I arrived early and in a big rush because I had to get to an appointment I could not reschedule. Everything went super smoothly. After I left I couldn’t help but reflect on how efficient and thorough the whole process had been. I’m past mid life so I have more frequent visits with doctors of various types. It was a pleasure to be treated like a client/customer instead of a patient! Thank you.

Factoria hearing is a great place for personalized care of your hearing examination and treatment. Dr. Littman is the best. He listens to you and does a thorough exam and provides excellent care. I am so glad I did not buy my hearing aids at Costco. Dr. Littman spends time making sure your hearing aids are adjusted perfectly to your hearing deficits. He will follow up with you and continue to adjust your hearing aids as needed. I have been to his office many times all part of the follow up. He is such a professional and nice guy too. I highly recommend his office for your hearing aids.

Dr. Littman not only gave me back confidence in myself but gave me an option the ENT had not. By loosing my hearing in my left ear, I thought was odd but the tinnitus was extremely annoying to say the least. When Dr. Littman installed a hearing aid in my ear tears of joy ran down my face. I could not believe what had just happened and was silence of my left ear. For the first time in 10 months there was no more ringing. Dr Littman is a five star Dr. In my book, but had to give 4 stars because of the durability of the aid itself. Thank you so much Dr. Littman you are truly my hero.

I had already seen another audiologist and was sort of considering hearing aids when my sister-in-law mentioned Dr. Littman and Factoria Hearing. After reviewing his website and scheduling an appointment, I had pretty high expectations. I was not disappointed!Dr. Littman spent 90 minutes with me explaining hearing loss in general, walking me thru my hearing test, and discussing options for improved hearing. 2021-02 Visited FHC. Dr. Thomas Littman is professional and attentive to my requirements of hearing aids. I have been to other clinics in the last 10 years and feel FHC is a good clinic.

I had a very pleasant hearing evaluation. Dr. Littmanthoroughly explained every testing process. After gathering all of the test data, he spent a great deal of time going through what each result meant and answering any questions I had. He never once tried to sell me anything, and for my condition offered alternative methods of treatment as well as tips on hearing loss prevention. It is obvious that Dr. Littman’s interest is his patients hearing and their quality of life. I highly recommend Factoria Hearing Center.

The doctor who hasnt any clue how viruses work. Hes mandating masks and gloves in his office for a virus with a 99% recovery rate and a .003% chance of death. Run. Go summer place else. He cant be trusted with his SCIENTIFIC knowledge.

Impressive! I felt like I was the most important part of Dr. Littman’s day. I was greeted immediately and the next, nearly hour and a half was devoted to me. Thorough testing and careful explanation of the results. Every question I had was answered completely. Honest assessment and assurance that I’m not there yet in the need for hearing aids. Dr. Littman listens intently to be able to provide good answers. He is very thorough and professional.

I got a set of custom earplugs that filter out excess noise for when I go to concerts. I got to order them in any color I wanted, which was cool. I just went to a show (3/3/2016) at a nightclub in Seattle to try them out, and it was pretty cool to be able to actually hear my dates voice without losing any of the music. they tune out just the excess screech of speakers that are turned way up, and I had a great time- honestly if you dont even use normal earplugs at a show I really recommend it. The custom ones I got are much better than the standard ones (apart from all the fancy stuff on how they work really well they just never fall out which is worth so much to me) but even standard plugs will really make shows easier to attend on your ears.anyways, good times at the office. everyone was nice, and I got handled quickly and kindly. Just what I needed.

I had just moved back to the North West and needed repair on one of my hearing aids, the audiologist Tom was very helpful in repairing it, but also took time to check my aids and found that some features were turned off.He helped me with deciding what features I needed and made the necessary adjustment. I enjoyed talking with Dr Littman. His explanation of hearing and hearing aids was very good. He fully explained the different types of hearing aids available and the manufacturers. He was patient, provided additional information and satisfactorily answered all of my questions.

I went in with some never-used older hearing aids. Dr Littman tested me and made them work for me. His knowledge of hearing devices and hearing loss make him the number one hearing Dr. in the Puget Sound. He teaches at U of W and his students recommend him to their family. When my hearing got worse and the old hearing aids couldnt help me, he found the best ones for me and they work great! He also works with Insurance and is not just trying to make a dollar. His goal is to give his patients the best hearing they can have with their hearing loss. He is the best. My wife is really thankful!

Factoria Hearing Center is a very professional and welcoming office. Dr. Littman fitted me for some musicians earplugs and I am so happy with them! They are molded to my ears so they fit perfectly and block out damaging decibel levels without making me unable to hear conversations--especially great for the music/concert scene. Dr. Littman personally fitted me and was very careful of a new piercing I have in my ear. Didnt hurt one bit. He was also extremely knowledgeable and took the time out of his day to answer all of my questions and make me feel cared for. I will definitely be recommending Factoria Hearing center to my friends and family. My experience was great and so are the earplugs!

The Factoria Hearing center provided excellent initial care in diagnosing my hearing loss.
