I just stopped in on 5/5/2021. These are the most disgusting bathrooms Ive been in in MANY years. Its not a day or two of neglect. This is months!! The amount of dust, fecal matter, and urine all over the place is abhorrent. The employees here should be ashamed of themselves. The management should be immediately fired and never again in any type of position over others and the owners obviously do not care. I will never again stop at this location.

Place is only good for parking and fuel had to take a 10 hour break and sadly chose this instead of the flying j up the road no wifi place is dirty (seems par for the course of the last 5 cefos i stopped at) bathrooms are about as clean as a single portapoty at a construction site with 40 people after a taco truck visits

One of the employees, that works the night shift is a thief. He stole our iPhone X off the counter and then denied it. Gave us the wrong number to the store and wrong name for a gym. The manager on duty, a dark haired female, would not help us. Her and another woman who worked there, refused to help us. They were too busy hanging out with some guys who got dropped off there and was giving them all free drinks. I need to reach someone. And make them aware of the kind of people working for their company. I would want to know if my employees were running my establishment in this way. I would have called the police, but I was traveling with my 7 children, it was midnights, and I was still 3 hours from home, and they were making my family very nervous. Please be aware. It happened on 6/23 in between 11pm and midnight. And the phone number listed on google doesn’t work.

The mens bathroom are disgusting, the floors literally have feces and urine all over it and the coffee station is dirty and disorganized.

No toilet paper in restroom told cashier he said they were out.i said you have some on shelves I had to pay 4 bucks for toilet paper.to use in there bathroom.i was nice and left a roll for others to use.poor managers and employees.

I’m a trucker and my company comes here instead of the bigger truck stop in Waco because of the manager. The manager Natile an amazing young woman that has treated us great and this is why my company spends a lot of money here. She always welcomes us and I’ve seen her work by herself in the mornings and late at night and I’ve NEVER seen a manager do as much as her in all my years as a truck driver! And my biggest complement Is how she will fix a problem right then and there. My biggest complaint would be there’s not enough Diesel pumps and I wish there was better food like a subway or pizza shop and showers. If you’re a trucker take the extra minute to stop here it’s worth it.

The lady at the counter of this place is very disrespectful. She told us to get out of the store after we made a purchase when we were going to go back and buy something else. The restrooms were also very dirty. Go to a different gas station. There are several in Bellmead.

I went in to buy a pack of cigarettes and the lady asked for my ID (of course) I had left it in my car so I went and got it and went back in and I let the lady see it (I’m 19), I told her what kind of cigarettes I wanted and she asked for my ID again. I continued to tell her what kind I wanted and she was extremely rude the whole time and was rolling her eyes. After I told her the second time what kind of cigarettes I wanted she asked for my ID a third time. Mind you I used to work at a smoke shop and I took a 2 day class over tobacco and tobacco sales. Asking for my ID 3 times was ridiculous, rolling her eyes was unnecessary, and the rude way she was talking to me was uncalled for. Obviously the new management here is ridiculous and doesn’t care because he was standing right next to her and didn’t say anything. I tried to call numerous times after to complain and no one ever answered the phone. Very disappointed in the way I was treated. Never going there again.
