Why, oh why, with this gorgeous fall weather, (as well as the COVID threat), did Starbucks pack up their outdoor seating? We live in the neighborhood, and walk there frequently, but now there is no where to sit and drink our coffee. Is summer now the only season to enjoy the outdoors? What about throwing us cool weather lovers a crumb?

Slowest.... Starbucks.... on the PLANET! Most of the staff has the personality of a wet blanket. They had 10 employees working and I waited 20 minutes for my coffee. For whatever reason, they thought it was a good idea to train 2 new people on a Monday morning at 9 am.... seems like a busy time for a coffee shop.

Well, the photos speak for themselves...Literally nothing on My very diverse favorites list is available at this location I mean literally no white mocha no pink drink no fall favorites..I finally broke down & Decided to treat myself to StarbucksOnly to quickly remember why I quit coming here

I ordered a drink and realized there was lemonade which i am allergic to. i went in to ask if they could exchange it to another drink, but instead of them being understanding about it, the man said ‘’well what do you want me to do about it?’’ in a rude sounding tone. i go here everyday, and this man is relatively new. i had to throw my $5 drink in the trash.

Good overall. Brought my niece to this Starbucks, first time here. The corner couch was not clearly marked that we couldnt sit there so we were asked to get up and that we could not have our coffee inside. Understandable as they are keeping everyone safe, but to save the embarrassment it would be nice to have that corner of the cafe clearly marked no seating. Ive been fully vaccinated. Of course it could be that Im just dense. I probably should have known.

Nice store. Gets a bit too busy during the morning rush. It is in a prime location. Making a right back onto Green can be tough since oncoming traffic is hard to see past a line of cars.

This Starbucks location is walkable distance from my place. They also have a pretty big parking lot for those who drive here. We got there around 3:30pm on a Friday and it was relatively busy. Baristas were super friendly as usual. I got me a caramel brulee latte their holiday drink. At that time they had the promotion going on where if you purchase any holiday drink you get a collectible holiday cup. It’s nothing fancy but it’s a reusable plastic cup(grande size). Fairly good quality but not as good as an off the shelf insulated mug. Service was quick, people were following social distancing. Issa thumbs up from me.

I have only visited this location twice. I took my daughter to get this strawberry drink, that she loves to life! The wait was long just for a drink but, the staff was nice when i went and, she said they were nice. I waited in the car.

This Starbucks is somewhat small, but it always have great baristas and good customer service. They really pay attention to your order and if its not too your liking, you get a do over is what I call it. The pastries and other dessert items are also good.They do sometimes be busy, but they still get you out in pretty good timeUPDATE!!!!****ONE of my favorite Starbucks had a makeover and it looks good, feels great and is very comfortable

Im in love with the Chicken Double Smoked Bacon Panini Sandwich that comes pre made and wrapped in the cooler. FYI, it is not the breakfast Sandwich. Also, enjoy the strawberry again with lemonade.

I’ve repeatedly had a terrible experience with the order ahead at this location. Today, I stood waiting for my order for 10 minutes and finally asked about it (there were 5-6 people working and not many people in the store). They informed me their app is down and “probably sent my order elsewhere.” Didn’t even offer to just make my simple order of plain coffee right there and didn’t apologize. And they saw me waiting for that long! Unacceptable in my opinion. The other locations around this area are far better.

All of the barista were awesome. I enjoyed my customized drink and I will leave my sister had a wonderful time as well.

😐 came here last weekend with my friends it was a long wait they were prioritizing the mobile orders instead of the cafe orders, there were only 2 people on bar and a bunch of other employees in the back standing around doing nothing. There is no management put in place for this store. The garbages were overflowing which was disgusting but that’s not even the cherry on top, my friend asked for a water only to find black particles in it we still have no idea what the hell it was but we think it was a bug of some sort she asked for another one and the guy said it probably was just the high water pressure??? It’s always chaotically busy at this store with garbage overflowing whenever I go here but I’ve never had an incident like this where we now have to worry about BUG particles being in our drink. Do better never coming here again

They need a drive thru . This place is tiny and inconvenient. With that being said, I freaking LOVE me some Starbucks coffee.

After waiting 15 minutes past my pickup time, I come home to find my drink is only 3/4 full. I just wanted to see if they put whip on or not (they didn’t) and saw how empty the cup was. So disappointed. Wish I was better at technology so I could show you all the picture I took.

Not all starbucks are created equal and this one makes the others cry at night as they will never live up to the superior service that this particular starbucks has to offer. Whatever black magic they employ I support

Its rush hour their after people get out of church on Sundays but they were really moving as fast as they could. The longest youll wait is 10 mins.

Omg, what can I say except the food is great. The Ham and Swiss Panini is to die for and a great sandwich for lunch. The Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew is excellent. If you definitely love Pumpkin Spice, definitely get this drink. The only thing I recommend is ask for how much ice you want in your cold brew, other than that, everything was fantastic!! Friendly Customer Service, no wait lines, has Mobile Orders, and a really clean and professional environment. Great job guys!! Im impressed with this Starbucks location 🙂

The slowest moving workers ever. I hate coming to this starbucks. Its convenient but now I have to get a refund b/c everyone who got here after me are gone and Im still waiting.

The restaurant opened 5 hours ago and 80% of their drinks are sold out. Their drinks are always sold out.

Clean. Quick mobile order and pickup. Good system to walk in one door, grab your drink, then out another door in 10 steps.

Chaotic, disorganized, and chronically late. Second day in a row this happened. I had to leave without the coffee because they were really late and I was going to be late for a meeting. This is most likely a deficient management issue: the workers are working hard but the place is just chaos.

Simply the best customer service hands down...Everyone is very friendly, and extremely professional. The store always stays super clean as well.

Fast and everything is always fresh. Im a big coffee drinker so I know fresh coffee. Friendly staff, but the manager in the morning ; has the best customer service all time always, upbeat and super friendly. Its a ripple effect because the staff is wonderful as well.

It’s almost 1 in the afternoon. The place is filthy. There are many employees and maybe 12 people here. The creamer bar is a mess with garbage coming out the top of the garbage area. No half and half. It’s a total mess. Yuck. The manager should be reprimanded. I’m not fussy either. Last time I’m coming here.

Employees are kind and take care of things but I find it frustratingly inconvenient when I order online just to get there and have to wait in line anyway because they are always out of product. On top of that, I have to add more money on my Starbucks app because I was 10cents over when I switched a product to replace the product they ran out of.This has happened to me consistently for about a month now. Again employees are kind and work with what they have and its always appreciated.

The Starbucks get us a 5-star review from me and my wife and my son. All three of us love going in there. The staff is always friendly and generally our drinks are always made properly and taste the same which is one of the reasons why we go to Starbucks.My son is in love with the strawberry drinks and loves every time he goes there and people are just really nice to him.Plus we love the fact that we can order ahead of time and get our order when we walk in the door. Its an excellent service when you can get it!

I just saw two workers go above and beyond to help a senior citizen find a coffee drink she likes. It took over 5 minutes and they were authentically happy the entire time to help. Over 5 star customer service. 4 star coffee.

No one working seemed to be on the same page! When I went in, I placed my order, and loaded my card... yet the barista made the card loading and drink purchase in to 2x transactions. Then 3x teen girls came in and ordered after me, and all 3x got their drinks before me. As I was leaving, I realized I was given the wrong drinks, and I asked about it and the girl said that she made the wrong drink. She took the wrong one back, and then remade my correct drink, and it was not measured and or made correctly... I gave 2x stars due to the drinks even made wrong, were still pretty tasty.

Fisher and the team at this location quickly provided enough coffee for me to warm up a group of twenty people. Fisher even helped me carry it to my vehicle. 10/10 would recommend.

The parking is pretty ick for the store. Not their fault, but its a pain. I dont know if it is the service or if theyre also just totally slammed but it always takes a long time to get my drink at this location. However, I can tell the workers are doing their best and theyre always very receptive to costumer feedback. I think they just need more staff and a better parking lot :)

My favorite Starbucks store out of all that I’ve been to, and I’ve been to plenty. They have my orders in and out and never give me any problems! This team struly gives a great experience everytime.

Quick, efficient and decent service

Very nice pleasant coffee house it was my first visit.

I wish this place had an drive thru. This is the first Starbucks that Ive seen without a drive thru.

They cant handle the volume. Even with no drive through and 3 baristas, they couldnt handle the line. I watched them work, they just need to focus more on those waiting rather taking more customer orders ... so we all wait longer.

The sandwiches are always cold in the middle, they are always out of supplies and the service is horrible. Today was another example. They had no venti cups, so my paid for drink was split into two smaller cups. Which would have been fine except they had no green coffee sticks so my one cup of coffee is now cold. The hot sandwich, in contrast, was once again cold in the middle. Prices go up, and that service is going down.

This is by far my favorite Starbucks in the Cleveland area. The spaciousness allows for a level of peace and comfort that is great for meetings or studying

Seminole (Barista/Cashier) was amazing. She went above and Beyond to look for my fav. (popcorn)! Excellent service!

The drive thru girl was pleasant, but it took a solid 15 minutes at least to get thru the 4 cars ahead of me and somehow my vanilla sweet cream cold brew was gross. Wouldnt go back to that location when theres so many awesome ones
