If I could give zero stars I would but thats not an option. Today while shopping with my mom at this mall my mom and I were pulled into this store by a pushy woman. I already knew how these people are but unfortunately she did not and said she would try the eye cream out. When she told my mom the prices my mom politely said she could not afford that and we had to get going so we could finish our winter jacket shopping. This young woman then continued to push us and wouldnt take no for an answer. I then told her thank you but we will be leaving now and she actually started to be rude asking how old I am and if I live at home and then continued to INSULT me basically saying that I am spoiled and wont let my mom treat herself but will go shopping elsewhere. I can not believe someone would sink to these levels to try and make a sale. I have worked in sales myself and would never treat a potential customer this way. Very Very unprofessional and you make people uncomfortable. Nobody will want to buy from a company with rude employees and outrageous prices.

Very dissapointed. I was sold expired products I had a very bad reaction and I see the creams I got were expired in 2017!!! They refuse to refund the money for the products. DONT take the samples they hand out, run away! I warned you

So I have been blessed by meeting some of thee nicest most genuine salesmen at the Miromar shopping outlets in Estero. Their knowledge of the products, compassion and listening skills helped me feel comfortable instantly knowing I wasn’t being pressured into anything. The products speak for themselves. They are expensive yes, but, you get what you pay for. I’ve had many many many products facials and treatments over the last 15yrs, and nobody has actually CARED about my skin care needs like Johnny & Michael. I am forever grateful for them and the company for inventing such innovative products that have instant results as if you would do Botox or injections yet it’s all natural. Yes I’m sure some ingredients aren’t ALL organic but I’m confident with what I’m using and the people I’m working with. If you have had a bad experience I’m sorry for that. I love Adore!

I took my sister to the mall Thursday for some shopping. She was telling me for weeks about this magic cream. I didn’t believe her until I stopped at Adore. I asked them about the truffle filler. They applied it under and around my eyes. Omg I must say I was quite impressed. I came home that day and my husband noticed right away. I’m sharing it with my sister for now, but I’ll probably get another one soon.

So about 2 months ago I happened to pass by the stand. they had a discount on their salt. I have been to by 3 jars!! I gifted 1 jar to my son with eczema. Believe it or not the areas that were covered are completely gone!!! Thank you so much Adore! Youll be seeing me soon😉

My wife and i walked passed the man at the kiosk, i see all the comments about them being pushy, its part of their jobs as a sales person, they are not different to a car salesman or woman and or any other person. pushy yes but does the product deliver yes. showed improvement in our already awesome skins. so its not a scam its how bad ones skin is and maybe the product did not accept them. nothing wrong trying new stuff and its okay to sale no to a pushy salesman if you dont want the product

They use extremely high-pressure sale tactics. The woman literally pulled me into the kiosk with my hand. I almost felt coerced into buying their stuff. The products looked very cheap although they charge over $100 for some of the products. You are better off buying beauty products at that price from Nordstrom or Saks Fifth. Buyer beware.

Buyer BEWARE!!! The sales clerk is very good at talking you into items that are VERY HIGH PRICED!! Dont waste your time or money! They DO NOT offer refunds or credits to your credit card! There is a very small sign next to the credit card chip machine....they dont verbally tell you this when you pay! This company is unscrupulous and unethical.

High pressure sales tactics... terrible. The sales person is unscrupulous. If this store stands behind the products why no refunds? Worse than the worse used car sales person. The beacwood store looks nice but products are cheap quality and the same product is sold even cheaper at the kiosk near the center of the mall. Avoid both the store and kiosk at all cost, Or it will cost you!

I used to get Botox done every few months. I’m close to 65 and always hated my lines and crows feet. I was at the mall recently, when I was stopped by Adore Cosmetics. That’s when I met Isaac, we struck up a conversation and I told him about how I get Botox shots done. He proceeded to ask me if I ever heard about red light treatments, when I said no, he explained the huge benefits for my skin and pain in my body. My product replaced the Botox units I wasted my money on all these years. The best part is I have no wrinkles now and it looks natural. I have fibromyalgia so I suffer from pain all the time in different parts of my body. Isaac changed my life! I was crying in tears of happiness because I haven’t suffered for 2 months now. I’m using my Jupiter machine every day before I sleep and I’ve slept better than I have in years. My husband recently passed away and it’s hard to sleep without anyone. Now I feel like I have a reason to live. Thank you Isaac I will pray for you and everyone at Adore.

WOW!!! Ok ok gotta say... they sell this nail kit that works wonders! Ive never seen anything like it. If you dont have this nail kit your missing out big time. The salesman were being super nice to me and also helped me with directions!

These products are good and I love them. I’m giving four stars because they are soooo expensive. Bought two gift packs here for my mom and gf and it cleaned out my entire Xmas budget lol

Purchased some face products from the kiosk, the sales representative was very nice and gave perfect instructions about each and every product. Love the products.

So the lady at the booth in beachwood mall told me they had a huge store in the mall..she lied theres no store and there are no refunds AVOID THE BOTH AT BEACHQOOD MALL ITS A SCAM SAVE YOUR $129.00

Extremely pushy sales rep and I am very disappointed with how manipulative they were. Also feeling disappointed that I was scammed. Please avoid this place.
