Mission accomplished, COVID-19 restrictions made service to be modified, but thanks to the staff my question was answered.

AutoZone always seems to have what I need. However this time I needed a dealer part and they did not have it. The clerk was still kind and courteous and directed me to where I should look. I continue to use AutoZone because they are reliable.

I am fed up. I have put 3 alternators on my car and now the third one has failed. I went in and talked to Dan. He was rude arrogant and was unwilling to help me and ultimately blamed my automobile for the problem. Theres nothing wrong with my car other than their bad alternator. I bought a fuel pump earlier this summer and it went out on me within 10 miles. I went and got my money back and went to Napa and have not had a problem with my fuel system since. My advice dont go to AutoZone for your parts. Youll have to replace them many many times before you give up.

Staff were very accommodating when they didn’t have to be, totally saved the day.

Took in battery the night before I would need to replace my alternator on pickup and sit my brand new battery was no good and wouldnt hold a charge and that was a lie never even charged it. Whats the new alternator took battery to another location and they said it was fine.

It was okay, customer service people could be a little more friendly.

Parts stores are nothing more than accessories places any more. They dont even carry something as simple as a parts cleaning brush any more. Sad.

Great customer service and assistance. Alternator died as soon as we arrived and a replacement was found very quickly. One member, Donald Thomas, even went as far as to thoroughly check over the problem to make sure the correct part was found and that the alternator was indeed the cause. The employee then promptly gave us a jump with his own car to get us limping back.

The auto zone in belen has great customer service. I also want to give a shout out to the manager Ricky she has helped us get my Chevy a new transmission and has been helpful every part of the way thank Ricky keep up the good work.

I go to AutoZone all the time dispite always getting the wrong part. From my trucks starter and back brake lights to my cars drums and rotors. To be honest I messed up this time and really told them some stuff. I order back rotors and brakes shoes for my car rear end but I think I told them rotors instead of drums and thats exactly what i got. Im guessing I owe them an apology for mixing up rotors with drums and then blaming them. Sorry guys

Customer service was good but they didnt have the wiring harness I needed for my 06 Dodge Durango.

I went by autozone 8/15/2020, as my check engine lite went on...a man from inside gave me the diagnostic device and I plugged it in under my dash. Needed new spark plugs and wires, as it was misfiring. The man didnt even require that I buy the parts there..no pressure. Just helpful and nice for this middle age woman. I appreciate that and will be a loyal customer because of that. Thank you Autozone and the nice man who helped me. C. G.

They are helpful, yes, but constantly getting wrong parts cuz they dont ask the right or recommend questions.

Wonderful guys there! I just sat at a place down the street at an auto shop for almost two hours. They didnt check the battery, took the car to here was worried it wouldnt start so they meet me outside checked the battery, even replaced it for me 15 minutes later back on the road!! I even tried to tip him and wouldnt except...thank you!

Autozone is a pretty good place if you know what youre looking for. If not you may be changing several parts before you discover the real issue. Lol. Avoid Ricky Springer like the plague. She is the supervisor, whom is mean, rude, degrading, and overall an absolute awful and miserable person who makes the workers miserable and others will wait for another associate. Started going to O Reilly auto parts.

Bought two batteries for nothing at Napa - got alternator at AZ, installed it (with the unsolicited help of employees and patrons) and was back on the road in 30 minutes. Thank you!!
