My experience was the best by far my concerns were put to rest and ease. Ill definitely come back to this location.

I went to this location and Kaylee was the manager she did an amazing job at customer service my phone wasnt working or staying charged. She changed the sim sold me a nEw charger and sent m3 on my way. She was so polite and courteous. Had a big smile on her face and didnt even hesitate to jump right in a ND help fix the problem. Very professional and shes been trained properly to do her job very well. She made me feel like I was right at home. Thanks Kaylee u did an awesome job. We went in to boost yesterday to set up a plan for our exchange student that already had a phone. Unfortunately the phone wasnt compatible with Boosts network, but the gentleman working went out of his way to help us figure out our options and locate local suppliers that the phone was compatible with. He was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and I cant rate our service high enough.

Emily helped me transfer everything over to my new phone from the insurance company. I was in and out quickly. Always fast and friendly. I highly recommend this store!

Always very helpful with all my questions. I like being able to drop by. Service in the WL area stinks. Servers are frequently down dropping calls, etc. I like their low monthly rate.

Today I came into boost looking to upgrade my phone. Sean was a tremendous help! He help me choose a phone and I ended up getting an iphone. Ive never owned an iphone before but Sean showed me all the differences between android and iphone, and all the new navigation features. That was AFTER he transferred all my contacts and photos to my new phone. He was polite and helful, he set me up with an iCloud and I was good to go. By FAR the best phone buying experience Ive ever had! Go to the kenton store if you ever need help and want good customer service sean rocks! Give him a raise

Absolutely best place to go if your phone is acting up. They have some really amazing workers but the best one Ive met is Whitney she was right on top of figuring out how to get my moms phone working again. An kept us occupied with conversation so we werent getting bored one of the best workers Ive ever met. Now thanks to her my moms phone is up an running again we will be forever grateful for her amazing work.

Years ago, we purchased a plan for 4 lines for $100 forever. Supposedly, we could update phones. As long as we stayed with Boost, we would never pay a nickel more per month, not for taxes, fees or anything. Now, we purchased new phones online at Boost. When we went to the local store to switch the phones, we were given the runaround and told we would need to update our plan...that is, we would need to start paying more. Once they were bought out, their new owners do not want to honor the contracts. Hopefully, they will change their minds and find us the proper sim cards to make things right with us. In my granddads day, business was done with a handshake. Now, companies dont want to honor their written word.

Sean is an amazing worker and should get a raise. He helped me and my mother get the best phones we could get and showed me the best speaker. He was nice and sweet and should get a raise. If there was a word bigger then thank you i would tell him.

Great and friendly customer service from Johnathan today!! He had the patience of a saint when it came to my boost up and putting four of us on the family plan. My new phone was defective right out of the box but he handled it so professionally and made sure I he got the phone I wanted brought to the store since the defective one was the last one he had!! His patience didnt run out there and he kept his professionalism and friendly demeanor even when a second new phone of ours had issues. Definitely great at his job and highly recommend him!! I cant leave Brittany out of this either. She was also wonderful when I initially stopped at the store to inquire about the boost up and getting on the family plan. She answered all of my questions and helped us to decide that the family plan was right for us!! Great store, great service and great employees!!

My mom and I decided it was time for new phones. I was running on an IPhone6, she had a 5. Both phones worked and had active service. We decided to take advantage of Boosts advertised plan. Switch a line, get an Iphone 7 for $50. I went in Saturday afternoon. Switched both of our numbers. We were activated on their new network. I left the store with two phones with no service. And the promise they would be working within 24 hours. Sunday afternoon, we still have no service. We went back to the store. The very nice lady working explained that the new network was a disaster. Another customer came in while we were there to return part of her purchase. She had been activated on the new network at the beginning of the week and still had no service. After spending 3 hours in the store, we left with the phones that still had no service and the promise that they would be active on the OLD network within an hour. Monday morning we still had no service. Back to the store. After two hours of tech support we were told it could be another 24 hours for our phones to be active. This was an unacceptable arrangement as we HAD to have phones going into the work week. The store manager, district manager, and store owner were all unable to help. We couldnt return the phones and have them activated on new numbers. They didnt have any replacements. They wouldnt upgrade the phones. The promise of service within 24 hours and an account credit was the best they could do. They said we could return the phones. We ended up having to get two new phones through another carrier. Our numbers couldnt be transferred as they were tied up with Boosts network. We returned to the store, returned the phones. They refused to refund the money for the months worth of prepaid service on both lines. And the account credit is only good in the store. It has truly been a disaster. We lost our numbers, gave up service that was already paid for on our previous network, were not given service as advertised, and ripped out of money for service that Boost didnt provide. I intend to file complaints with the BBB and AG. And anyone else necessary. So, be warned, our local Boost store is a joke.

This location is great!!! Kayla and Whitney were so helpful and nice. They answered all of my questions. I recommend anyone to go see them in kenton.
