DO NOT buy in-store, especially this store. Buy online if you can. The rep sold me an item that in their words “shouldn’t have been sold that way” Told me I had 30 days to bring it back if I changed my mind. I brought it back 10 days later without ever using it, still in its original dust bag when I left the store after purchased. I had found another color that I liked instead which was why I was taking this one back. Another rep told me she couldn’t take it back due to a small blemish on the label, a blemish that was there when I bought it to begin with. I’ve been a long time client and have never had this issue happened before. Never again will I want to purchase at this location with these reps. Felt scammed and unappreciated as a long time client.
Purchased a purse for my wife for her birthday. Good service they even followed up the following week to make sure she liked it. Service you expect to get at a luxury store but it is nice to know you still do get it.

My first time buying Louis and she made my experience great! cant wait to go back again. i keep hearing bad experience on LV SA but Alexis was so nice that i cannot wait to go back because of her. been researching about shopping to the botique and keep hearing horrible stories. people said you have to look nice when you go to the botique or they will ignore you. But since i was in a hurry i didnt even get to dress up nice alexis didnt judge me by my look. I cant wait to buy my 2nd piece :)
I always get the highest customer service from Jorge at the Bellevue location. He is my go-to SA. Always friendly and patient and takes the time to answer any questions I have. I highly recommend Jorge!
People working there think they are better than you. We returned a product with an obvious defect (clasp didnt close) and they acted like we were scammers. They told me its a known defect. Its a $1000 notebook, how does it have known defects. They finally said maybe this isnt for you in a condescending tone. Youre right, its not for me.
Went there to accompany friend’s chill shopping with casual t-shirt and jeans after finishing work early from home last week.Friend bought 2 bags but still absolutely offended by the bold and bulky men sales, who arbitrary and arrogantly defined price because we touched on a non-sale wooden hand for holding a bag, which the wooden hand was standing alone because the bag attaching to it was not put back in-place by someone else.You only show respect if we walk in wearing all our Chanel? Will never go again. Learn human respect!
Just wanted to put my 2 cents in, years ago I bought a keepall 60 from this location and the service was bottom of the barrel for me. But being young and able to afford my first new piece of LV luggage people tend to view you differently if your skin tone and attitude doesn’t match theirs. I remember walking in to an empty store and having to wait forever to be assisted while another heavy set blonde haired lady walked in shortly thereafter me and they were pouring her champagne and pulling out bags that she did not want. I didn’t pay it any attention as I knew they probably thought I wasn’t rich enough to make any purchases there anyway, but my goal was to spoil myself for all the hard work that I was doing at that time and not play devil’s advocate. So when I proceeded to check out and handed over my debit card, they were very hesitant but once it approved, they took my bag to the back and prepared it for packaging. The lady came from the back like 30 minutes later with a huge brown LV shopping bag and this keepall in a dust bag, no box or anything. She then proceeded to tie a yellow and a green tiny ribbon on this huge shopping bag as to say I’m doing you a favor. I do recall having issues with getting my tag stamped as well but anywho. I vowed never to shop there ever again, long story short I moved to Manhattan and the LV store on 5th where the real big money is treated me with so much respect whenever I shopped there and once when I lost my locks and keys for my Cintres soft luggage they replaced them ALL and complimentary with boxes and bags. I now own over 20 pieces, I wonder what that girl is doing now.
While I had an okay experience. I wish the attendant could have helped me get a bag that I actually really wanted instead of just saying it was unavailable. Like work with your customers on what they really want. I bought a bag that I liked but wasnt in love it and honestly I felt like the representative just wanted to make a sale. Was not offered champagne or anything like that either even after I had purchased a handbag. This purchase was made on the fear of missing out and kind of pushiness of the representative. Please work on this LV.
LOVE LOUIE, HATED the experience at this store! Not only did we have to wait for over an hour just to get in, appt was not an option and we tried by phone and online to make an appt. The sales person was just that, a SALES person trying to make commission. I’ve been in sales most of my life but at fine stores like this our person was more of a car salesman. We left! My wife owns 3-4 louies, so it’s not like this was a first for us, but ironally enough, Hermes, Prada, Gucci, Chanel all in same area do not make their clients wait for over an hour just to get in. We shopped there and bought several items and not once did we feel like we’re being told sales pitches, it was gross!
Pay atention if you decide come here, they skipme in the entrance because they see my big yellow box for a return and im here waiting for more than 1 hour the people Who order on line wait for 10 minutes
Due to covid, had to wait outside for 20 minutes because of occupancy limits and social distancing. But, it was all worth it because customer service was outstanding. Annie the SA was super sweet, kind, and apologetic that I had to wait outside in the cold with a toddler (which they all loved her because she was being so good). My exchange for a bag went smoothly!

Dean is an absolute pleasure and will make your shopping experience a memorable one.
Like many other retailers, LV is following Covid guidelines to ensure the safety of customers who visit. What they dont tell you is that their doors are locked while the store is open and there are no instructions on where to wait, who to call, guidance on making an appt, or anything. I arrived a little pass the time the store opened and saw customers and advisors inside. I tried opening the door, tapped the door, and waved-I was seen but not acknowledged. For the next 20 minutes, I was so confused, so I called the store (no answer). When I finally reached someone on the phone, I couldnt understand a word except for Covid. Ok, so does that mean you are open and taking appts or not open? Recommendation is to let your customers know and communicate expectations and new policies instead of ignoring them-either a sign on the door or stand, or have an advisor come out to explain.
Your employees need a reality check. Not sure how getting hired at a luxury brand store makes you better than the people actually willing to shop at your store.
Been coming in this store since 2017 since we moved from texas. Hands down to Dean morgan Jorge and Bea Cruz. Best customer service ever.. very professional and knowledgable. I dont feel im being rushed while deciding which purse i get... everyone are friendly from the management to the stuff..100% recommend this location in Bravern..
Terrible Customer Survive. I have never experienced such customer in my life. I was in my normal outfit and the lady who we bought item with didnt even smile once. Not even once. She was reluctant and frustrated to show us the items. It was extremely negative experience for us. We were there whole Family- my pregnant wife who is due in few weeks, my 4 years old son and myself. I was getting a gift for my wife. We spend well over 5k in the store but the experience was the most negative I have ever experienced. It was very unfriendly, no courtesy, no smile. Noone even greeted us.

Extremely strict exchange/return policy!This is my second experience at this location and am very disappointed. I purchased a wallet from this location 1.5 years ago and everything was great. This past weekend, my husband and I purchased a purse at the location in Portland when we were visiting. When we came back home, I noticed there was a slight dent/defect in the purse. I brought it to this location hoping to make an even exchange since it was a defect and not my fault.It has literally been 2 days since my purchase and they would not agree to the exchange unless I paid for the tax. You would think that for the amount that I paid for their product, they would be courteous enough to make an even exchange without charging me extra. Any other high-end luxury store would not hesitate to make an even exchange for a defective product.
I bought this bag prior to knowing that my husband had already bought me one, so I needed to return it. I took the bag to the Bellevue location and I had to speak to several associates. One of the associates took the bag to the back of the store and came back out and said that it is some glitter on the bag and that it was not returnable because it has been used. I then told the the store associate that it had not been used. later the manager Nikki came out and said there is nothing that we can do because the bag has glitter on it. I honestly could not believe the removable glitter on the outside of the bag with no no wear or tear made the bag unsellable. I dusted the bag off with the cloth that was provided and the glitter easily came off remind you that the bag has Sparkle to it due to the color of it . The manager Nikki decided that they could not return the bag. I was so shocked, I took it to surrounding stores and also the Seattle location and all of the store said the same thing, that the bag was in very good condition and looked unused. When I took the bag to the downtown Seattle location they looked at the bag and told me that the bag was in great conditions and they did not understand why the Bellevue manager Nikki was treating me this way. The Bellevue store manager Nikki flag my account saying that the bag was unsellable after I told her that she was discriminating against me. I have made many purchases over the phone but when going into Bellevue store to make purchases they always tend to think that I dont have enough money for the purchases that I want to buy or ask me if Im sure if I want to make the purchases. I prefer to buy my items over the phone because the Bellevue store always looks at the color of your skin and and thinks that anything you bring back into the store is considered dirty and used. I truly hate that this is the only freestanding store that represents Washington because so many people before me have felt the same way about the Associates at the store.
Absolutely fabulous store. You can order online and pick up in store, or stop in and grab what you need... the customer service is amazing! Dean helped me with my purchases and answered all of my questions. Located in the heart of Bellevue, this place will exceed your expectations and there is plenty of other amazing shops and boutiques nearby.

I went in to make a return, and had a very positive experience (even though I brought my fussy toddler with me). Louie was very efficient and professional—from helping me with the return to showing me a new seasonal bag that was on display. When we left, he helped open the door for me and my stroller, and even recommended trophy cupcakes in the same shopping center! Such good service! I didn’t end up purchasing anything that day because my 2 year old was not having it, but I wouldn’t hesitate to come back when I’m ready to buy :)

I would give them a 0 if I can. Got a bag for my birthday and it was too big, went in to exchange with in the policy regulations. The bag was brand new never wore it and their manager told me that he sees some dust in the bag and refused to take it. Definitely opening a claim with my bank. Shame on them

Had a wonderful time shopping at this location. Initially came in to buy a wallet for my brothers birthday, and then ended up buying a bag for myself and a wallet for my little sister also. The employee who helped us was very helpful and not only wrapped our purchases but also put a plastic cover over our bags to protect the shopping bag from God knows what. He then lead my sister and I to the door, opening the door and thanking us for shopping at LV. I felt uncomfortable on how nice they were to my sister and I. I will definitely be shopping here again. Also, mind you I was wearing a t-shirt and jogging pants.People need to come in with an actual interest in the LV World/fashion AND also have the means of purchasing your wants. If youre genuine about your interest and you come in to pursue that interest, the customer service will be a lot better. Dont come in expecting great customer service, come in to pursue fashion and to pay homage to a piece of art. I say this because 99% of LV you see in the street in the world are replicas and fakes. Customer Service in these designer boutiques can usually sense genuine appreciation, despite your outward appearance.This place exhibits the very definition of a 5 Star customer service.

I just wanted my first LV wallet for my birthday, and Dean is so nice and knowledgeable. He helped me to pick the best wallet based on how I usually use the wallet, and he gave me useful suggestions on the hot stamping. Hes so courteous that you wont feel embarrassed at all even if its your first time to shop LV. You will get like 5-star service. Definitely recommend Dean and this store!
We had horrible experience at this store and are probably done with LV brand forever. we bought a purse in August, purse was not used at all (it stayed in original bag) and we wanted to return it two weeks later. upon return they found minor wear and tear at the place inside that is hard to reach and was hard to inspect when we bought it. due to this wear and tear they rejected return. we complained at all levels because thats a condition in which purse was sold and it was never used, but all complaints were rejected and dealing with our case was left to the discretion of this particular store. eventually we had to dispute transaction with our bank. to mention specific names - purse was sold by George and store manager that was extremely rude with us is Nikki,

Bellevue’s location had very few options. I can’t recall there being a significant fragrance section. There were a few more men’s items but very low options for women’s handbags. It took a very long time to get assistande as two employees were wrapped up in conversing with one person and the other two were in the back area. The drive was not worth it and I was underwhelmed with the customer service.I also strongly feel that the wording should change for LV’s return/exchange policy. “Perfect” and “salable condition” does not translate to never used!

I am extremely disappointed from the day of purchase to now still NO resolution. I walked in on a Sunday and the store was not busy nobody greeted me or asked if I needed help I had to go loon for someone so I can purchase a wallet. Bae was the client advisor that “I asked” for help she showed me wallets and the one i wanted was not in the store so she said she would order it online. I asked her who would it ship by and she didn’t seem to know and then said UPS and she told me to call them for tracking which I thought was very strange she said it would take 3-7 business days for my order to be delivered. I waited till Thursday to give it time so I called the number that is listed on the website and I was transferred to a call center where the gal had no idea where my order was they saw my order but there was no tracking I immediately asked for the store manager to call me as I needed answers as to where my order was she said it would take 24hrs for someone to call which again is mind blowing coming from a luxury store I honestly get better customer service from Target which is a shame. So I wait the next day approaches and still NO call back from the manager or anyone from the store and it’s passed 24hrs. So I call again and the gal at the call center send another email and also places me on hold to see if she has any luck in reaching someone and nothing 40mins on the phone and now the girl tells me my order still has not shipped. Which I keep getting conflicting information on my order I just spent over $500 for a wallet and nobody can tell me where my order is such a disappointment. This store just takes your money and moves on as the store manager or the client advisors don’t seem to care to call back. The worst experience ever I would not recommend going to that location I have purchased at the down town Seattle and have received the best service. If I could I would cancel my order and purchase it elsewhere. Like I said in the beginning Target has way better customer service if an issue were to ever occur they take the customers serious even if it’s a $20 item a I would have expected my issue to be resolved the same day I called but nope.. again I’m disappointed with this store. I wish I could express this with their GM becauses its apperant there manager doesn’t care because the sale is done and closed ..if I could I would give them no star but it doesn’t let me

Bought a wallet for my hubby few weeks ago. He wanted to return the wallet cz he didn’t liked it. I took it back to store for a return, and guess what the staff was unable to return it cz their reason was that the wallet was not in the salable condition. The wallet was unused and boxed in the same condition I got it....never even been used at all. The staff was rude and mean and wouldn’t even take it for an exchange either. This is the worst customer service I have ever had especially with #louisvuitton. I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star if I had the option. All they cared about not losing their commission. I wouldn’t recommend this store just because of the staff that works there.

Im very disappointed with their customer service. I wanted to exchange Parfume, which I bought just month and one week ago. And the only reason I wanted to exchange, because I have allergy to it. I never open the box, just tried the sample. But it looks like they dont care about their customers. I explained how bad my allergy to it.And allergy to it was severe. I dont want to return, just exchange, but they said no. Will never go there again . Seattle store has good customer service, And I would never recvomend Bellevue store to anyone.
