Had a very pleasant experience with Stephen as he did my hearing evaluation. He explained everything and took his time with me and a family member who joined me. I recommend this establishment to anyone who wants a reputable company. I did my homework before and after the evaluation by talking to others who said they were pleased with the outcome of their hearing aides and service of Acute.

Really nice place and very sweet and helpful people. The doctor listens to all you have to say and explains everything step by step so you can understand everything and he is a great person. I would recommend all my friends and family together.

I go to the Miller Lane / North Dayton office. I have had different hearing aids, through the years. Hearing Solutions are the BEST! I like that when the batteries go low it says battery, also there are 2 settings for regular hearing and 1 to tone down the background noises. I am very satisfied with the hearing aids. Doc. Jeff and Stephanie makes is a nice experience.

Acute hearing is a great place to get your hearing aids and the staff is awesome and very helpful!!! Can not ask for a better place to have your hearing tested and treated.

These are the absolute nicest people and most thorough hearing test I have ever had. I needed hearing aids and they went above and beyond working with my insurance. Plus the hearing test is free!

We love the team BUT have not been very happy with hearing aide.one broke after 2months & took 4 weeks to get back.and Im not impressed w my husbands hearing!!!!! Alot of $$$$$ for not being able to hear!!!!!

Session went very well and I will be back in three months.

My college student saw someone named Steve in their office to repair a hearing aid that was shorting out. Steve cursed constantly and used profanity, even the F word. He said nothing was wrong with the hearing aid, as it was still under warranty, at the time. However, just 3 weeks out of warranty and the aid no longer works at all -doesnt even turn on. Now, having to buy a new aid when the one I have is only 1 year and 10 months old. Steve is incompetent and unprofessional. Im not sure how anyone had good experiences here. Maybe its because my daughter was only 19 years old and didnt warrant being treated professionally; but, she was treated very badly and without the ability to hear her entire sophomore year at college.
