Wow cannot believe cashiers are allowed to treat customers the way that red headed witch is allowed. Hahaha I see other reviews days ago talking about it but it still clearly has not been addressed. Was given attitude by this incompetent being for holding cigarettes barley up to me and not speaking. I wasnt paying attention to this lady use your freaking words like clearly you know how to do. Was told Im not giving attitude but I sure can. And you sure can not have a job maam. Being a manager myself this is ridiculous avoid this disgusting place and lady if you can. There are plenty of gas stations around here to stop by in the morning.

Worst customer service ever cashier Friday 13th 9:30 pm red head woman dose not know how to speak with (Customer). Yelling and over talking when customers are talking unwilling to listen threatening to call the cops and overall childish.To top it off the store was fulth and not stock.

This place is filthy everywhere

I was in last night. As a business owner I would never tolerate the way I was treated! The cashier left me standing at the register to talk to her manager, I had a question for the amount something rang up for, again she left me but instead of checking the price she carried on a conversation with a couple of other customers, carried boxes to the back, talked with the manager, left me standing for close to 5 minutes, finally called her over and paid the price it rang up for, I needed to get back to my customer. I cant say I have ever felt so discriminated against. It will be a while before they get my business again.

Have stopped here in my travels from Temple to Tyler. Always busy during the daytime. Fill up with gas and get my snacks before proceeding to Tyler. There is times I have seen everything clean and other times needing lots of cleaning. Mens bathroom is same way. This convenient store is large.

Completely unprepared to have customers today. The womens restrooms had one functioning toilet, no soap, no paper towels and barely any toilet paper. I told an employee and no one cared. Grossest place ever. Keep driving.

Great staff

If I could give zero stars I would. The worst service I have ever had and the employees dont care that they are discriminating. They pick and choose who they follow policy for standing in line behind one lady buying two packs of cigarettes and never once asked for Id..... I get up there to buy my husband a can of snuff and they ask for my Id... I understand its policy and Id be fine with it if they had asked for the customer in front of me for Id but that never happened and I confronted the associate about it and he argued with me telling me to call corporate. I work in customer service and if that were my employee that would not fly with me I dont know what all circle k or Valero let slide but that store will not get my business any more

The female working tonight .Goes out of her way to be rude and slow.this is the 3rd time she had been uneccesa really rrude not . the pregnant one.shes ok. We like the lady named cookie. She is always friendly. Fast and helpful!

Never fails every Monday early morning it takes the the cashier forever to check me out even if I’m the only customer in the store! I wish my company used a different gas card so I could avoid this place

They are always busy, but they get people in and out quickly. Great staff!

Poor customer service

This place should be ashamed to even be called a place of business. Restrooms are always dirty not to mention the entire store. Then when you text the number about the issues says the store number is not found. Save yourself the possibility of getting sick and go somewhere else.
