Amazing service! The man who helped me (CK) was incredibly efficient and professional. He did such an awesome job juggling the different packages I needed sent out - including boxing up holiday gifts! To top it all off, he was also super kind. They charge 2 dlls service fee to print a label and return a package from Amazon, opposite to FedEx which scan and print without fee. Not using UPS anytime soon to ship packages, this to me seems like scam.

I had to send an legal document urgently to India and store manager was very stubborn there, not listening to what I am saying and he forced me to send it thru USPS Priority International Express Priority Mail, which caused me $110 and the document has not reached there for 2 weeks. A UPS priority mail would have made in 5-6 days. Manager needs a bit of patience to listen to customers. Loss of time for important things matters a lot.

Rude asian man, threw my package back at me. Please dont work in customer service if you cant handle customer interaction! Will never return here. I hope the ups headquarters addresses this location, seems like there is a lot of negative interactions. I would recommend a short 5-10 min drive to the crossroads location!

While they demand premium prices, their service is less than par. I was rushed by the employee as I was trying to send important documents. My documents that I have carefully checked and arranged in order was manhandled by them. I also had some photos taken by them. Instead of handing them back to me once they finished cutting it they left it scattered on the counter and then told me hastily, β€œcan you quickly get your photos so other people can use the counter”. This could have been all avoided if they just handed it to me - how could I have known it was finished if they just left it scattered on the counter? I felt like I was not treated like a customer. I recommend you to go to another place if you don’t want to be rushed and not treated with value.

What is with all the one and two star reviews and complaints about the Korean guy? Thats CJ, the owner, and hes a great guy! Hes always pleasant and helpful and nice. This is a nice UPS Store, always helpful and I know they do their best.Be nice to the Korean guy and hell be nice to you. Hes very friendly, and theres a great Korean BBQ place next door.

The Korean owner makes customers extremely uncomfortable and they do not live up to the requirements of standard UPS. They even closes 1 hour before their closing time! I try not to support this business. I would go to the FedEx near by who has great great customer service. Thats how it’s done

I usually come here to drop off online returns, and Ive had a pleasant experience every time. Usually do not need to wait long and as long as you do your due diligence ahead of time (print out labels, have boxes packed, etc) it is a quick in and out.

Ive been coming here for a while and the owner and staff have always been super helpful. They provide many services besides UPS saving me a ton of time and effort. Ive had passport photos taken, notarized documents, scanned, printed, and shipped everything from tax documents, perishable food, lithium ion batteries, even a snowboard. I generally dont write reviews but felt I had to after all the years of excellent service. Having worked in customer service for many years myself, I can empathize with that they go through. Ive seen some pretty unpleasant ones stroll through here. Just the other day, a customer expected them to package their amazon return for free. Boxes, bubble wrap, and packing peanuts all cost money. Its a place of business that does it well, people need to stop treating these places like their personal servants.

The Asian owner makes me very uncomfortable everytime I visit this place. Its very surprising how he can make things so uncomfortable during 2~3minutes visit. Having this UPS location next to my job, I have no choice to visit but when I can, I do my best to avoid this place. The guy needs proper attitude.

The owner is rude. Also, he once tried to charge us $30 per document fir notary services when the legal maximum in Washington state is $10. Im done. Ill drive somewhere else when I need to mail something.

Love these guys. They have handled my mail for 13 years. Complex situation, because Ive run multiple businesses in multiple states. Lots of stuff to keep track of. So all bills come to this location, and its mailed to my Seattle office. It would theoretically be more practical for me to use a UPS store closer to my office. However, I had bad experiences with a store in Phoenix (it has now changed hands) so I treasure their efficiency and excellent service price. These folks are very reliable. Highly recommended.

Went today to ask for a prepaid return envelope. My friend has previously purchased one from here to I walked all the way here to find out that they dont have anything like that, and I should perhaps check out USPS. I explained I just need any return envelope to have my new passport delivered but they failed to help me and didnt suggest any option. I dont know what is going on.

I came in today with a large complicated order, multiple addresses, packages, etc. They were courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and this was the fastest Ive ever been in and out of a UPS Store when shipping to Canada. Fantastic. Will definitely be shipping out of this location as long as Im working in the area.

I dont know whats about him and his attitude, but instead of being helpful he somehow manages to act arrogant and irritating, instead of clarifying things he managed to give me lectures.Everyone, lets not give business to rude people.Will NOT recommend this location! Not knowledgeable in business needs. I called for a quote and was reassured they could handle my shipping and packaging needs. After driving down to the store the employee then quoted me a different price and had no clue on how to help me. The manager was extremely rude and didnt offer ANY help, he didnt even try. All he did was point to a machine and said, here. Not helpful at all and I wont be coming back. I feel bad for his employees and anybody that walks in there.

The reason I gave two stars instead of one is because my first visit to the shop for returning items the customer service was very nice and friendly.Then on my second time this korean asian person staff was inpatient and unhelpful. I tried to show him what the package instruction was but he wouldnt take a look at it and just said he doesnt know, acting irritating and inpatient.If there is another option for me to ship out my package around factoria mall I wouldnt choose this place at all.

I was returning an Amazon purchase with a preprinted label. I didnt know if this store accepted mailing services so I called them and asked. The response I received was, This is a mailing store so that is what we do. That was rude and unprofessional. Then I stopped by later that night to drop off my package and waited a few minutes without anyone asking me for help so I went to drop it down a mailer hole in the counter and then instantly someone said No, it doesnt go there, and took it from me. I wont be coming back here again.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.UPS delivered the same package twice to my house incorrectly despite me writing Return to Sender/Not at this address. This place has the audacity to yell at me for crossing off their barcodes & then telling me he must now THROW THE PACKAGE IN THE TRASH because there is no barcode. Or ill make the driver throw it in the trash. You can leave now. Im done talking to you. Im sorry, youre telling me this is a shipping location not drop off location...then SHIP it back to the sender. I didnt cross off any tracking #s and there is a visible return address. Reprint an appropriate barcode-common sense? Do they not print labels with barcodes there to ship away?If you dont want your packages thrown in the trash, dont come here!!
