Mario is an amazing professional. I can’t believe how fast he fix my iPhone 11. My phone was completely shattered and in 15 minutes he installed a new one and it was better than before. The stand owner (did not get his name unfortunately) was very quick and efficient. He got me in and out of the mall in about 45 minutes. My screen was crackedso badly and he was able to replace it for less than what other companies are charging.

I cracked my iPhone screen today and the Apple Store and service number was ten kinds of useless: not telling me if I had insurance, what it would cost, and making me come into Beachwood for an appointment that did *nothing*.Happily, there is a young man in a kiosk at Beachwood Place that fixed it in 20 minutes for less than half their price. Wow! Walked in with a shattered/malfunctioning iPhone screen. The guy at the kiosk took it and told me to be back in 10 minutes, completely fixed and has been working beautifully! Was quoted somewhere else for more $$ and about a 2-3 return time. Will never go anywhere else for phone repair service!

I shattered my iPhone on my way back from a business trip at hopkins airport. I was pretty desperate to get it fixed. I started searching online and came across this repair facility in Beachwood mall. Man were they a godsend I called them and I was able to bring my phone in right away for repair they had me fixed up in a few hours and that was based on a heavier volume of repairs that day. My phone looked brand new I really appreciated how fast they were able to get me in and out while I browsed around the mall. I definitely need my phone on a daily basis and if someone else is in the same position I was in this place gets my vote.
