We had an appointment to buy out our lease and we were at the dealership for 3 1/2 hours. I knew it would take some time to complete the paperwork but 3 1/2 hours???? I even explained that we were under a bit of a time crunch and no one cared, they were not busy, the guys were all walking around talking amongst themselves. By no means does this process take that long. You need to do better Ron Lewis Kia. It is just not good business to keep customers waiting that long!

I bought a car from them over the weekend and after two days of having it I ran something over and ruined my tire. I took it back to them and they were very helpful and kind to me and fixed my tire for no charge. Great service and very polite and straightforward workers and management!

While the employees are friendly enough, there is no customer satisfaction. I took my mother’s vehicle in for it’s first oil change…brand new KIA SORENTO, and the service tech talked her into an oil conditioner for $20. Where in the owner’s manual does it recommend snake oops I mean oil conditioner for a brand new vehicle? When I asked the technician about it when we went to pay he said it’s to help with the shrapnel from the engine!!! Really!!! Taking advantage of an older lady just because you want to put some cash in the register, it’s disgusting. Then when we go to pick up the freshly washed vehicle to find water spots everywhere, on a new car. Two hours for an oil change, snake oil sale and mediocre wash. Not to mention when my parents bought the car in March we waited for over 2.5 hours and didn’t even get a free pen or keychain. The sales manager tried to tell us that my disabled father needed to come in for a signature. Completely ridiculous and no care or concern for the customer. We are NOT satisfied whatsoever. Do better Ron Lewis Ford/KIA!
Ron Lewis Beaver Falls has always been my go-to for service in the Beaver Falls area. My only regret was not having purchased my Kia from them.The staff is friendly and always willing to help with any questions I have regarding service options. The sales staff is equally helpful in all matters always willing to help paint the full picture when looking into a vehicle purchase.I recommend this location to anyone wanting to leave with the confidence that you made the right decision.
Great experience! Everyone there was super nice and easy to talk to. I never felt stressed or overwhelmed...like I have in the past with other area dealerships.I got a great deal and would absolutely do business with them again! Worth the drive from the city.And best of all they gave me time to say goodbye to my old car and didnt make fun of me for crying like an idiot. I will forever miss my old car but I completely welcome the new one to my family. May it be the first of many Kias!

They were great during the sale but my rating went way down after the fact!I was promised multiple phone calls and they’ve never returned, even from the general manager. I was given the wrong spare key, and was promised a new one. Made several calls and even stopped in just to get the run around. Had to track down my own plates as well. Not impressed.

I will never buy another car or get service there first I was there to buy a telluride SX I knew the blue book on my trade while I was there they were calling people telling them they were giving 3k over blue book they worked my deal and was trying to give me 4k under book value crooks I was there again yesterday in service for a oil change because where I usually go was booked up later after I got home I just happened to look at the back of my car they took my license plate holder off from where I bought it from and put their dealership holder on wow thats so low and and sneaky to advertise for them thats unbelievable watch your self if you go there

I recently purchased a new Kia from Ron Lewis. My salesman, Dalton, was willing to work with me to find exactly what I wanted, what color and at what price point. He had everything ready and set up so when I got off work the car I wanted was ready for a test drive. After that I was in and out with my new car in an hour!Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was also told I get free inspections and car washes as long as I have the vehicle.Recently I scheduled an oil change for this car and when I booked it online I chose drop off instead of wait. They still had the car done and ready for me within a little over an hour. In addition they applied a firmware update to my infotainment unit and rotated my tires. Because this was my first oil change they also did this all for free!As long as I am in Pittsburgh I will keep going back to Ron Lewis.

I usually have great things to say about my service. But this experience as far as customer service wasnt that great. I realize that all I got was a tire rotation but to just hand me my keys after I paid to find my car myself is unacceptable especially when i finally found my car it was across the street in there autobody parking lot in the second row. It wouldnt have bothered me as much if they would have told me were to find it. I am disappointed since its only been alittle over a year since I bought my car and have had it to the dealership for all maintenance needed and never had a problem. I guess I need to ask for Nick to get the service I deserve. Will make sure of this for my next scheduled maintenance service.

Wife called a few days ago requesting notification on when a new telluride would arrive. No call ever came, so I called them up and all of a sudden they have the black one but the white one is sold already. Strange we never got a call but whatever.So we go down there and the salesman, Dalton, we got was good and I dont really have anything negative to say about him, he was very knowledgeable and worked with us . But while negotiating and after saying we need to discuss this for a few minutes, his buddy right across the way then proceeds to call my wife and leaves a voicemail, talks real loud about the car we are currently discussing and how one is available. Honestly it was pretty funny but really messed up too. They ask if Im gonna get my car serviced by them, lmao, Ill never be back at that place again or buy from them again.Tldr: This place embodies everything bad when people think about car dealerships. Stay far away if you want a place to treat you like a customer.

Had my son’s car towed to the dealership. When he went the next day to pick it up his car had been ransacked! Center console tossed, every inch searched and left a mess. The dealership left the car unlocked overnight. When I questioned them they had no answers. I questioned the security cam footage and they said the motion sensors hadn’t been tripped... EVERY DOOR AND HATCH BACK EAS OPENED and the you want me to believe the motion detectors weren’t activated?! This is a car dealership, what if the car was stolen? What if this person targets other cars on the lot? You can’t tell me the dealership doesn’t have video footage for their own protection.

Modestly sized, clean and modern in semi rural PA. I got my wife, a health care worker who’s been at the frontline of the pandemic, a Telluride. I had spoken with our salesmen several weeks before and he emailed me to check if we were still shopping. We were. The car was probably the most desirable and difficult to find model Kia makes. They held the car (which people get into bidding wars over) and knocked $1000 off the price. I had a very nice experience overall and would buy there again even though it’s an hour from my home.

Purchasing mostly on phone and internet and not being local was very smooth, and I really appreciated how straightforward and honest James and the team were. I showed up to trade in my car and pick up my new Kia and still felt like Ive been doing business with them for years.Highly recommend working with them and will definitely take a look for my next one.
My car was in for a body repair and in the process my wiper fluid tubing was damaged by their team so I had to take it back again. During that second trip my car was broken into and ransacked with about $200.00 worth of my personal belonging missing. Dealership and police have been contacted multiple times and nothing is being done. I was told I would get a check for damages along with review of the surveillance footage, neither had been done. It has been a month and Ron Lewis has made no efforts to fix anything. Do not bring your car here!

Listed price is roughly 5k less than what ull pay also dont have them ring a car to u they drive it instead of a truck tow. Not a huge deal but added 88mils to a brand new car. Also everywhere else offers lifetime washes and some do life time oil changes for free don go to Ron dealerships. Nice enough pple just not the best for getting a vehicle.
I had no intentions of buying a vehicle. I still had a year left on my F-150 lease. The GM Dave Barber made me an offer that I couldn’t pass on. My wife wanted an SUV so I won in two levels!
My husband & I have bought previous vehicles from ron Lewis beaver with pleasant results. Our salesman was great, so we came back for a new car. But I will not buy another car from you. I dont like being pressured into things & felt that was the way it was going, to the point of almost leaving. We did buy a car, but next time will go somewhere else.
Everything was well done except for the balancing of our tires. Upon departing the shop, the light showing that there was a problem with the tires came on. Once we got home, we took the gauge to see how much air was in each tire and learned that they were all under the 33-pound mark. This told us that the service man had only put in 20 seven lbs rather than the recommended 33 lb. We then added the recommended amount of air.
Everything was great down to the polite and kind staff and the saftey measures they took to keep everyone safe unfortunately when i recieved my car back there was a large black tire mark down the right side (passenger side) that i now have to buff out for that reason i am only giving 4 stars please ensure you as well as your garage employees be careful with others property we do bring our business to you.
My old cars engine gave up on me and I was in a spot where I needed a car but didnt have a real income due to my job, so no bank would give me a loan. On top of that, my immediate family all has poor credit, so I couldnt even find a place that would take them as a cosigner. After several days of jumping through hoops just to be turned away with other dealerships, I felt like I didnt have a chance of getting a car. When my mom recommended Ron Lewis, I was really hesitant at first since they actually have nice cars and up to this point I had basically been looking at junkers - but after a few hours, I was able to walk out of there with the keys to a car and an affordable monthly payment. The staff is extremely kind and will work to make sure you can leave with a car you want! Highly recommended.

My experience was terrible dropped my car off in the evening told me it would be worked on 8:30 in the morning when they came in it would be the first one had to call around noon they didnt know where my car was kids at all will get it done here real soon didnt get it done tried to call back oh Id say around 3:00 to find out the status and they didnt even know what car I had the guy that told me to drop my keys off and they keep Dropbox didnt tell me I had to fill out a envelope or something and they act like it was my fault that I didnt go out that envelope if I had known I would have done that and I would have got my car back earlier but because they fail to tell me to fill out that envelope my car I didnt get it back till after 6:00 p.m. that night next night so I dont highly recommend them if if they cant have good communication then they need to work on that my experience was not the best I only give two stars and thats being nice

I had my car towed to Kia because it wouldnt run. I was afraid of what this was going to cost me. My warranty was 100,000 miles and my car was at 106,000 miles. After a week of being at the lot, I had to call to get an update. The dealership informed me that Kia was going to cover the cost of replacing my engine plus they were giving me a loaner car to use. Huge relief off my mind. I was pleased that Kia fixed my car and it didnt cost me anything. My only problem was that noone ever called me to let me know what was going on. I had to make those calls. But over all I am very pleased with the outcome!! Thanks do much!!
I was pleasantly surprised by the staff at this dealership.I went to look at a truck there & was inspecting the vehicle & was not pounced on by staff.They let me do my own thing & waited until I was ready to talk.I met a great sales consultant named Tyler C. who was very helpful.He was able to answer most of my questions & concerns about the truck directly.The things he could not he went to the service department to clarify for me.There was no pushy tactics, no rush to talk prices, or run the numbers. He was just very upfront & honest! I did not buy the truck today, but by the way he represented himself & his dealership I feel that I will talk with him soon.

Horrible experience. Called about a Jeep Liberty. Went to look it over and unbeknownst to them I had cash ready to buy. For just under $6000, they tried selling me a car that was inspected until the end of the month, had huge holes in the wheel wells, rust all over the place, a check engine light, needed a serpentine belt, and had other miscellaneous issues. The salesman was very pushy and the Jeep did not drive very nicely. I ended up going to A and L motors and got a 2006 Jeep Liberty with 102k miles and in much better shape for just over $5400 out the door.

I am a very cautious customer when it comes to making large purchases. However, with that being said, when I met with my salesman, Dustin Royer, he was extremely patient with me. Listen to what my budget was, as well as, my concerns and it was a very no pressure and smooth process. I ended up with a 2019 Kia Forte lease within my budget. Everything from test drive, financing, registration and insurance done and out the door in 4 hours. I would recommend Dustin if you are interested in looking into a new or used vehicle, you will not be disappointed

Took our van in for a recall on a module that controls the ESC and ABS. Two days later both lights are on on the dash as well as the check engine light. Called and was told I could make an appointment to have it checked again. Uh, no. Poor customer service.

If you like paying 10% of your repair bill or you go to a dealership and expect factory parts if they dont have them they will use aftermarket and still charge you full price. Dont worry they will charge you brake cleaning on top of your shop supplies then Ron Lewis is the dealer for you .
