Horrible service order was placed more then 2 weeks ago and had not been ship and the charge for priority mail, i contact them twice still has not ship, will never order again

Amazing company that handles event apparel very professionally and hassle free. We have gone through a number of vendors and none can hold a candle to their variety, designs, and knowledge for apparel sales. 10/10 would recommend.

Just purchased a sweatshirt at the Manhattan Classic. Noticed a small issue with it later in the day, went back and pointed it out, and they made it right. Offered my money back or a new sweatshirt. I even offered to wait for him to take care of other customers first and he said no, were taking care of this now. They obviously care about customer service as much as sales! Happy to buy from them again!

Terrible customer service. #1 was overcharged (almost double) #2 I was sold the wrong sweatshirt #3 I was sold a faulty design on the sweatshirt -- you can see the edges of the silk screen square (not part of the design). AND he was RUDE.

Absolutely the best company to use for on-site customized apparel and souvenirs. They specialize in t-shirts, hoodies, sweatpants, jackets, and all sorts of other souvenirs customized to each tournament. In business since 1983, they are the go-to company for any competition or sporting event apparel needs.

I recommend Northwest Designs to anyone looking for an outside merchandiser to work with! They are reliable, professional and in the end they exceeded all of our expectations!

Mt Hood swimming event, very arogant and disrespectful sales person. Low quality product, unwilling or lack of knowledge to provide details about products. I would not recommend.
