Wonderful pharmacy staff - friendly and helpful. They do what they promise to do in a timely way. Organized, clean store with convenient drive thru. Fled from their competitor down the street after receiving steadily atrocious service!

Better pharmacy staff than the Shaker heights location

AVOID. Two remarkably unprofessional Blk women. Not at counter until paged. Lied about being at counter. No greeting. No smiles. No bag offered. No farewell. Never checked minors ID who purchased Sudafed. Miraculously improved AFTER I openly complained while returning my purchases. Went to nearby CVS and spent extra because customer service was outstanding in comparison.
