Ive been coming this store to make some shirts and hats i needed a logo put on to for my small business for 2 years now and the manager hooked me right up in a professional manner. The fake complaints I see from Aiko and Priscilla (both posted on the same day eh?) are from some disgruntled hater I imagine because I have never had a better experience than this shop. They treat everyone equally from what I have seen and I plan on returning to them when I need more logos made up.

I made some Christmas stockings with them and I love the result!!! reasonable price, fast turn around time and kind staff. She assisted me for more options of thread colors I would definitely come here for more stuff . Thank you!

I had some shirts embroidered through this location and have to say they are excellent and very fast. The lady in the front is very sweet and effecient. She took my order and said it will be ready within a week. Within two days I received a call that my order was ready! Out of the many other embroidery stores Ive been to, this one has the best customer services without messing up my order, and the price is the most reasonable too.

I own a business called Choose Mountains and they are the fasted company to respond to my requests and finished my large order only in a few days. Everything looks great, great communication and kind employees. Im happy to share business with them.

We have a winery and needed some shirts and hats made with our logo! They did a beautiful job and we are getting many club members wanting either hats or T-shirt’s. We found them extremely professional and accommodating on rush items. We will use Embroidme for years to come.

I enjoyed the work that Embroidme has done. Not only I but my Team as well are very satisfied with the work done for our team uniforms. Typically id go cheap and go to a swap meet to get this kind of work done but this was totally worth it. The process did not take too long as we only came in last week. Also the customer service was really good. Im just excited we finally got our Uniforms and they look dope. Plus the front desk girl was worth the multiple check ins.I had only just read the latest reviews and i will say as a young African American myself and teammates we were treated with respect. I would say take the latest negative reviews with a grain of salt. as one of the other reviewers (precilla) should not write a review with out the experience. Your review should be void as you are using the experience of a friend .the customer service here was enough for me to write a review and they took their time to understand our needs. So i thank you and we will most likely be telling others plus we need more work done.

Horrible company this company ruined my design then made me pay for it! I had tried to resolve with their manager and she just told me to go! I couldnt believe the way she treated me. DO WASTE YOUR TIME!!

Horrible service!!! They used the wrong colors of thread on all of my shirts for my company and then they had refused to reorder & redo the shirts! Terrible company just ruined everything!
