Went in to get my phone put on to my account. My phone is unlocked from Verizon. The lady working didnt seem to want to help us in the first place. She put a sim card in it, saw not a verizon sim card and instantly stopped trying. Didnt reboot the phone or give it anytime to switch over. Went home and put a pre existing lines sim card in it and rebooted it. Everything works. Kinda rude and not very knowledgeable of the job. Saved 30 bucks by doing it my self.

So much cheaper then the big guys i love my phone i never really did most of whay my Galaxy had anyway im happy
