Brett was my Hearing Aid Specialist. I bought my hearing aids from him, and I love being able to hear without asking my husband what was said. I have had these hearing aids for a year and they are as good as when I first got them.Brett was very professional, cleaned my hearing aids on 11/5/21, and checked them out . I couldnt be happier.. I showed up a week to early for my appointment but Brett still did my hearing test and cleaned my hearing aids. Most places would have told me to come back on the right day but he didn’t. I went to three providers, including private ENT physicians, before purchasing my hearing aids at Family Hearing Centers. I chose this center for several reasons. First, the hearing tests showed the same results as those done in the other offices and they offered the very same hearing aid with the same options that the private MD offered. Second, I was able to obtain insurance through their company which saved me about $2300. And last, but not least, Brett was wonderful to work with. And he was absolutely not pushy - I never felt as though I was being coerced into buying anything and was given as much time as I needed to decide. Appointments are easy to obtain and very convenient. The hearing aids I purchased are so easy to use and Im not constantly asking what? anymore! These hearing aids have been an investment that I am very glad I made!

Brett gave me my first hearing test in many years. He was very thorough in explaining the process before the test and the results after. He was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Natalie was friendly and courteous while setting up my appointment. She also helped to find what my supplemental insurance would toward hearing aides. Highly recommend.
