Bellmead Shirleys is absolutely ridiculous with their customer service. Those heffas up there got attitude and rudeness for God knows what reason and they like looking up their customers on fb and arguing with them on fb of all places 🤣🤣🤣 And Sara is supposed to be a manager!!!I love the donuts and my kids do. But those Lil girls up there really need to catch a grip on where they work. They are suppose to serve food to customers. Not attitude. Lord forbid if they get an order right!!! That would be miracle!!

Tried Shipleys this morning. We ordered a dozen Kolache‘s jalapeño peppers and cheese.We must say the are the absolute best Kolaches we’ve ever had. Fresh homemade bread and loaded with jalapeño peppers and cheese!Hot out of the box! We will definitely be back.

I liked it a lot just because the lady came out to take my order there was terrible weather but still that takes some dignity just to come out in some rain to take my order

Every morning we stop for the doughnut holes we are addicted to the sweet bite size treats, and are always served by a fast and friendly team member

Two of the girls were arguing about how to ring up my order which resulted in them forgetting to give me my donut holes. Also the kolaches were over cooked no cheese inside.

Bellmead customer service is horrible very rude went today rec. # 005504 time 12:37 pm she’s in her Late 20s or 30 white lady with glasses at drive through was horribly rude when taking order would interrupt while I was trying to place the order.To mangers please check your employees if they can’t handle at being in the front with customers they need to be put in the back or fired this is a customer service place very disappointing I don’t recommend coming here! Unless you give them the same attitude!!

Went through the drive through and there was a girl standing outside talking orders on an iPad with a smile on her face. Thats how I want to start my morning. Makes the line move faster and keeps everyone happy. Oh! And the donuts were fresh and still warm. Yummy

They get my order wrong half the time but 90% of the, even erroneous orders I pickup are still fresh and lets be real... Donuts are always drool worthy!

Food is okay but staff is so rude

So great!! You want a great Do-nut this is the place.. They are happy to help you find a new flavor if you ask. Iced do-nuts are just sweet enough without the cake frosting jitters. Puffs are great!! Shipleys is always my favorite stop for do-nuts. They always satisfy..

This is one of my favorite places to stop when I’m in a hurry to class and I haven’t had breakfast yet. They’re fast with awesome donuts and kolaches.

Clean, nice staff, but double check your kolaches. Sometimes they get the big Earls and basics mixed or jalapeno from non. Love the donuts. Always frees. Drive through is usually pretty quick. Only 1 time it was slow and it was like 545 in the am. Dude looked like he was alone atm.

Always solid, not really anything to say bad about it. Just basic stuff, just so much better when its fresh.

The customer service person taking our order could not hear him, they were out of what I wanted and instead of him asking me if I would like something else. He gave me a choice between two other items. I would have gotten something more buy I was irritated already. But kept a smile on my face. Course I ate what I had because I needed something to eat.

They always have everything I need their I love their kolaches especially the country sausage with egg and cheese is my favorite. I guess theyre a little pricey but theyre worth it The Taste is great

Cant go wrong with a fresh Shipley donut! This location rarely disappoints, call ahead for large orders. The staff isnt always the friendliest (this seems to be a theme at most locations) but I can get past that.When I was a soda drinker, Shipleys was my favorite place to get an icy Dr Pepper to get my day going! I love that regardless of the location, the quality remains!

I ordered 4 of the sausage cheese and jalapeno kolaches. These were good But not even one of them had the jalapeno pepper in themI was even charged for the ones I orderedShipleys in Hewitt is much better. They at least get your order right

Most of the staff are very friendly. When its really busy, between 7a & 8a, in the mornings, they will come out and take orders. I love their warm glazed donuts the best. Will continue to visit this location.

I love going here! Everyone is always polite on waiting on us. Also, giving me a Blessed Day as I leave for my day to start. That ALWAYS helps !!

Went to this location this morning and ordered my usual.. When I left there I didnt pay attention to the fact that I left my small chocolate milk on the counter.. Called store when I realized I didnt have my chocolate milk. Person on the phone said he could bring it to me (ALL the way to my office, I thought??). Gentleman brought me a chocolate milk and donut holes for my error!! ALL THE WAY TO MY OFFICE!! That is some GREAT customer service.. (Oh and the gentleman on the phone, was the OWNER).. Thank you Mr. January for taking care of this customer!!

Shipleys is THE BEST donut company, hands down!! Even as a franchise, with tons of locations, they manage to maintain the integrity of their delicious flavor year after year. Every Shipleys location meets the expectations of their reputation.

The Bellmead location is the place to go in the mornings. The donuts and kolaches are hot and fresh. An awesome staff. These ladies always have a big smile and positive attitude to help start your day off right. Fast and excellent service.

Always rude employees at the window. Went to get a kolache and coffee at 7:30 AM and they ran out of kolaches and there was a fly in my coffee. Needless to say, not a happy customer.

Very bissy place, bring patience ! I remember this chain of Shipley donuts when it started in Houston, Texas and I have been a regular customer, if they only had a loyalty customer card rewards mine would have been very old Because they being doing donuts right, God-bless Mr, shipley.

This location is very hit or miss. Either youve got great customer service and delicious donuts or the girl serving you is looking at you like youre the reason she hates life and the donuts taste 2 days old. But.. Ive never had a problem with the valley mills or hewitt locations. Ill drive an extra 15 minutes if it means my donuts are going to be soft.I went through the drive through today, 7/12/17 and got no greeting from either girls helping me. On top of that the donuts were hard and cold. The kolaches were delicious though!

So good! Some fritter and kolache were excellent. Fast and friendly service. I recommend over Dunkin for sure.

Had not had a Shipley Kolache in years. They did not disappoint.

This crappy place has decided to quit accepting debit/credit card and acts like everyone should know at the drop of a hat.. went through drive thru and the girl points at the sign they have, for someone who doesnt use cash, this sucks... and these people are rude on top of all this!!😞😞

Its Saturday july 22 and I just took a bite into my sausage and cheese colache and there was a bug in it. Ive never been so grossed out by an establishment before and for it to be from a place I really like saddens me. I will never eat at Shipleys again.

Fast with cheep prices and hot donuts, also a good variety of kolaches.

I asked for 2 long johns with baverian cream filled. When I got home from Shipleys my husband wanted his long John and when he bit into it the fillings were the glaze that they use for the glazed donuts

Good donuts warm and fresh

Im use to the Belton Tx Shipped which is excellent! My first time heres donuts obviously were made yeaterday....tasted old and cold. Jalapeno kolochie was not as,good either. Belton uses a slice of jalapeno. And this,one was 3 bites of bread before the meat. Will not go back. Staff was great though!!!I just read,all the comments and apparently Shipleys has no care about this store! So sad, and its terrible to eat here

They are quick make sure your kolaches are burned on the bottom a few times I have gotten they have been hard on the bottom.

Way better than Krispy Kreme. Also try some of their kolaches. Great all the way around.
