wife and I go grocery shopping here due to the location of our house. Once we go in they do have electric scooters with baskets so Im able to get around.Their produce is always fresh and their cuts of meat are always on point. If you dont want something prewrapped, their is a fresh cut section as well that will adjust to your liking. Use their rewards program to get certain things unadvertised at low prices and credit where you can help your next food bill.

Many substitutions that were not equal to what I wanted. Gave me less than ordered. Not the first time. Walmart substitutes better. Will give you more if they do not have what you want. Very disappointed today. Wont be using again:(

Good for basics, less variety and stock than other Hannaford stores. Plenty of parking and decent staff. I will say they have the small carts rather than those weird double decker carts and I do live that.

Great place. Hannaford tries to enforce mask mandates but customers will not keep 6 feet away. They often come within a foot of you.

Pretty crowded but it is right before Christmas. Very nice hannaford, was bigger than most and had what we needed.

Walked in only to find a man without a mask standing at the entrance. I spoke to a manager who had a lengthy conversation with him less than 6 feet away. Not sure why she didnt politely ask him to leave.

It has a great Variety of foods and well stocked. Easy access and ample parking.

This is the store I always go to. The people who work there are super awesome and wonderful. Today I went and I walked outside, I realized I bought the wrong item and just wanted to exchange for the item I did want. The policy has changed which I completely understand because of the virus. You cant return or exchange an item unless its damaged. Thats fine thats not the issue. The issue is the way the teenage girl told me. She had an attitude. I am sorry I was not aware of the policy change, but she could of told me in a nicer tone. Completely rude. I honestly felt like crying because I was being talked down to as if I was a child. I should of gotten a name but I didnt. She might need to be retrained on how to approach customers. Thank you to the other workers who are rocking it out though!! You guys are awesome.

Kudos to the workers here. They do a great job even when the pressure isnt on them like right now, and they do a good job in this stressful situation as well. Shelves are stocked the best they can be, the store is clean and well maintained, and the workers are super helpful.

Got what I needed n then some

Mostly okay today. Downside - 3 ppl with no masks - all white males. One in the ice cream aisle touching multiple freezer door handles (so no ice cream for me!), one VENDOR stocking bread, and the guy in the checkout line in front of me. The only line for 14+ items so I had no choice. On the plus side the employees were all wearing masks and being careful about giving shoppers room, and the cashier was super good about sanitizing everything when I asked her to since I had to go through after that individual. Thank you Hannaford for trying to keep your customers AND employees safe. Hope all these guys are proud of themselves for costing Hannaford money - and hope youre all happy that youll pay for it through higher prices.

They threw away my baby’s stroller. After an employee put it somewhere to hold for me while I shopped with my 2 little boys, I forgot it. I came back 2 days later to get it and it was gone. No one had a clue what happened to it. I kept checking and asking different people. Nope. Gone. I don’t even have a car and still haven’t been able to buy a replacement. So I carry him everywhere now. They could have at least put it out the back door.

The organization of items can be unintuitive, and it can be difficult to find a worker on the floor. However, in my experience, the workers are extremely friendly and helpful. The prices are very good and they have many surprisingly good store brand variants.

This location is going through a remodel. The employees are helpful and seem to know where most things are even as things are moved to new locations. I asked where something was and was walked to its location on the shelf by an employee with a good attitude. Glad this is the closest store to my house.

Great produce selection and friendly staff. The line for the pharmacy can get ridiculously long, but the pharmacy techs and pharmacists are always extremely helpful. Their gluten-free selection is continuously growing and their fresh meats are good quality.

The order on line food and pick up is the best!! Great for parents with young ones and medical issues. I go and love that I get only what I ordered and I dont spend extra on my budget. The crew who delivers to your car are the best!

This is a great store but they have been remodeling the floor and rearranging things since January. Even though its been 5 months they seem to have made no progress and the stripped up floor is ugly. I wont be going to this hannaford for a while.

Many fresh selections from fruits to fish. Well stocked, good lighting and very clean. Plenty of staff throughout store but only cashier engaged in conversation. They have added a self check out area and are currently doing other upgrades.
