Great customer service however, I tried to use a $20 off coupon that was sent to me by NAPA and IT would Not work. What made it worse was nobody cared only patronized me by saying that they would find out why their system wouldnt take it. When I went back they still had no clue and still didnt care. I still get NAPA coupons via text message but never use them due to this incident.

Absolutely the best customer service. Nate went out of his way not once but twice to help me with my battery issues. Thanks NAPA for providing such excellent service in these trying times. Great job Nate,Thank you.

Good people at Napa. I think maybe they need more people at the counter to speed things up, but thats just a personal issue and not their fault. They were doing their job
