Another great new car buying experience at Classic Acura. We just bought our third Acura with the last two being purchased at Classic Acura. Joshua, Jordan and the entire sales staff were so friendly and very easy to work with. They were very concerned for us that we selected the right vehicle for us and to not just make a sale. My wife and I have purchased 4 Acuraβs over the past 20+ years from Classic Acura in Beaumont, Texas. This past Saturday we purchased her 3rd MDX after looking and driving comparable BMW and Lexus SUVs. My experience was absolutely AWESOME. Upon arriving at Classic Acura, I was greeted very professionally by Mr. Ken Robinson. I told him that I was referred by a friend and was just looking, not specifically ready to purchase a vehicle. There was no pressure to buy a vehicle and I was shown many vehicles that was in inventory. I was given the opportunity to test drive a vehicle that day and loved the feel and ease of driving it. Today my wife purchased an Acura MDX from Classic Acura. Our salesman, Joshua Simmons, was absolutely outstanding! He contacted us first, on line where we first shared we were interested in a few vehicles in stock. We made an appointment to go test drive. Mr Simmons was utmost professional, knowledgeable, and there was a sense of calm in his demeanor. We trusted him right away. Not once did he stumble or try to be a salesman. My sales associate, Joshua Simmons, was kind, was understanding of the car note amount I needed and he was NOT high pressure. He gave me TOP dollar for my trade in. He did not have to leave and haggle with his boss. I love it when your sales associate can make his own decisions!! Thatβs a huge bonus. I donβt like playing car dealer games. Joshua was able to get my note $17 dollars below my goal which pays the increase in insurance for the new vehicle. So, I originally put 2 stars from previous experiences from when I originally purchased my car in 2016. There was a man who worked there who ruined my credit by attempting to get loan approval through several banks when I had already had approval through my credit union and did not authorize the credit checks. Acura is now under new management, and Ive recently bought my car in for service. I can tell that theyve greatly improved and deeply care about their customer satisfaction.

They were super quick to get me into a vehicle however the vehicle that I bought had been in a major accident. Clean carfax however any reputable dealer would NOT have sold this vehicle. I tried to return the vehicle within 48hours of purchasing which was paid in FULL! I was fully willing to spend another $+10k on something else in their lot but they were not having it! This vehicle is still currently under the dealers warranty also. If purchasing a vehicle from this dealer make sure itβs checked out by a reputable dealer or mechanic shop. My current vehicle is probably worth half of what I $$$$$My suggestion is to spend your tax $$ elsewhere.

We Highly Reccomend Classic Acura. We recently turned in 2 Acuras that we had 3 year leases on. We liked them so much, we went back and leased 2 more for another 3 years. With that being said, it all started in 2008 when we bought our 1st Acura MDX it was a Beautiful Black one on the showroom floor. My wife just had to have it. We kept it for 5 years. **Update**I just had a second experience this year with Kevin Lee and Classic Acura. My mom only went out once during the COVID lockdown to check on someone, and when she did she totaled her car! I spent a few weeks looking for a replacement vehicle for her. I tried dealing with one local dealership and got the same runaround, high prices, and refusal to negotiate I have dealt with there repeatedly in my many years in SETX.So I decided to go see Kevin at Classic Acura again and see what he could do for me. He quickly helped me find a great deal on a great used vehicle. The price was already $500 under blue book, and he/they negotiated with me further from there. It isnt easy finding a decent vehicle at a decent price for someone on a fixed income like my mother. But Kevin treated us great and helped us find something that fit the bill.I really appreciated him treating me well back in February when I purchased my vehicle. I cant even express how much I appreciated him treating my mother well when I brought her to him this month. Went to purchaee a vehcile this weekend and well, let me just say my first impression was not good at all. First of all there were no cars on the lot when we drove in. If you wanted to see any you had to walk to the back. Absolutely not a good way to NOT display your cars. I will say this though, the salesman was good and did follow up with me. I would also like to add the employess were not dressed professionally...tuck your shirt in and replace the tennis shoes with someting more appropriate....again, first impression goes a long way with me. Acura you let me down...I have had one in the past and loved it but it was a no go for me this time.

Bought a 2018 Honda with a clean carfax report. Car looked amazing, but when I talked to body shop that repaired the supposed minor accident damage they told me it had just had $19,000 worth of repairs only a few months ago. They sold me the car at full retail for a car which was obviously not worth it. I would try to call, but I know I wont get any response. I tried calling my salesman and others at the dealership a day after I bought it about registration questions and received no call back. They charged me a state inspection fee but I never received one and registered my car with a normal plate instead of my disabled plate, which I had to pay for out of my pocket for both. Dont trust this place at all.

Had one of the best car buying experiences Ive ever had buying my 2015 Malibu from Classic Acura this weekend. Had the pleasure of meeting Randy Gallier as I walked in the door and instantly felt welcomed. Randy knew his stuff but didnt make we feel pressured to finalize the sale until I was completely happy with everything. I had numerous questions and between Randy and the sales manager there they truly took their time answering all of them. Several issues with this dealership. When trying to purchase a new vehicle, they were very rude and condescending, not to mention 1500 more than Houston. Service department is understaffed and seldom has a loaner, unless you book 2 weeks out. it as if they dont understand customer service, because they seldom seem to be accommodating. The parts department is generally unavailable and hard to reach. Its one individual that seems to be so busy that being available is not possible.The manager of this place is really fake and I was glad to drive to Houston where I could get a fair shake.Hope this helps someone. I recommend going elsewhere Tao that you get better service, customer care, and better pricing.
