My Go To place for FFL and private party transfers. Very competitively priced transfers, and they also will sell your FFL items on Consignment for reasonable fees (10% or $50)The only down side being that they are only open 2 evenings a week. (Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:30-8:30 p.m.) - If you can work around those hours, these guys are great.
Friendly staff and very knowledgable! I look forward to doing business here again
The staff here are amazing. FFL transfer fee is 35USD.
My husband and I have been a customer since 2020 are impressed with their responsiveness and customer service. Everyone weve encountered are friendly, organized and gets people in and out efficiently.
Nice guys and a nice little shop. Knowledgeable and friendly.
Ordered a pistol off their site. I followed up multiple times via call and email. I couldnt get a single response to any voicemails or emails.I finally get a hold of somebody almost a month after the order was placed via phone, They told me that their online department shipped to the wrong address and they would refund me.Not sure how that happens if its their own website I ordered from. Still waiting for a refund.I cant recommend anybody doing business here. Theyre either overwhelmed or they dont care about their customers. The fact that they didnt even know the gun was shipped to the wrong address, shows that they dont track or care about orders placed.
Excellent Experience. Turnaround time from ordering to pick up of firearm was 4 weeks, including background check. Ordered S&W M&P M9 PC Shield from Riflegear.com on 10/3/20 and picked up on 10/29/20. They were responsive every step of the way. They are open only Tuesday and Thursday, with limited hours, but still provided great service.Currently looking to order a Kriss Vector CRB Gen 2 to be shipped there.
Every time I have spoken to someone on the phone they have blatently lied to me. Additionally they are only open 6 hours a WEEK. Finally they canceled my order instead of delivering it and wasted a month of my time, terrible company.
Great place! Low transfer fees ($30 for pistol with CPL vs $50 at West Coast Armory). Prompt service, I was in and out in 10 minutes. This shop seems to exist because a few guys truly enjoy running a small, independent gun shop, so they are super transparent with their pricing. Will definitely look to buy my next firearm from them!
Super friendly guys! I ended up talking to them for about half an hour after my trade in was done. I could have left anytime I wanted but these guys are super fun to hang with. They dont make you feel any pressure to buy or anything. They are willing to help you out any way they can. The shop is hard to find, you have to drive behind the pharmacy to the lower rear parking area to find their little shop. Well worth the search!! I will do business with them again!(Just note they do not sell Ammo)
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They sell products at good price and can get you all sorts of customizations and fun stuff.
Knowledgeable staff that were super kind and not scared to crack a joke. I have purchased two firearms from this location and never had any problems. Hours are a little tough but for online purchases it doesnt really bother me.
Good experience ordering from their online website and shipping to store. They were really fast with getting off all the paperwork, and no transfer fee is also a bonus.
Small little shop. Not a whole lot of stuff but they are super cool. Would definitely come back and do some more business.
I will never go anywhere else for a new weapon. Great prices, nice people, very organized.
They have pictures on their wordpress and on google showing perhaps 40 guns. In the store, they had precisely 1 ar10, 6 ar15, and a half dozen handguns in the glass case.I went out of my way to go to their store on a thursday night, driving to a part of town where I dont usually go, to see what they have.I feel like a got bait and switched. I would not have gone to their store, had I known their photos are not a representation of their store. Its not that easy to find physically where the store is, so I had to do a few U-turns just to get there. Like I said, I drove out of my way to go there.Sorry guys, this is bad business. I think its fine it your business model is to just do FFL, and online orders - THAT IS FINE. BUT, you bait-and-switched me. You misrepresented your services online, and that pisses me off royally. They were helpful to talk with. But I realized on my drive home, that it was a complete waste of my time - since I wanted to go look at options for hunting. They had exactly one rifle that would be legal to hunt with in this state. Again, I didnt expect hundreds upon hundreds of guns, but they had about 13 or 14 guns.Misleading. All you had to do, was not post a misleading photo. Very stupid of you. Now I dont want to do business with you.
For FFL transfers be patient - they are busy.
These guys are great. Really limited hours, but thats the closest thing to a negative I can offer.
Well above average customer service and EXCELLENT delivery time on items special ordered from time order was placed!
Superb customer service and competitive prices. Will definitely be a lifelong customer
Good selection, nice guys and the prices are fair.
Great folks who are very passionate and knowledgeable!
