I have meant to submit this review for a few months now. This is a great company! We were so pleased with the service we received. I recommend them without reservation. They were good communicators, they arrived 15 minutes early, took care not to damage anything and even offered to move some items into the garage that had been left behind in the house we were moving into. 👍

Sean & his crew were great from start to finish! The initial scheduling of the move was easy and straightforward, I got a follow up confirmation one week before and then a phone call going over details the day before. The crew arrived 10 minutes early and quickly got to work, they made the hot summer day and three flights of stairs at the final destination seem like a breeze. Everyone was very polite, helpful and respectful with all of our furniture, art work and boxes, they even helped put together our bed in the new location. To top it all off they finished in less time then expected and came in under budget. I highly recommend this company!!!

Sean arrived early, after calling first, to tour our home and provide advice and pricing. This was not our first move. Sean and his team were great! Scheduling (and rescheduling) was easy. They took great care in moving our 4-bedroom house very quickly but safely - nothing was broken or damaged. Im pretty much a do-it-yourselfer so when I wanted to move a small house full of furniture from New Hampshire to New York, I decided to rent a truck and hire movers on both ends to load and unload it. Central Lakes Region Movers was who I called to load the truck from home. They arrived a few minutes early (better than late!) and were extremely professional and hardworking. The three men were careful with my furnishings and took pains to load the truck efficiently, both for space and for successful travel. All in all, Central Lakes Region Movers was reasonable and did a great job! I recommend them highly.

They arrived on time and finished ahead of schedule. They were very accommodating and professional, oh, did I mention strong??? They made a potentially painful move quick & painless. I highly recommend them.

NEVER< NEVER use these people. They never answer their telephone, I left 8 messages for them over a 10 day span, with no call back after the 9th message, sine woman called me back, said she never heard my name, it appears after the man came out and was given a list of what was to be moved, never finished submitting the paperwork. Whomever the lady was, said I was not on the schedule for August 18th, and they had no availability until September. We have to be out of current residence by 8/31/15. I left a very displeasing voicemail, as they do not answer phone detailing the dates and times I had called them, and this type of treatment was inexcusable, not to my surprise STILL NO CALL BACK!! EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I wanted to submit a compliant to the Better Business Bureau, of course they are not registered. This appears to be the only venue that I can warn other people, not to use Central Lakes Region Movers !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Check the Better Business Bureau, and you can be assured to work with a reliable, honest and trustworthy company !!!!!!
