Great staff. Listened to what I was looking for and helped me find it. Explained things to my niece, about the different pieces as well, being patient and kind.

I went to the Greene today to find something to help pick my spirits up. We I decided to go to PANDORA hoping to find a nice bracelet with some encouraging words on it.When I walked in the door the ladies we very welcoming.I told them what I was looking for I had 2 ladies actually helping me. The salesperson who help me name Holly was great.

I have always loved the concept of Pandora. Unfortunately my past few purchases has been a huge disappointment. One was a chain and ear ring gift set, the other was just purchased in September, also a chain and pendant. I am disappointed with how these items tarnish horribly. Ive had cheap hair store chains, that hasnt tarnished the way these have. With the cost of these items, I expect more quality from the product.

Customer service is very shotty. The manager is pretty aggressive and they tend to be out of specific charms a lot but the employees are friendly. I will say that their management team and customer service skills could us a huge improvement. Courteous service isn’t a thing here and expect a final answer even if they’ve made a mistake. Even the regional manager is bad. But of course pandora only has so many actual Pandora locations near each other and not the occasionally yours.

The website said Christmas Day hours were 11-7, I made the 30 mile drive to find the store closed. I waited until 11:30 and sadly drove home. Smooth move Pandora.....

One of my favorite places for my wife. Shes never been disappointed with gifts Ive purchased from here. The staff are great. Theyll suggestive sale your shoes off but thats their job.

My daughter gave me a pandora Cleveland browns football charm a couple of years ago. This Christmas my husband gave me a few more charms. I wanted to put the new charms on the bracelet, but I couldnt get the football charm off. I went to a jewelry store and they suggested I take it to a pandora store to have it removed. Worst customer service. the clerk tried to tell me it was not a pandora charm and she could not help me . She would not even give a suggestion as to how yo get it off and says this would never happen with a pandora. My husband went on YouTube and they state this happens a lot with pandora charms and gave a suggestion on how to fix the problem. My husband fixed the problem in no time and now I have my old and my new charms on my bracelet and they look good.

Attendants had good attitudes, was very knowledgeable and informative. Very little wait time & great service! I will return for my future needs & would definitely refer them to family & friends.

Drove 1hour 45 mins to see the had no supplies for bracelet charms..I returned bracelet not impressed at all.

I brought my MIL to the Pandora at The Greene. to purchase 2 pair of earrings on 12/29/2018. There were 3-4 customers in the store, each being helped by someone. There were 2 additional personnel that never acknowledged us after making eye contact 3-4 times. I finally got assistance after asking for the store number. If I’d been the customer, they would have lost a sale today! Ultimately, I guess they did, because I’ll never shop at this one again.I’m not sure when the personnel change occurred but this is by far the worst experience I’ve encountered at Pandora. The personnel at the old location were so friendly and customer service oriented. I am military and lived in many locations...always had wonderful customer service. This store left a BAD taste in my mouth. I won’t stop purchasing from Pandora, but I’ll never purchase from this location again.So disappointed!

Look how shiny and pretty. This is the place that keeps on giving. You but your lady friend the bracelet well now she needs some beads to go with it. But dont worry they will make special ones and new ones. So you will never be done coming back to buy more.Best of luck my friend.

I thought I was going to have to write a bad review but no I am new to pandora bought 2 bracelets there Wednesday dec 11, I asked if any sales or promotions was going on and they said no the very next day 12 says free bracelet with any $125 purchase so I was upset I called up there and they are making right! GOOD JOB MANAGEMENT! I will continue to be a Pandora customer 😀 and they were patient with my daughter be a she was so unsure of the charm she wanted I bet they pulled out 20+ and tried them on her bracelet for her!!

This is a must, no matter where you are, you will find everything you need for a gift, rather its a romantic gift, daughter, friend, or even yourself.

My mother and I walked into this store with the intention of buying a ring or two with the sale they had going on at the time. We were not greeted when we walked in the door and as we stood and waited for 30 minutes, not one associate looked at us. We understood they were busy and helping people in the order in which they came into the store but we had been waiting for 20+ minutes when a couple walked into the store. Soon after this, an associate finished their sale and went right up to that couple instead of helping us. At that point we just walked out and went to the Occasionally Yours down the street which had the rings we were looking for and much better customer service! We will never go back to this Pandora store again.

Worst experience at a jewelry store I’ve ever head. It’s not the employees fault. This is on corporate. I’ve never seen a more understaffed retail store. I’ve been waiting for 40 minutes and have yet to be helped. I’ve shopped at multiple pandora locations, and the wait at this store regardless of the day of the week or time is always horrendous. After multiple poor reviews, you’d think management would do something about this. If only 0 stars was an option.

Love this store! every time I say I’m done buying, Pandora brings something I can’t live without. Their new bolo bracelets are perfect for people who have problems with clasps. And they’re beautiful. I give 4 stars instead of 5 because pandora uses terrible Czs for their jewelry. They get cloudy and dull looking very early, ruining the look of the piece. I started buying only pieces with diamonds, but then they stopped making pieces with diamonds. Big mistake.

McKenzie, the store manager is so wonderful..she has a good taste putting pieces together.

This was an absolutely an awful experience. It was so crowded and everyone was incredibly rude. I guess if youre looking for selection its great but I recommend just ordering online or going to Jareds.

I went in to buy a bracelet set that was on sale. They didn’t have the size I needed . They wanted me to buy a wrong size and then return it at Occasionly Yours store and get the right size . I said no . I asked if they would go to the other store and do swap with them.The manager said she does that on Mondays . She then wanted me to com back and get the bracelet the next week. Where is the customer service ?
