If I could rate this company a ZERO,.I would. Its not possible on this site to give a negative, but I can recommend to everyone in the state of Pennsylvania or the entire country to stay as far away from this company as you can. That is my warning. Try to rook a 21 year old college kid into a better offer on a car with a $600 car payment . Its a buyers market! CRIMINAL MARKET!

I have worked with Justin, Rachel and the only certified HYBRID mechanics for a rare SUV (Aspen-Hybrid) Brian Neff for the past 8 years. These folks are phenomenal. Thank you for the professionalism and courteous service. They go above and beyond, from picking up the Aspen at our home to servicing it quickly, to returning it to us promptly. Brian even gave our family his cell number if our Hybrid ever needs emergency service!Being in the military, I need to know my vehicle is fully functional for my wife while deployed. They have never let me down. We now have 175,000 miles on our SUV and trying to go to 200k. Would not think of servicing it anywhere else. This baby is our work horse pulling a large boat while getting groceries. Gotta treat her right....and the team at Chrysler Beaver does so!

I bought brand new car at this place in July 2013. car only had 12 miles on it and 2 weeks after i got it it was back at the service department because it would not start. They could not detect the problem and it kept happending again and again. I just got my car back after they have had it for a week fixing another problem. i had to follow up with the service department they never called me to tell me what was wrong and when it will be done. They were very rude and also had a attitude especially the service rep Rachel that i was dealing with. I highly never recommend using this dealer for any type of service. This place is HORRIBLE!!!!!

I took a Dodge truck here that had a manual transmission that was missing 3rd gear. They told me that they didnt have the tools to fix it their solution was to sell me a whole new transmission!?!? So they put it back together and charged me over $200 in labor to tell me nothing essentially
