AND she got it done a month sooner than I was expecting so my fiance was able to surprise me with a mountain-top proposal. Diamonds Direct is great. I was nervous about the entire thing. Brittany was amazing to work with. I sent her a couple ideas I had, and the following Monday I went to DD and she had a bunch laid out for me. Honestly she took a big weight off my shoulder. I found the ring and my Fiancé couldnt be happier...at a great price too. If you go to Diamonds Direct you have to ask for Brittany. She will make that next big step a lot easier.

The people there are very friendly. They went over and beyond to do engravings and stones twice for me because I didnt know the ring size.. And at no charge.. They also gave me the sale price from an event that had already expired that I had missed by a couple days..The only thing bad I can say is even though my ring sparkled so beautiful in the store when I got home under a different light I realized that its not always going to sparkle. If I would have known that I may have went with a different ring but I am not complaining the ring they sold me was beautiful and my wife was very happy

Diamonds Direct is fantastic! I originally went there because I heard a radio ad but now I keep going back because the staff is fantastic, the prices are great, and they have a huge selection. Would not recommend. Purchased items here before and was a great experience. Service part of their department not so much. Brought diamond and setting in the be mounted, salesman immediately got defensive saying he could have provided the diamond cheaper without having any idea how much I got it for. He then took it to the jeweler to have the setting examined and came back to say the setting was too low of quality, and tried to sell me one of their settings. Took to Howard’s Jewelry repair who accept to set the diamond on the spot while I wait.Response to owner:The jeweler didnt state that the prongs werent long enough. Had he, why wouldnt you have offered to repair this at an additional charge? Replacement of crowns, and repairing prongs is something you can do, and is not a hard task to accomplish.If your general manager wants to speak with me like you say, you have all my contact information from my previous purchase. The lack of reaching out to make things right compliments the overall attitude I received when this issue came about.

BEACHWOOD: I went to buy an engagement ring and was sold on the customer service and the benefits right away. I never even considered buying anywhere else.Allison Ramos was beyond phenomenal, with her knowledge and personal touch/care/contact. I wanted a statement piece, something unique, and Allison helped me get exactly that. I bought the engagement ring and 2 bands for it. My wife got tremendous compliments on the engagement ring alone. Once, we had the 2 bands soldered to it, the ring became even more amazing.From the entire staff to the showroom to the selection to the after-purchase care...I dont see any reason to buy diamond jewelry anywhere else. I felt very comfortable there. There was never any of that salesperson phoniness from anyone. Rather, everyone was extremely genuine.Go to the store, ask for Allison...and, if you cant get her, Im certain youll be very satisfied with the staff and their attention to the details you require.

Her knowledge and consideration really helped me make the right decision. She couldve tried to sell me on a larger stone, but because I have tiny hands, she guided me as to what looked right on ME.
