This is our first time visiting a Caribou coffee. We were helped by Linda- who was extremely helpful and friendly and offered recommendations as well as explained things on the menu for us.Inside the shop is comfortable- they have plenty of indoor seating. There’s even a cozy fire place inside.We ordered two hot medium caramel high rises from here. Delicious. I hope during our road trip we can visit more Caribou Coffees to try different flavors. We’ll miss being helped by Linda though :) ☕️

EXTREMELY RUDE!!! my family and I frequented this location often, weve typically been semi satisfied with the service (more times than none employees are rude) ... but we still didnt hesitate. We are loyalty members and loooove our coffee..... buuut when I last visited a few days ago, the girl who took my order was way beyond rude. She had a very sour attitude and kept cutting me off before i could finish my order! She seemed to be upset about something, or maybe just having a bad day. But this is no reason to take it out on your customers, this was very unpleasant, makes a person not want to visit there.

Tried out the new malted mocha and malted caramel. We both got them 1/4 sweetness level and they were both perfect.

Friendly staff and delicious breakfast sandwich. Coffee is a little acidic, so great for adding cream or making a latte.

Great staff and a nice place to go when waiting for others to get done doing thier thing in the little strip mall

Enjoyed the malted caramel latte! Staff was busy and had a great positive attitude.

Stopped on the way to a funeral and tried a nitro for the first time, the barista was very helpful. On the way back we stopped again and she remembered us from a few hours before. We did the trivia, got our discount and had our 2 nitros for the ride home. VERY satisfied with the service and the coffee ☕ 😀 👌. Definitely will be stopping there again. 👍👍

Im glad to find a Caribou Coffee, in Bemidji.Yes, there is a drive thru, at this location.The interior is the typical CC style with plenty of indoor seating.The coffee drinks do vary (in taste) a bit, depending upon which employee is making it.

Ordered a cup of coffee with cream and a hot chocolate. The cocoa was fine but the coffee was black and it looked funky and tasted burnt. Tried to call and no one answered. Being busy is no excuse for slopping the last of an old pot of coffee into a cup and not getting the order right to boot. I wouldnt be complaining but the spacing out the cream happens a good 40% of the time, but usually the coffee is at least fresh.

I went through the drive and was greeted by a staff member however after I place my order everything went quiet. Waited for 10 minutes no answer and then got ignored at the window. I ended up having to go inside where the woman working were unfriendly and rude. Definitely wont be going back!!!!!

Expensive, but one of the only options in town for a smoothie that tastes more like fruit than sugar syrup. their breakfast sandwiches are always good too. if you want a review off coffee im not the girl to ask though, I dont drink it.

Absolutely the rudest service Ive ever had. Asked for bubble teas with skim milk as we are diabetic. Was told it is not their policy but I have had it done at many other Caribous. When we got to the window, scolded by the girl that we wont be doing this anymore and this is the last time we ll do this. No wonder this country is a train wreck. You cant even order a simple drink without a hastle or incivility, if not outright discrimination to people with a condition. Yep, when replacing half and half with skim milk is a major issue, you know the end times are near.

I love Bemidji Caribou! The workers are almost always very energetic and funny! Great place.

Went through the drive thru and this is the second time one their employees spilled some of the hot coffee on my hand as I was reaching to grab two drinks at once. Maybe these employees should consider improving their coordination while handling hot coffee.

I went in around 10:30am on 1/15/2019 and the staff were so nice and friendly. In particular was a very sweet older lady making the drinks. She was wonderful! I loved my experience there and would definitely go back next time Im in town because of the staff.

I really like this place its not as crowded as other coffee joints around town. The people there can also be so inviting. They also have a chalk bored with a question up and its so fun to put your mind onto the board anonymously. Its just a fun and friendly place to be.

This place has coffee what more can I say coffee coffee coffee and you can get scones or other type of breakfast item which usually turns out to be pretty good what can I say coffee

In Caribou today and ordered for myself and grandson. The white chocolate mocha didnt come with the treat of chocolate coffee beans, which is the usual sweet addition. Also when got to the car, and had my grandson belted in his car seat, opened bag to give him his biscuit. I realized there was only one, which I thought I had ordered two. I didnt receive a receipt so I wasnt sure if we had paid for two or not, although the total seemed high to only have paid for one. So unstraped my grandson, went back to store, and asked if they could check. They did look up the order, I had paid for two. They did make another biscuit, but not an apology for their mistake. While I didnt expect any compensation, simply what I ordered, an apology would have gone a long way. We all make mistakes, and never fault someone for making them, but the fact that I had to come back in and ask for the correction and not receive a simple, Sorry about that! is a little disheartening. Caribou by far is my favorite coffee. Disappointing to have a simple human error not be recognized and a simple apology extended.

We decided to go get coffee, the lady with black shoulder length curly hair is rude slammed the little sliding door at me my man after she handed him a cooler my man asked which one is this one? (My sister ordered one too) she was very rude! Very unprofessional and must be having a bad day, shes bad for business if thats what she does to every other customer!!! We may not come back due to her behavior!

90% of the time they get my turtle mocha made right... Except for the fact that almost 100% of the time it has the standard snicker bits on top. I tell them repeatedly no snickers, and sure enough when they hand me my turtle, there is still snickers on top.They get four stars still because the drink is usually awesome once they fix it.

Caribiu is usually a solid choice for getting any kind of hot or cold coffee drinks, and this Caribou location is no exception.In the past they did have had some spotty service, but recently they really stepped up their game. The people who work here are nice, and they make the drinks swiftly while still making them look nice.

If you are in a hurry do not go here. There have been times I waited over 30 minutes in drive. I have had to leave drive through before because of just how long it has taken. Ive even left after ordering before because of the time. They seem to be short staffed often. When they are staffed efficiently they are great. However, I dont go through a drive through planning on waiting that long.

Delicious coffee, but they should up their stock of Pretzel rolls. Still a lovely place!

Amazing staff and excellent coffee!Update: I have been a regular at Carabou Coffee now to give my full opinion.The staff here strive to know you, what you drink and to always make sure you are smiling when you leave. Even on hard days, when it is very busy, they make an effort to smile, make eye contact and wish your day well.In my time coming to Carabou, I have only ever had 1 wrong drink, and even THAT was good!!The management is very understanding and friendly to both staff and guest and it shows.Keep it up guys and thank you for my morning coffee!! (Kinda makes you my favorite people)
