I love this store. When you go into the store you feel like you are at a small town hardware store. They better quality items than most box type hardware stores.

Won’t do a sale over the phone, unless they know the customer really well. No longer mail out items, said it was too much hassle for them. Took 7 hours to decide and call us back, then hung up on us. Staff is rude. Owner is rude. The politicians say to buy local and not online to keep the tax dollars in the state. I believe in supporting brick and mortar stores, especially small businesses. It just seems like customers aren’t important to them anymore.
