She has truly helped me with my hearing issues which has needed extra attention than the average person. She is kind and cares. She was attentive and found a way to solve my needs. A company with honest employees.When I mentioned to the audiologist that I came to Seattle for military training many years ago and that was what caused my hearing loss, he suggested that I apply for free hearing aids through the VA.I now have a pair of $6,400 Phonak BTE Boleros and a Roger Pen Bluetooth device to connect to my cell phone and TV and hear my customers that I set up, review, and train one-on-one in QuickBooks and Quicken.

I have had hyperacusis for years and have been shopping for hearing aids for the past 2 months. I tried 2 different Audiologists in Bellevue and 3 different brands of hearing aids.When I went to the Puget Sound Hearing Aid & Audiology Bellevue office, I did not plan to buy anything from them. I just wanted to get a 2nd opinion, but I assumed they would have higher price than others.When I met the audiologist Lisa Duong, I noticed that she looks very young. I made the assumption that she is too young to help me with my problem (I later found out she looks a lot younger than her real age).My assumption was wrong. Proves the lesson that you should not judge people by their looks or be quick to make assumptions.Lisa Duong really takes the time to explain not just the problem, but also the solution. She understood my pain and gave the best consultation tailored to my specific needs. My time was valued and I appreciated the honest diagnosis. The pros and cons of my available choices were evenly weighed.The compassion, patience, and expertise Lisa exhibited with me was amazing.I am always very picky with customer service anywhere I go. Lisa definitely deserves 5 stars for her service.
