I came here to get information on their plans and programs.The woman at the front desk talked to me as she sat between the doors and I had to have the entire meeting outside. She took down my email and phone number and NEVER reached out to me with more information like she said she would.Im not sure why I wasnt taken seriously and offered the top tier customer service that this brand is known for.

You don’t get 20 min coaching session. It’s 5 min to enter weight and bring food to the car which is wrong. Try another location.
