It was a really decent experience working with carpet to go!!! We got connected with them from Costco. I was not a easy customer because our house has a slope and I am super indecisive, but I am so glad that this company understand customers concern! They took time to order samples for me, and they explain to me what they would handle if they found out more slope in my house. And of course, there are some delays which make my 1500 sq ft installation drags about 2 weeks, but I still really appreciate how they take care customers needs and the great communication from manager Tom and coordinator Liz. Thank you sooooo much!!

Great quality, easy scheduling, people come on time (!!!) and finish fast. We had some furniture in the room and they said it’s not a problem. Highly recommend if you want a headache free choosing and installation process.

I just had more waterproof flooring installed to replace carpeting in my home. This is my third time using Carpet to Go in Bellevue and I have been very pleased with the products and installation teams they have assigned to me. Each team was friendly, efficient, and obviously well-qualified for the work. I will keep using Carpet to Go for any future needs.

Good overall experience. They installed as scheduled and planned. Their installer Marco did an outstanding job with install. We also had some existing carpet that needed stretching to get the ripples out and we had preplanned that to occur with the new carpet install and Marco did a great job with that as well. We are pleased with the end product. I would recommend to others to give more thought to the quality of the pad. We went with their recommendation for pad but i think having a little higher quality pad would feel better on feet and the anomalies under the carpet a little less noticeable. We had no idea there was linoleum on top of plywood floors and because the install was scheduled it would have thrown everything off to remove it first. Next time good idea to peel back some of the existing carpet to know what you are dealing with and plan accordingly. That would be the tip i would have for both homeowners and carpet to go to suggest that as it has implications on the outcome of the install and surprises are not easily dealt with sometimes.

I moved into a home where the previous owner has some vinyl flooring installed by Carpet-to-Go just before selling. The flooring looks great, but the stair nose caps were loses and one fell off completely. As a new owners who hadn’t even paid for the installation, I was able to contact carpet to go and get them to reinstall the stair nose caps for free within a couple days. Amazing follow through and customer service.

Let me start by saying I rarely give negative feedback as noted by my other reviews. Over the course of a fairly extensive home remodel I hired 8 different contractors for various portions of the work and Carpet To Go is the only one to receive negative feedback.The reason for this feedback is simple, they cut corners and do not have a high attention to detail. I contracted with Carpet To Go through Costco, and when youre spending tens of thousands of dollars on new, fairly high end floors, you expect the typical high end experience of dealing with Costco.While the material is certainly high quality, the workmanship was not. The list of issues ran into double digits with with extensive gaps in the boards, poorly cut, non fitting trim, the wrong trim installed in certain areas, large portions of the flooring not left very level, gaps on the stairs and more!I should note that they have been very responsive and have worked to correct some of the issues and even refunded a small amount of money, however its been a painful process with lots of legwork on my end... back and forth emails... they send an inspector... he writes a report... they send an installer... not all issues fixed... just more and more headaches. Again, as I noted I worked with 8 contractors not a single one had to come back to correct work multiple times and in fact my painter ended up going above and beyond to correct mistakes made by Carpet To Go. I would not recommend these guys.

Purchased carpet 9 years ago.Over time carpet developed some ridges that needed restretching.Contacted Carpet To Go - they honored their agreement with us to restretch as needed for 10 years from purchase. There was no argument nor debate - they completely honored their committment.Beautiful job – completely satisfied.The technician who restretched for us was polite, congenial, offered to vacuum the crumbs after cutting/restretching.Would have him back anytime (but hopefully not needed  )Thank you for making the process so easy for us.

After dealing with private contractors, as well as a big box store, I was completely frustrated with trying to get new flooring for my home. Rude people, high pressure sales, and crazy high prices for installation on my very modest and small house, was wearing me out.My last call was to Costco flooring, where I was treated with respect. Im an elderly, retired female and contractors tend to be condescending and rather rude to me, wanting to speak to my husband (he works, and this is MY project). Fortunately the company that Costco contracts with for flooring is Carpet To Go. I had the pleasure of working with Matt Dorminey from Carpet to Go Bellevue.The Carpet To Go experience was very different from the other four people Id dealt with (that big box store being the worst of the bunch, and most expensive). Matt listened to me and answered all my questions. He was extremely knowledgeable about his products. He was kind, and there wasnt any high pressure sales to buy the expensive product. I was extremely impressed with Matt.Better yet, the price was far below what anyone else had quoted, for a better product (originally was going with Pergo, but changed to COREtec LVP). Plus theres a five year warranty on installation (no warranty with private contractors, one year with the big box store). In addition, by going through Costco, there was a Costco Shop card bonus, which is nice little incentive.I highly recommend Carpet To Go of Bellevue for your flooring needs. Be sure to ask for Matt. Youll be happy you did.

I did not have the great experience others on here mention. Had difficulty with them communicating, rescheduling, and when they came out to repair areas they left incomplete, they left more damage.

Carpet to Go was a pleasure to work with! The office staff kept in close contact with scheduling the carpet selection and installation during the whole process.. The carpet itself is perfect! Super thick and excellent color choice. The installers came on time and worked together well without stopping until the job was finished. It is impossible to tell where the seams are and they did a great job of cleaning up when they were done as well as following Covid-19 guidelines. They were polite and efficient and we are so pleased with the end result!

Outstanding service, friendly folks and a no-BS quote. Accommodated my need for quick install and showed up exactly right when they said they would. When the installer saw my old house floor was slanted, he offered to address that if I would like for a reasonable fee, and did a pro job. The room looks great and the #10 carpet pad really makes a big difference.

Tiffani and Betsy were knowledgable about and easy to work with. Tiffani gave me some samples to take home and evaluate is different like, which made a huge difference. Once I placed the order, I was able to get the flooring installed within a week!The installation went well, not perfect, and I would have liked to have seen a little more attention to detail by the installer.Note- If you live in a condo, there is a $60 fee, which is b.s. in my opinion, but I was unable to get it removed.

Costco connected me with Carpet To Go and a gentleman named Jason visited our house to measure our space, show samples, explain the process and pros&cons of each option. He is amazingly professional, organized and friendly.Their price was also very competitive. I signed the contract yesterday and my floors will be replaced in mid/late March.I will update this review and share my experience with about their execution side performance. So far, Im really impressed.

We had Carpet To Go of Bellevue install new carpet in bedrooms and stairs as well as hardwood flooring in the entry and hallway. They were wonderful to work with. They were very flexible with the installation dates. We had to change the date a few times due to unforeseen events. They were kind enough to send us carpet samples via Fed Ex. The carpet installers were excellent, fast, hard working guys that did a super work and they even vacuum the carpet after the installation. The hardwood installation took more time than I expected but they were very good. They removed the old carpet for no additional fee. They also have a wonderful selection of flooring.

I cant recommend Carpet To Go enough. We love the look of our carpet and the installation must have gone well because things looked great when we came home to new, beautiful carpet and a clean space.The team was a joy to work with (Tiffani is amazing!!!) and we are so thankful on how the full staff worked hard to deliver great pricing and service. We were fortunate to work with the Carpet to Go team when our family room carpet was in need of replacement. Their flooring designer Marek spent time explaining why our previous carpet (purchased by another company) had not held up well and helped us choose a more appropriate product. The carpet and pad are exceptional and we could not be more pleased with our selection and Marek’s recommendations. We ordered the carpet in early March and while we were concerned about installation this spring, Carpet to Go was able to meet the schedule. Rolo and his crew followed all safety protocols and the installation was completed carefully and professionally. The staff there was awesome at helping us pick out the carpet that would match what we had, and they were on the ball with installation. It looks fabulous. We will definitely be using them next time we need carpeting or other flooring items.

They found the vinyl I wanted, set up a measurement, put me on the schedule for installation, disposed of the old carpet, and installed the vinyl. It lies flat, square and beautiful. They were very respectful of my house and cleaned everything up completely. It was so easy!

We needed a quick turnaround on getting carpet ripped out, hardwoods installed, and carpet replaced in our new home, and we were very pleased with how quickly everything got scheduled and completed + the quality of materials (we love our new floors!). Our carpet removal and installation in 3 bedrooms + stairs was done in a day; our hardwoods were installed within one week. The customer service was top notch -- we had a representative reaching out to us to check that everything was to our satisfaction within 48 hrs of the work being complete. We did have some issues with the installation of our hardwoods that took more time to address than we would have liked -- but the customer service representative who helped us was very proactive and wanted to ensure we were happy. The issue was more with the workmanship -- took a couple of follow-up visits to get our issues addressed, but all good now.

I have been into the Bellevue store a few times for various reasons. The folks working at the Bellevue store have always been so helpful, friendly and courteous. The last time I visited, I was hunting for flooring for a remodel and was unsure about what I wanted and what was practical and beautiful at the same time. She didn’t try to change my mind about anything, just tell me the pros and cons of the various flooring choices and how it related to my specific needs. Tiffani encouraged me to take some samples home and look at them in situ in various light conditions and with my furnishings. Ordering was easy and the flooring was available to pick up in a couple of days. I feel that I got excellent value and I ended up with flooring I love that looks great in my new kitchen, living and dining rooms. I definitely recommend shopping there!

I have bought carpet for 6 rooms and a stairwell over the last 1.5 years from Carpet to Go. I couldnt do it all at once, so Ive had four different purchases and installs. Each time, its been a great experience. A few problems came up and they were immediately resolved with this experienced company. Their installers are so professional and kind, too!

We obtained quotes from 3 different carpet stores. Sherrie provided us good customer service and the most reasonable quote. One example: 70 SqYrd Removal of old carpet vs 75 SqYrd from someone else.Over all, Marco (the installer) has done a pretty good job. But we would have felt much better if he had a partner with him so the job would not last from 9:30 until 8:00pm including my husband, son and myself all helping with cleaning up, put the washer & dryer back in place at the end.Marco mentioned that he’s having a hard time finding a good working partner which we understand. He also worked non stop with no break which we didn’t feel good about it either. He is a very hard worker.Anyway, we plan to use them again for our downstairs project and hope Marco finds a good partner by then.

I worked with Carpet to Go through Costco. My experience was a mix of goods and bads, but overall, I dont think I would work with them again. We wanted to replace our carpets in bedrooms and stair case, and they sent someone to our house with a some samples. The sales man didnt have a lot of samples (or didnt want to bring them over), and we ended up choosing from a few samples. When they brought the carpet to install, we realized its color doesnt go very well with our walls. We asked the contractor to stop and we had to rush to the Bel-red store. Over there, we had a great experience and could choose the color that we actually liked. However, we had to wait 1 week to get the carpet and basically live in a house without carpet.The installation was also tricky, and thats the part which was very frustrating. For some reason, the job took over 8 hours, and the contractor was very tired in the end, but insisted on finishing the job. The quality of the job was significantly lower for everything he did later in the day, and he touched every single freshly painted wall with his dusty hands and left a mess everywhere. And then we found many problems with the job and had to reschedule a follow up appointment. Eventually, they fixed everything, but the process was very long, needed a lot of back and forth and 3 follow up visits after the main contractor left!

Pretty seamless experience (carpet, seamless - get it?! Lol). Theyd get five stars except there was no communication between when I paid the deposit and the days leading up to the scheduled install date. There were a few weeks in between and when it got to be Tuesday of the week (Friday install) and I still hadnt heard anything, I had to call them. Apparently, their policy is to call the day before the install but they hadnt told me that, so there was a bit of angst. Other than that, though, everything went really well. Their price was the lowest of the two that I checked, and the installers were in and out without me needing to even be there. I left for work with crappy carpet and came home to great carpet! :)

Great people. Was disappointed the carpet wasnt installed on the day I needed it installed and the stress it caused to figure out a work around. The installer arrived within the scheduled window of time, but because of a typo inputting my phone # into their system, he wasnt able to reach me by phone for the 30 minute notice call and just left for the next job. Would have been really great service if someone had gone the extra mile to look at the paperwork and discover the typo to verify the phone # or even use the internet to find my correct phone #. I also ended up with lots of extra carpet because the installer was able to make the carpet fit with no seams, which was preferred and ideal, but not how it was calculated at the store for purchase, so appears I paid for extra yardage for an unnecessary seam.
