Just went in to look at OLED TVs (Think new Xbox) to replace my older LG and while I didn’t buy, you could tell the deals here are outstanding and Sam seemed to really know his facts. When we decide to buy we will 100% go here over any other store.

Ive been shopping here for 20 years- and I worked for a major.com retailer for 18 of those years! I just bought an enormous OLED from Video Only but it does not interface with my home automation. After a couple of weeks of trying, they took it back and sold me a cheaper model refunding the difference. Sam and the team really stood behind their products. I now have a thicker LCD screen, but it obeys my voice commands and scenes.

The salesperson Chris Olson demonstrated exceptional product knowledge. He listened well and was informative in a relevant way. He helped me buy exactly the right TV for my needs (LG OLED 65 2018). The TV and deal was so terrific I bought two instead of one. The guys that came to install them were fantastic – polite, professional and meticulous. From start to finish, my entire experience with Video Only was perfect.

Just purchased a Sony 65 from Eric at the Bellevue location.Must say, the customer service was exceptional. Eric was not pushy, just very informative and helpful. He answered questions and stood back, for us to discuss. But was ALWAYS within distance to answer anything we might need to know. We Had intentions on going to Costco. But with Erics help, we purchased the TV for our new home that fit our life style. Great place to go for your TV purchase. :)

Bought a new LG 65 OLED TV today. Our salesperson, Sam, was very friendly and extremely helpful. We got a great deal on it, over $400 less than Costco. The Bellevue store had lots of inventory, with options for every budget.

Went in shopping for a good soundbar. Had already been to a few other places and looked online extensively. Salesman (Ryan, I think?) was great. Helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy or overbearing. Unexpectedly, I bought a soundbar for a few hundred dollars cheaper than anywhere else had it. Got it home and spent three days having trouble with it. Took it back to exchange it for a different brand. Same guy, Ryan(?), handled my exchange. Couldnt have been easier. Took five minutes, no grief given. Overall experience was great. Next time I need to make a big electronics purchase, this will be my first stop.

Ive bought several TVs here over the past fourteen years. I dont think you can beat them on price. They will match the price of any authorized dealer, typically for 30 days after your purchase. Sales folks are a tad pushy, but they will offer discounts if you show the right balance of interested and not ready to buy. They beat Amazon by 10% on my most recent purchase.

Everyone has their weakness and mine is electronics. I upgrade our Tvs every few years as a result. Ive worked with every outfit around the Seattle area over the past 15 years, including Definitive, Magnolia (pre-BB purchase), and Magnolia after Best Buy bought them out.While Definitive can be decent, they tend to turn up their nose at you when it comes time to discuss any real discount. They have high margins and work to protect them. Best Buy wont even go there any more unless you can force them to honor their price match guarantee. I began making my significant purchases online a few years ago as a result.No more after my recent experience with Ryan at Video Only. Completely seamless experience. In less time that it would take me to order online, Ryan locked down a great deal for me over the phone that beat every other offer for the set I was looking for by a significant margin.Great, great experience and will be a repeat customer for certain.

Costco sells special products from the vendors that save $50 mfg cost, but are missing something- optical output, HDMI inputs, something. Stay away from Costco for electronics!VO uses tricks to sell for less that MSRP & MAP such as trade-in.I highly recommend these peeps.

Ive been buying tvs here for a very long time. Ive rarely gone anywhere else. Theyre really good on price plus you can get really good advice. Maybe you can beat them buy a few bucks but is it really worth the hassle?

I originally bought a TV here, but it started having issues after about a week. I cant speak about refunds since I only wanted store credit, but Jared was very helpful with helping me select a new TV (again, since I was kind of fed up with the first model). I cant speak for everybody here, but Jared was awesome and gave me much lower prices than places like Amazon. I will be shopping here again.

Im always skeptical of this place. But they genuinely have decent deals.I came in looking for a soundbar to mount to my TV. It was Saturday and I really wanted to complete my install. Of course I thought of that giant A-Z online mega-store for a prime deal. But I wanted it NOW! And I really wanted to compare.I had also walked through the blue and yellow mega store, but have you ever seen it not busy? While fun to browse and oogle, its so hard to concentrate and make an informed purchase decision.Alas, there is a third option, Video Only. I didnt want to be sorry this time, so I asked Siri to take me there.Its non-descript exterior gave way to an even more, perhaps, humble interior.But it was all there. I was greated quickly, and pointed straight to the soundbars. Because it was quiet, and I wasnt fighting other customers for space, I was able to poke around, listen, and appreciate the qualities of the 6-8 models available. The salesman wasnt pushy and had all the specs on-hand and was able to actually answer my questions.I walked out with good quality equipment, not a house brand equivalent, at a price that was better than what I found online.

The customer service was awesome and got a really good deal on a 4K TV.

The sales man are that old cliche used car salesman they are rude when you dont buy after they help you when they didnt have the product you wanted and tried talking us into something else. My mom actually had one yell at her for wasting his time when he could of made commission on some one else. Every product she did pick out the salesman had her wait at least 8 -15 minutes each time and then say they just sold the last one. This was actually a assistant manager!THIS WAS IN SEPTEMBER NOT CHRISTMAS

I called the store to check on availability and pricing for a Samsung ES6300. Jeff answered the call and said he could save me a few hundred dollars over Best Buy and hed match Costcos price AND he had the t.v. in stock, unlike Costco. Keep up the good work! This is the third t.v. Ive purchased from this store and Ive been highly satisfied with each transaction and experience!

The sales reps here were very helpful and accommodating when I went to shop for a tv. The prices were WAY better than what I could find online, too. And when I had to return the tv (turned out my other tv wasnt broken after all!), although their return policy is pretty strict, they really took care of me! I will definitely be coming back here when I actually DO need to replace my tv.

I just bought a TV at Video Only. Jeff H at the Bellevue Store was very helpful and gave me a good deal ($150-200 off Amazon pricing). I have two big problems with Video Only.1) The TV I bought was on backorder - they didnt know when it was coming in and couldnt give me any estimates. They charged my credit card when I purchased it, but I didnt receive the TV for 3 weeks (and only got it then because I opted for an open-box unit). I returned my original purchase and bought the open-box one - it then took 3 WEEKS for me to get the refund on my credit card.2) They do not have a refund policy, so if you are unhappy or if the TV breaks, the best you can do is get store credit (which expires after a year). I cant think of another retailer where this is the case.From what I can tell, they have the best prices around, but the company is run like its 1984 - literally with a credit card imprint machine. I walked into several other Video Only stores and was flat out ignored and given false information about TVs and inventory. When I called, they said they had the TV I wanted in stock, but when I got to the Lynwood store, they magically had none. Felt like I had walked onto a used car lot on Aurora.I would only recommend buying here if you are fine not having the option to get a refund and arent worried about long-term support. I personally wont be shopping there again and would pay extra to have the support & return policy from Costco or Amazon

Video Only used to be one of my top choices for home electronics purchases. Over the last few years, the quality of service, selection and stores in general have gone down. The one in Bellevue looks like some run down pawn shop, its extremely dirty and their employees could care less if you have questions regarding a product. We purchased a center speaker here and tried to return it un-opened to the southcenter location. They refused our return and told us we had to go all the way back to Bellevue. It is now almost two weeks later and were waiting on the credit back to our bank account. We are done doing business with Video Only.

Beats the big chains cold on price and display. Dont bother shopping around. Beats internet prices. What more can I say.

Ancient return policy and almost 2 weeks later and Im still waiting for the money to be refunded to my credit card. I dont know how they expect to compete.
