Mike Reasy is a top shelf knowledgeable man I was searching for a part that was hard to find he found it got it and delivered so now I can ride. The whole staff at Eastside Harley-Davidson are helpful courteous and just a super cool bunch of people to hang out with my favorite store in the whole region rock on ride on.

Called about a used bike I saw advertised online, Teague steered me toward a new one of the same model stating the new one is the same price. After two days of sending documents via email that he seemed to keep missing, he tried to gouge me! Adding $10k to the MSRP of a new Low Rider S and lowballing me by $4000 dollars on my trade. I guess they mistook me for someone who doesnt know any better! Ive been buying bikes from HD for 20 years. Nice try Teague!

We travel across the water to bring our bikes in to Eastside Harley. We’ve purchased two bikes from them and compared to our local Destination Harley in Silverdale the managers, sales, service are all top notch!! Make sure you bring your bikes here for service and ask for Mark or James. Very knowledgeable service people that gets the job done. They also store your bikes under cover instead of outside exposed to the elements. This is the place to go!

Incredible experience purchasing my brand new Lowrider S at Eastside Harley Davidson! The entire team from Adi Shankar helping me and my 4 year old daughter on our first visit to Izzy Castillo quarterbacking the rest of my visits through my final purchase, I was treated with nothing but respect.On top of that, Brad was an excellent resource for building my wishlist for modification parts, Tricia and Debbie in apparel helped me pick out some great shirts and boots but more importantly made my wife and kiddo feel comfortable enough to want to come back for bike nights and other events hosted at the dealership.The service team is very easy to talk to and incredible at setting expectations and exceeding them.All in all, for anyone even considering buying a motorcycle, go see the team at Eastside Harley.

I really dont ever expect buying a big-ticket item to be fun...but this experience really was. I felt ZERO pressure to purchase a bike, and Teague was SO patient and responsive to my questions. I was thrilled with the trade-in value I received on my Softail (far better than a neighboring dealership was willing to give me), and the experience as a whole made it easy to ride off on my new Road King Special.Brad in service/parts was so helpful, and Rafael in finance was awesome.Honestly, this was the best experience I could have hoped for.Thanks to all who stayed past closing time to make this happen for me!*It feels worth noting that I have purchased 5 previous bikes from other places, and being a woman can make the experience less than empowering. I’ve made two attempts to purchase a motorcycle at this dealership. Both times I went with cash in hand prepared to make a purchase. On each of my trips the dealership didn’t seem busy as it was during a weekday. The sales people were standing around talking to one another with a little regard for the customer. I waved at one of the sales guys and he acknowledged me but never came over to speak with me. Seemed too busy with his computer. After a long wait I felt ignored and left. I’m giving them two stars instead of one star because they have a beautiful facility. I’m sure with so much overhead they must have bills to pay. I just don’t understand why the business prevention program! These guys need some serious customer service training!

Solid crew and a great time!!!The store is 2 hours from my house I made multiple phone calls and never once was I made to feel like a bother. Sales manager Colin and associates treated us like royalty!! A week later after doing a new install ( handlebars) I got in touch with Mark a tech at eastside and he walked me through something that was giving me some problems. Friendly, Professional and knowledgeable. 110% happy with my whole experience there.

Had a really bad experience with this dealership. They made me come in twice agreeing on one thing and then back tracking. On the last visit Colin agreed to a deal and then his boss Guy back tracked and said he won’t do it. Not that he can’t but he won’t. I even offered to pay a little more. Never seen such rude people Sales person so won’t recommend buying from them. And guess what I got a better deal elsewhere so your loss. Go to Tacoma Harley, they have better inventory and care for the customers.

If you’re reading this, chances are you trying to decide where the best place is to go buy yourself a motorcycle. The first time I bought a bike I went to all the dealerships within 50 miles of my house to try and get the best deal on the one I wanted. After visiting all the dealerships I went with EASTSIDE Harley. They had the best inventory of bikes with the best prices and most importantly their customer service was excellent. No pushy salesman or trying to brow beat me into making a purchase. They helped me get the exact bike I wanted at a price I was more than happy with.Well 3 bikes later I’m still buying my bikes from EASTSIDE. The last one I purchased was one that I’ve been looking for for quite sometime. I talked with Sean and he said they would find one for me and let me know as soon as they got it. Two weeks later I was signing the papers with Sean and Colin. They made the process simple and easy and I was just as happy with the service as I am with my newest bike.

Been to this dealer today 6/20/2021 and finally after several other harley dealers all over the west in 3 years found the right seat for myself and bike all thanks to Mike Reasy in service. He took the time to hear everything I had to say and different from every other dealer thus far gave a much different view point into seat comfort. I really appreciate the straight honesty from Mike and all the time he spent with my girl and I getting us use of a demo seat and into the best seat I have felt on a harley ever. I am on a long trip over 2000 miles and was on the stock 17 road glide ultra seat which is good but does cause pains after a couple of hours riding. Thanks to Mike Reasy I can do more serious hours riding. This is your guy to talk to when you stop in. Thank you Mike very much. Will definitely be in touch in future for more harley stuff.

I bought a 2020 Road Glide Special from Eastside Harley Davidson and had a fantastic experience. Everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about the brand, not in an annoying cheerleader sort of way, but in a truly authentic way. Colin was my salesman who patiently answered all of my questions and allowed me the space to think about things. Big shout-out to Andrew in sales management, Darla in financing, Erik and Steve in Service and Big Brad in Parts. This place might be a little harder to find, but the destination is worth the journey. I look forward to many happy miles on my new Glide and its all to the good people at Eastside H-D. Life is short, buy the damn motorcycle.

My experience with Eastside HDPre-qualified through website and HD financing. Was contacted quickly to setup an appointment to visit showroom that afternoon.Person I was scheduled to see wasnt in today. Salesman I was handed off to, while finance verified my pre-approved application, did not know the names of models and kept referring to them incorrectly as I was asking to see specific bikes.Neither one of the employees could come up with correct option names and continued to give incorrect information until I insisted we look at the website together.Shady practice of finance guy to try and deflect from hidden upcharges. The swollen figure was expected due to the fact it was a newly released model and common practice for dealers to scalp early adopters but it was insulting to ask directly and be lied to until the third time asked for them to finally admit that it was the dealers choice of number to inflate the desirable model to.Finance guy went on to disparage my motorcycle, to accentuate his point that I needed a new bike. Dumb tactic.Some good personalities, beautiful showroom, but terrible sales people. HD doesnt really need any skill to sell as the product is gangbusters but still, some sleazy sales behavior will have me visit a different dealership to close the deal on principle.

Worst dealership ever. Scott and Guy are the rudest Sale Managers I have ever done business with. Dont buy a used bike from them they will not stand behind it. A used 2014 Cvo is a worn out race car according to Guy. As he told my wife after ours broke down 200 miles after receiving it. We should have expected it to break down as he explained to us. Scott was willing to take the CVO back if we bought a NEW 2021 limited for OVER Harley Listed MSRP. We bought a new 2021 limited from Lone Wolf in Spokane WA for List price and it was a great to work with them. Now I have been waiting for almost 2 months for my Gap refund and Scott the General Manager will not even respond to my emails requesting an update on my refund. This Dealership will do anything to make a sale including false information to Harley Financial to push a loan.I bought my first bike from East side in 2013 and expected the service and support that received back then.

Dont expect to be helped.Been sitting on the showroom 45 minutes... sales guy knows were here to buy one particular bike and yet hes still too busy for us.Update: Gave it an hour. My boyfriend decided to leave after sitting at a table right in front of the sales tower. I hollered to ask the guy if he worked in sales and he does. First guy no where to be seen, second guy never once asked if wed been helped after staring at us sitting for an hour. Extremely disappointing, we were there for a particular Street Bob hed been eyeing for weeks.

The new location is absolutely awesome. More space and more bikes. I was immediately greeted by a Harley representative and was helped within seconds. Before coming to Eastside, I had taken the Harley Davidson Riders Course the weekend before and I also did some research on the bike that I wanted...for over a year. I was a little hesitant at first to jump on such a purchase, but since Harley announced that they stopped making V-Rods, it was all or nothing (I really did want to sleep on it). Jonnie (sorry if I misspelled your name) was very informative and helped me ease into purchasing my very first Motorcycle. 2015 Harley Davidson VRSCDX Night Rod Special. Eastside is full of warm and friendly staff members and I will be returning for accessories and such. Ride on!

Not a nice dealerdhip...no one would talk to us. Too busy sitting around doing nothing. Found a bike we liked, would have bought today, but no one willing to talk. So we left

After visiting a different dealer and not having a great experience I decided to try eastside. Glad I did! Met with Jake who was no pressure and let me ride a few different bikes. I decided on the street bob and couldn’t be happier.

This rating is for the service department only. Sales might be great. The service department is absolutely horrible though. First off they have you sign a letter agreeing to pay a diagnostic fee of $160. This is a money grab pure and simple. I brought my bike in because the driving lights weren’t working. They told me they needed to do a diagnostic on it when in actuality any decent tech would have checked the fuse first thing and replaced it. (10 minutes from start to finish max.)The personnel are not attentive do not call back do not provide accurate information and as I was told by Scott I had no right to be upset with them for being ignored after only 30 minutes at a Harley Davidson dealer. Two people in line in front of me left without being acknowledged in any way too. Additionally I was told that my front tire needed to be replaced. It had less than 2,000 miles on it. Scott said it had irregular wear and I must not keep the pressure up. Someone else said the tread was gone. Someone else said it looked like the sidewalls were all cut up and that I must have run over a lot of rocks. I told them to replace the tire since I need a good tire for a 4000 mile trip coming up. I then called the service writer and told him not to replace it. I wanted to examine it first. The tire was replaced anyway. I threw an absolute fit with these people. Scott offered to just comp everything after I told him what I thought abut their service. He told me to get out and never come back. I wasn’t looking for anything free. I did want to be treated fairly and courteously. Apparently if you’re a Harley dealer this is not in the formula. I payed for the new tire, took my old tire and left. Do NOT do business here! You’ve been warned.

Truly feel they are paid on commission and unless you are actively looking to buy a bike that day they will literally avoid you. From taking 1-2 steps further away to making sure to avoid eye contact. On busy days whatever but when they are just standing in groups. When spending that kind of money people wanna be made to feel like they are now part of something. HD is a lifestyle.

I bought a bike from them about a year ago and everything went awesome.(great sales team and service department)About a month ago I’ve got a call from Harley headquarters (or some agent, not sure). They invited me to the test ride of new electric bike. We agreed on the date and scheduled it. Next week I came for a ride, talked to salesman for a moment and went for a ride (bike is awesome by the way). Then we talked again and I said that I’m planning to renew my bike to another one in a few mont and will definitely consider the one I just rode.Then he said “wait a moment, I’ll introduce you to my manager”. I said fine and he walked me to the manager. He asked me some questions including the “why not to take it home now”. I said again that maybe I’ll do it, but few months after now because of financial reasons. His next question literally killed me “so why you came for a test drive if you were not planning to buy it today?”.Because YOU invited me for it god dam!After this rude conversation Eastside Harley Davidson sales department died I’m my eyes.It’s honestly very sad, I’m a huge fan of H-D and some time ago this dealership felt like second home for me, I just had this special feeling about it. Now I buy everything I need wherever but not here. I’m not mad or angry, it’s just really very very sad.

Excellent customer service, Adrienne found the exact bike we wanted, arranged the Harley class and came up with financing that also allowed us to get insurance and a warranty right away. Staff is friendly and extra helpful and gave us a tour of the shop while we waited so we knew about all of the extras we might need in the future.

Started off coming in and was greeted by Chris and we first only had a couple questions for their motorcycle classes and wanted to try out the stationary bike so I can know a little more. He was wonderful and patient and did a great job at explaining to me and it made me feel a lot better even though I still need more practice. Than my better half was looking at to trade his in and once again Chris beyond amazing. Then I found a bike I wanted to have for when Im done with classes and he helps out again. He was beyond fantastic and just a cool guy. And then Darla in the business off was great too! So thank you Harley for the wonderful experience and we will definitely be back. You got a great team at this location.

Decided to stop in and check out some bikes today. Met with Jacob Tenace who was more than willing to answer and ask questions about bikes I was interested in. They worked with me on the price, got me financed, gave me the tour, introduced me to some service techs, and everybody that worked there was more than friendly and super cordial. Next thing you know, I’m buying a new bike and out the door in less than an hour. Highly recommended. Not pushy, no hurry up and give me your money and leave attitude. Best vehicle buying experience I’ve ever had.

My first time at the Eastside Harley, and man! I had issues with my bike. I called for service, was helped the same day, and had results the same day. Lydia whom was at the service counter killed it! She helped with a bunch of stuff other than my service questions. They serviced my bike shortly after I arrived, and then Scott diagnosed me extra quickly with the upmost customer satisfaction. After Scott ran me thru the issue and helped me fix it Lydia did a superb job of answer my questions plus helping improve my bike. A STELLAR performance from these two. I will definitely come back to this location. I always say, they people make the environment. Its true with these two.

I call service and parts and no one is answering the phone? Left message no call back and called 5 more times and sat on hold for 30 minutes and still no answer so I call the number again and the sales department answered like always and I tell them I can’t get through to parts and they say oh sorry they are supposed to be there but they must be out back or something? I say well should I go to another dealership and was told yes you will probably have better luck? Doesn’t make any sense.

Felt like I was chaperone around the showroom floor was never meant to be left alone and someone was always watching me, even with a sales person present. They didnt even give a chance to find what I liked there. I will never go there again.

Update: Service Manager Scott called me after seeing my negative review, and invited me to come back in for the service department to fix the issue free of charge. Went in today and had a much better experience this time around, and they fixed the issue in a timely matter, and even cleaned/detailed the area where the oil had leaked. Scott and everyone else that I dealt with today was great, and after todays experience, I will go back to this location for future services.Went in for a 10,000 mile service, and noticed a slight oil leak on my bike from the back end of the engine. Asked them to take a look at it and they quoted me between $430-$730 for the whole job, claiming that the leak would be taken care of either from the 10,000 mile service primary gaskets being fixed, or from the other hour of labor. Ended up charging me just over $800, and I got the bike back and it is leaking far worse from when I dropped it off, out of an entirely different section of the engine. I tried to call and they told me that it was a pre existing issue, even though when I dropped the bike off for service and we did the walk around, it was definitely not leaking from that part of the engine. Extremely disappointed that I paid nearly $1,000 and got a bike back that was leaking far worse than it was before. Will definitely not come back to this location again.

No sales pitch! Ryans very honest, straight forward communication and pricing made it a great experience for me. His no pressure approach, offering me such a no brainer deal from the get go, without having to play the numbers game was a break from the typical sales experience you get from other dealerships. DO NOT GET SERVICE AT EASTSiDE HD! Just to follow up on my recent post. I took the tire they replaced to a different HD dealership for a second opinion. I was able to have one tech and one master tech plus two experienced service writers examine the tire which had two thousand miles on it. Both techs and both service writers agreed that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the tire. Eastside service replaced a perfectly good almost new tire. I spent $333.00 to replace a perfectly good tire. These people are DISHONEST!

For 25 years, Eastside HD has been the dealership to get to in Seattle. Great bikes and all the gear you need to ride comfortably in the Pacific Northwest. Excellent service! People may tell you that Harley dealers are tough and intimidating, but have no fear! Eastside Harley Davidson took great care of me. I had help finding all the parts I needed, as well as great conversation with Jake at the service desk. I will visit again for sure!

I have mixed feelings about this dealership. I wanted to buy a 2019 street glide they had on the floor. James was very friendly and offered to let me test ride it. I was in street clothes that day and told him Id rather have my riding gear on (with my helmet) so I could be comfortable. Came back the following day (James was not there) asked about the bike and they curtly told me no way will they let me test ride a new 2019 bike and that I could take out a used bike with a different (smaller) motor! I was shocked. I told them about my conversation with James the previous day and that I came out here specifically to test ride. I eventually convinced them to let me test ride it but they were CLEARLY not happy about it (which made me feel pretty crappy about the experience). I would have walked right there and then except for the fact that this dealership (at the time) had the only bike/color combination I wanted. I ended up paying cash on the spot for the bike they said they wouldnt let me ride. Im a 50 year old biker and retired so Im not a joy rider and I didnt see anyone else buying a bike that day. So why the hostility towards a serious buyer? Is it any wonder Harley Davidson is going down hill?

I got a good deal on a used bike. I had a good sales experience. I was able to negotiate price and was not pressured more than normal.The bike was immaculate when I picked it up and I was given a good demo of how everything worked. I have been back and purchased on the retail side and had a pleasant experience that side as well..I would recommend giving them a shot.

Ive yet to have an unpleasant encounter here. Theyve taken care of me from the moment I walked in the door, as well as after Id ridden off into the sunset. Walked in there with a cane, an no one came up to me an asked me if I need help, wanted to test ride the new 2020 Road Glide but no help. I can walk with out the cane and it doesnt effect my ridining. Ill go look at Jet City HD better staff an a lot more friendly. Good luck Jon an staff on getting sales when you treat people this way

Old man picked out his first Harley today

I called a couple days ago about getting my bike in for an oil change. Said I was out of town on a month-long bike trip and had hit 5000+ miles. The guy was very friendly and asked if I would call back on Tues when their Service dept was open. I said sure. Jump ahead today: just tried to call twice, put on hold for 12 minutes each time, and disconnected after each time. The third time I asked for a phone call back. The person was very impatient like I was inconveniencing them, but took my info, and not even two minutes later, I received a call back from Service and was finally able to talk with them. I told them my story, and he said they were booked until Friday. Not a huge deal; I will find another dealership to help me out, but it would have been really nice if I didnt waste so much time waiting on someone to tell me they couldnt help me. Not the friendliest dealership Ive been to, and trust me, Ive been to a lot over the last month on my travels.

This place will literally rob you if you try to get any work done, tried to get my stage 4 put in they tried to charge me for 18 hours, quoted me 3000 to get my bars done I went to a different harley and they quoted me half of that for the same work! Do not I repeat do not do business with these guys they will take advantage of you period

I was supposed to have a meeting with Scott at 230. I was told he was out to lunch,so much for the VIp treatment Andrew had set up for me. The SCOTT SALES PERSON I did talk to was useless. I made a useless trip down there.

First impression was a good one. Staff was very friendly answering questions and were very laid back. Not a pushy sales experience at all. The facility is really nice making it easy to look around.

After having such a horrible experience with Jet city Harley the staff at East side Harley were a god send. They went above and beyond to right Jet city Harley wrong. They made sure that I got the bike that I wanted with out fail. Thank you so much for all of your help.

I walked in at 4 PM on a Saturday and drove away with a used Harley by 5:20 PM. They even stayed late 20 minutes after closing to make it work. That time includes getting financing and trading in my old bike. I got a great deal on the used Harley, and I feel they gave me a fair price on my used bike.Im very pleased with the way I was treated. No high pressure sales or shady sales tactics.

An amazing crew! They were honest, upfront, and we got exactly what we wanted with a group that made for the best service. Extremely welcoming. The next bike we get, were definitely going to them! 🤩

I purchased my 2016 Ultra Limited from Eastside, and mainly due to Ryan. This was my second bike that I have bought from Ryan. He was honest, caring and fun to be around. He and the team at Eastside will always have my business as long as I live in Washington. If there is a third bike in my future, it will definitely be bought at Eastside and from Ryan. The service and parts team members are knowledgeable and very helpful. Thanks Eastside for making it easy and fun.

This place has gone downhill quick after the previous sales manager Ryan left. The sales staff is terrible, and the maintenance department has gone downhill since Jon left.They do not care about customer loyalty and the outstanding service that this dealership used to provide is no longer there. There is a reason that all the employees that used to make this dealership awesome have left.After bringing hundreds of thousands of dollars of bike sales to them just within the past 2 years, I will not be stepping foot in this place again and I recommend nobody else does either. Plenty of other dealerships to visit in Washington that are more than happy to take time out of their day to make something work.
