Our place needed some serious remodeling and after reading various reviews, we decided to visit ABS showroom for the first visit in July 2021. We are greeted by Vinson and the rest is pretty much on auto drive. We told him our needs, things include reconstruct the kitchen peninsula to new island, new kitchen cabinets, rebuild the shower, tile floor and hardwood flooring... Vinson is able to provide honest and accurate suggestions and we end up with various plans on how to proceed with the remodeling.He is upfront about everything even include the markup and schedule. He acts as the project manager for my remodeling project. As a stakeholder, timeline is everything and he is able to provide almost daily update on the construction which is totally awesome.Fast forward 3 months, the remodeling is complete and yet he is excellent on communication and follow up I dont usually get in my previous remodeling project.One thing that ABS stands out from the rest is they have their own team on all the hands on tasks. I see Donald and his team almost everyday and this is the same team from beginning to end. This is very different from others when they hire random guys from CL or Home Depot parking lot.Donald and his team did a fantastic job from demo to measurement to actual hands on work. They are very detailed oriented and Im happy to know them during the remodeling project. I hope Donald can take some serious rest when the crazy remodeling season is over.Overall I cant be happier to hire ABS for remodeling. Ask for Vinson and you will not be disappointed!

We had a kitchen remodel done with ABS. The kitchen demolishing and installation took only three days! The crew arrived right at 8am as expected and worked all the way till they finished. The best quality to price we were able to find anywhere in Seattle area.

We worked Vinson on the kitchen cabinet & countertop remodeling project. He is a pleasant to work with, very responsive even after the project ends. During this high demand timing, ABS is able to have the products ready in a timely fashion. They delivered the assembled cabinets to our place 2 weeks after we placed the order. All pieces are correct, I appreciate the fact the there’s no back and forth needed. We are very satisfied with the finished look and have recommended the service to our friends. Photo attached.

I’m so happy with ABS Cabinets and Counters in Bellevue. Johnny there is an awesome, no-nonsense kind of guy. I went in a couple times clueless and probably annoying but Johnny is a real help lol. I’m so convinced they’re the best place for kitchen remodel... their solid wood is like the price of composite board cabinets from, say, IKEA. The way they layout their showroom requires you a little more imagination... go there and you’ll know what I mean... but the good side is you get to see tons of stuff. But again, just talk to Johnny and look at the 3D computer generated kitchen and I’m pretty sure you’ll get what you need.

Absolutely the worst Installation company I have ever worked with. This company has zero communication skills, a total lack of customer service, and no idea how to do a remodel. They are also unable to solve problems as they continually asked my husband to find a solution or asked us if we just wanted to figure it out ourselves, and were unable to acknowledge that they messed up, even when OUR STANDARD SIZED STOVE/DISHWASHER/etc. DID NOT FIT. Not only that, but most surfaces were not level and the company did not repair all the damage their install team did to the cabinetsWe were planning on a whole-home remodel, but we will be looking elsewhere to finish the flooring and bathrooms, because this company cannot handle any job, let alone a simple kitchen remodel.

I had the best experience with ABS! I shopped around forever and finally chose them due to how budget friendly their options are and just the overall interaction with Johnny. He’s so personable and has excellent communication skills from start to finish. I’m so happy I went with this company. My new kitchen is even better than I imagined it! If you want an amazing kitchen and great customer service then you need to go here.

I worked with Johnny in the Bellevue location. He was awesome to work with and very responsive with all my text and emails. Especially with all the changes I kept making. He accommodated it all. We had requested for cabinets and quartz counter top to be installed, and both installation team were nice, professional, detailed and hardworking. I would totally hire ABS again for future home renovation projects.

I finally took time off work and I drove an hour to their showroom and was greeted with very disappointed service from Mica. Beware of this place if you have no experience with remodeling and time is valuable to you.

ABS Cabinets & Counters went above and beyond all of expectaions. I visited the showroom and picked out my cabinets and counters, plus a beautiful apron front stainless steel sink the last week of May. Today whichis Saturday the 6th, my entirely kitchen has been completed. It is absolutely gorgeous. This company works very hard for their customers.. They were very prompt, and work as a team.Im very very impressed and would highly recommend them. Plus you cant beat the price...

Johnny is very easy to work with as he listened to what we wanted and delivered to meet our taste and satisfaction. I couldnt be happier with ABS. I worked with Johnny and was very pleased with the customer service I received. He is knowledgeable and king and prompt in his responses. I had gotten quotes from three other similar places and only one of them was slightly cheaper but the customer service at ABS was well worth the few extra dollars. The delivery guys were kind and thorough. They opened up each cabinet to make sure the there was no damage before taking them inside for me. I couldnt be more happy with the service all around. Went in to get a quote. After the guy did the pictures I’m the computer of what our dream kitchen would look like, the lady was too busy to get off the other one and only computer that could give us a price quote. We called back 3 times within the week for us to get a quote. They always said they will call us back but never did. Guess they don’t need my business.

I used ABS to help Remodel my kitchen. I bought all of my material from them and had them install. The Experience was great. Jonny at the Bellevue office made it very easy and communicated very well. I needed help measuring for cabinets. Jonny came over to my house on his day off and helped. Installers did a great job. There was one small mistake on a trim piece and they had no problem coming back to my house to make sure it was the way i wanted. it. Overall great experience and competitive price.

I do not think I could be any happier with my experience at ABS Cabinets. Johnny was fabulous at the store and was not a high pressure sales person. Eva did a great job measuring the kitchen. And the work crews were excellent not only in their installation skills but were very polite, taking care to be tidy, etc. It is now two years later and we just had our bathrooms donThis is our second time using ABS Cabinets in Bellevue. We did our kitchen in June 2014 and were extremely happy. We just had both of our bathrooms done with new cabinetry and an enlarged shower with tiling and shower doors. We could not be more pleased! We feel like we have a hotel spa bathroom! Eva does an excellent job of measuring and making suggestions. I love working with Johnny. He is also very knowledgeable and helpful in selections. My contractor got a quote from this company. And he asked me to confirm the materials and order it, I went there and I guessed that should not be the good timing, as the lady working there is talking in the phone, for 30 minutes, I kept waiting, and finally it’s my turn, she explained to me all the details in the quote and I just realized all the details were messed up in the quote I got, they messed up at the first place, I called my contractor and he said he did this quote with another staff, Johnny, apparently he did it wrong at the first place and now I need to go over all those again, I was very frustrated and called my contractor to schedule a meeting with him, again, at my house to finalize ! If everything was set properly, I wouldn’t have been wasting my time to fix all the mess!!

I’m real estate agent in Kirkland, one of my friend referred me to go to ABS for my kitchen remodel, I barely got time to get a quote, as I’m super busy, I stopped by the other day, it’s 9am in the morning, I kept waiting for 15 mins, and it’s still close, no one show up to meet me there, but their hours is 9am to 6pm, tried to call their number but still in vain, this is not a very good experience.
