Everything is good about this place, clean, friendly staf, etc. Except for the pharmacy drive through, it takes a long time. 🙁 last time there were two cars in line before me, I waited 27 minutes to get my medicine.

I had a wonderful experience with pharmacy team member Joy.My husbands retirement starts June 1st and he was advised about getting my meds now because of medical conditions I have and because the insurance wont start until the end of June.Joy took the time to go over my history and told me which ones I can get.She was very patient and helpful since I take more than 6 prescriptions.]5_30/2020

The new store is so clean and associates feel like family. It is easy to find parking and the pharmacy drive thru is great.

Beware if you try to use Good RX. The pharmacist tries not to use it saying that this is a scam that steals patient information and passes it onto the internet. Which is a patent lie as the HIPAA laws prevent that from happening and Good RX is researched by the corporate office. To make matters worse. If you require a non-generic drug that he does not have in stock, he will lie and say its not available to try to get you to take what they have in stock. Shame on him as I spoke with the pharmacy in Palm Springs and they said that there is no issue getting the non-generic. BEWARE!!

This place is very clean and neat. Close to other stores like hobby lobby, Marshalls and big 5. Its not too busy and they dont sell ice cream cones there. Just saying :)

Ive been coming to this Rite Aid for at least 6 years now... Good customer service! I just wish they serve ice cream in this location...

The staff are polite and the service is good but they dont sell Thriftys ice cream by the scoop.

The waiting in line have been outrageous. 30 to 40 minutes just to pick up my prescription.

I bought scissors and they didnt take off the property of rite aid tag!!! Now I have to drive all the way back to get it removed
