They are awesome!! We have been taking our vehicles to them for years and will continue to do so for as long as they are open.

Good service at a good price. They had my truck tires in next day and got me in, first snow of last year as well as have filled my tractor tires at a good price as well. They keep appointments, unlike other tire shops in town Ive dealt with.

We blew a tire on our fifth wheel on the highway and they had what we needed in stock and replaced the tire in 5 mins and checked all our tire pressures without an appointment. Very friendly staff. Very thankful for them.

This was the best service Ive ever experienced. Our trailer bearind failed on our way to the U.P. and the mechanics got us on the road very quickly.

Absolutely wonderful service. Took my daughters car there for a leaky tire and told Steve Ill be gone for the day to Holland. When Steve called and said the tire was fixed but I needed a new rim, he actually found me one (Used for a 10 yr old car but perfect match) out in Holland for me to pick up and bring back to have them put it on. Great guy, great service, and they will be my tire guys moving forward.

I called them about a cracked rim; they were very polite and helpful. They recommended a few cost-effective ways to repair the damage, including a few options that didnt include them. Honest and professional.

The owner there is a terrific person to do business with. I found their prices to be better than where I had been buying my tires. The employes were very curious and professional. The owner even made us fresh coffee for our short wait. He even helped out a young vet down on his luck and stranded without even a thought to being paid. I highly recommend Big Rapids Tire. I am not from the area but I was recommended this tire shop by another big box tire store. I had a blown trailer tire and they had me in and out in about 30 minutes at an amazing price. Highly recommend this tire shop to anybody in the area.

These guys absolutely set the bar for all auto repair shops, PERIOD!We have had multiple services done by them from tire plugs and repairs, new tire mounting and balancing, to Brake system trouble shooting and 4 wheel alignments on multiple vehicles. We lost both rear tires on our horse trailer with our horses in tow. We were just north of Big Rapids.Big Rapids tire was there in about 10 minutes with tires. They were able to change our tires with the horses in the trailer. They came to our rescue and what could have been a catastrophe ended well. I would give them a better rating if I could!

Im a Ferris student and I was looking for a good shop to take my car when I personally couldnt do the repair (automotive student) they were awesome, didnt charge me for looking over my vehicle before an alignment and then used parts I bought. Reminds me of my hometown garage. HIGHLY recommended to anyone, best prices around as well.

This is the place in Big Rapids to get your tires. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. They are helpful when you have weird problems as well. They wont try to sell you stuff you dont need either.Their pricing is reasonable. Some tire shops charge an outrageous amount but that isnt them.The waiting area is nice with plenty of seating. Its clean too. Some shops waiting areas are very dirty but not here.

Passing through Big Rapids on a long trip home and our low tire pressure light came on. We came into Big Rapids Tire and they immediately pulled the car up, checked each tire, found a hole in one of the tires and patched it. We were in and out, and back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Amazing customer service and super nice people!!

Good work on my vehicle

We had to have a tire fixed on our 2014 F100 Truck and $25.00 repair cost us much more!They damaged the rim when they broke down the tire with the machine then they placed the insert for the jack and the keys on bumper and open the tail gate on them. WHICH LEFT BODY WORK TO BE DONE ON RIM AND TAILGAIT! I dont know why it was necessary to open the tail gate because we had jack available for them.Then the tire when flat!If any work is done by them check over vehicle before leaving.VERY DISSATISFIED !!!!
