I was very unhappy with the lack of customer service. I called inquiring about a slab of wood. The person that answered showed no desire or interest in doing business. The work I was requesting would have been a pretty simple and decent pay check for the company. After a couple emails back and forth I took my business elsewhere. I’ll give my money to a business that wants it and is appreciative for it.

Amazing store and customer service, they will special order things for you also if you want some specific they don’t current have in stock! Can’t think of any place around here like them, they will also dimension lumber to your needs and very welcoming for those intimidated going to a hardwood mill for there first time!

When I travel, I like to visit as many local shops as I can. For the most part they are fine enough, and it seems rare for one to stand out. I found Roughrider to have a great selection, clean shop, and very very fair prices. The staff was very helpful, not overbearing, and knowledgeable. Next time Im in town, Ill definitely be stopping again.

Small location, not many pieces of each wood, but only needed a few so was in luck, wood pieces are RANDOM, have exotic wood choices, different hand tools and chemicals, they also make staircases I guess, helpful staff

Great products, and the employees are helpful. The selection is usually pretty good, and the owner is very willing to order something in for you. This company could be quite unreasonable, since they are the only real hardwood dealer in the area, but they are not, and Im thankful for that!

This place was awesome it made my dad so happy to be able to find a place where he could actually go and buy the different kinds of hardwoods so he can build cabinets and all kinds of neat stuff it was nice seeing Daddy be able to go in there

Good selection, but hard to give them money when no one is there to take it. Been there 3x in the last 2 months and 2 of those times Ive walked out after waiting for 10 minutes for no service.
